There were far too many unknowns.
At this ti, Noah shook his head as he motioned for THE Living Origin to continue.
She nodded simply as she spoke.
"I don’t know what triggered it. I don’t know why Paradox rebelled. Maybe being at the sa stature as THE Creature and enjoying part of the boons of The Belly of Existence was a trigger. Maybe due to their nature, this was always bound to happen. But regardless, conflict began to bloom. Civilizations were collapsed, and in secret THE Loom was forged. Emotive, that fucking bitch..."
Woah woah woah.
Noah had to almost stop THE Living Origin from destroying her image there as she revealed so emotion.
She had Sigrid and others that were big fans of hers, and seeing the veil of majesty and power crack slightly as she expressed her emotions here was unique!
THE Living Origin seemingly cald herself before she continued with more asured tones.
"A lot happened, but the gist of it... I was collapsed, and THE Living Law was collapsed... so survived, so joined THE Living Paradox and Emotive... I don’t know the full history as many of them moved in secret. But in the end, it seems that THE Living Paradox sohow succeeded in going against THE Creature as his preparations are nearly finished. All of these eons should just be the preparations of THE Living Paradox as he needs to face off against THE Creature. Because THE Creature is terrifying and THE Creature is not sothing that anyone can overco."
She paused with heavy emphasis.
"And yet, paradoxically, THE Living Paradox lives up to his na. To overco THE Creature. After all, they are all part of The Oldest Paradox of Existence. Of what ca first. And Paradox is right there in the na. The rest of us were bound to be re casualties in all of this. But now there is you. Or... there was you."
BOOM!
THE Living Origin looked towards Noah as if she was also trying to understand him.
As if he held his own oddities that couldn’t fully be explained!
Her golden eyes studied him with intense focus.
"Because you appeared in the past, and you are here in the future. You are also a part of The Oldest Paradox of Existence. You were there... before The Belly of Existence which locked everyone away was made. You were also there before THE Loom was ford. You... are like The Others in this regard. Anomalies."
She said such ridiculous words.
In the next mont, many eyes turned towards Noah.
Khor, Sigrid, Moiraine, Henry, and many others adorned in Civilizational Armors in the ranks of Primus Inevitabilities all looked towards him with shining eyes.
As if he was so legendary figure.
Noah shook his head.
THE Living Origin was making him seem like so crazy big bad or scary entity when she said things like this.
He couldn’t even begin to explain the capability that allowed him to go back so far in ti.
And the idea of closed temporal loops that even he had to read over a few tis just to tell himself that he fully understood it.
He was just soone with a little bit of Mana.
If he was left alone and didn’t have to worry about the collapse of Existence ruining his life, he would be perfectly content to be a farr in a remote region of Observable Existence.
He would be more than happy to tend to an Early Veiled Shore, plant Sacred Herbs, delve into unique Depths, and enjoy the company of his family.
But no.
THE Primordial Chaos had to do what he did.
THE Living Paradox had to do what he was doing.
And THE Creature had to do what he was doing.
So at this mont, Noah had to also do what he was doing.
Until a future ca where he could look upon the endless Observable Existence and not have to worry about what could happen in the next mont.
Until he could actually live the quiet life he’d prefer.
So at this ti, he nodded towards the figure of THE Living Origin before she could say anything else too crazy to make him seem grander than he was.
"Okay. There may be a few smaller details here and there that I’ll ask you about, but for now let’s prepare. Let’s go to my own little Belly of Existence. My own Loom."
He said such words casually.
He began to emanate waves of Logos in the surrounding region, sensing his connection to The Infiniverse as he started forming a doorway.
Blue-gold light carved through space itself as The First Tongue structured reality according to his will.
The Phones of Space, Beginning, and Division wove together to create a passage.
There was much to be done, especially with THE Living Paradox stating that Existence was five seconds to Midnight.
He had Core Phones to design and complete.
A box from Ul’moreth to open that contained sothing important.
The Infiniverse needed continued developnt.
Sigrid required support as she approached THE Surface Depth.
Tor and THE Living Origin needed to be integrated into his Civilization properly.
The prisoners in THE Infinite Desmoterion needed evaluation.
His family and allies deserved ti and attention after all that had happened.
And beyond all of that, he needed to forge a response to The Fallout that would ensure survival and perhaps even victory.
A lot more. So much more!
The doorway completed itself with a pulse of blue-gold radiance.
On the other side, many things awaited.
His Civilization. His people. His foundation for whatever ca next.
Noah stepped forward as Sigrid’s hand remained clasped in his.
Tor followed with Khor still held protectively.
THE Living Origin moved with asured grace.
And one by one, the others began to file through.
Entering the domain that Noah had built, entering the space where preparations would be made...entering the future that he was forging with his own hands!
---
In Existence, many believed that fate was inescapable.
That the paths laid out by those with greater power couldn’t be deviated from.
That entities like THE Creature, THE Living Paradox, and THE Primordial Chaos moved pieces on a board where others had no agency.
This belief was comforting in a way.
If you had no choice, then you bore no responsibility for the outco.
If the ga was rigged from the start, then you couldn’t be blad for losing.
But the truth was more complex and far more terrifying.
Fate existed, yes. But only as grand designs that were laid by supre beings across eons.
Yet within those designs, choices remained.
Ains chose to save his friends even knowing it would cost him everything.
Ul’moreth chose to burn his Way to save a student he’d known for re hours.
THE Living Origin chose to exclude Tor from imprisonnt because of a soft spot.
THE Living Paradox chose rebellion against the established order.
And Noah chose to keep moving forward rather than accept the roles others tried to assign him.
Anomaly. Casualty. Pawn in gas between existential entities.
These were labels others placed on him, but labels only had the power you gave them.
Every being in Existence, from the weakest to THE entities themselves, possessed the fundantal capability to choose.
To act according to their own vision rather than accept the vision imposed by others.
The question was never whether choice existed, the question was always whether you had the courage to make it.
Whether you had the strength to bear the consequences.
Whether you had the will to keep choosing even when every choice led to more complexity, more danger, more responsibility.
Noah had made his choice.
Not to be a farr tending Sacred Herbs in peaceful obscurity. Not to accept the role of casualty in conflicts between supre beings. Not to wait passively for The Fallout to determine his fate.
He chose to be HIM.
To forge his own path using The First Tongue and Mana, and so ridiculous cheats here and there to build sothing that could stand against The Fallout.
To protect those he cared about regardless of what entities at THE Surface Depth or beyond decided.
Was this arrogance? Perhaps.
Was this hubris? Possibly. Quintessentially! Majisterially!
Was this the only choice he could live with? Abso-fucking-lutely.
In Existence, fate was real. But so was choice. And the interplay between the two was where legends were born! The interplay between the two was where THE Genesis Monarch could move with interminable glory.
