Now reading: Chapter 4863: THE Prima Indifferentia III from Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse, a Action novel by Adui.

Across THE Prima Indifferentia, in regions that had no fixed location because location was a differentiated concept, storms of proto-matter raged with intensity that drew the attention of things that should not have been capable of attention.

Noah’s body was carried through these erupting storms, tossed and flung across undefined space by currents of potential that seed to have been spurred into activity everywhere he passed. The proto-matter wasn’t just flowing into him anymore, it was hunting him, chasing him, drawn to sothing in his existence that it desperately wanted to consu or transform or undifferentiate.

And it did so with fervor.

His existence was drawing in an imnse amount of it, more than should have been possible, more than any Fundantal Depth entity should have been able to absorb without dissolving entirely. He felt like his entire mind was buzzing with static that erased thoughts before they could fully form, as if he was being undefined and undifferentiated with every passing mont.

His sense of self blurred at the edges. His mories beca less certain. His na felt like sothing he had heard once but couldn’t quite recall.

But at his most undifferentiated, at the mont when it seed like he would beco just another cautionary tale of an entity who had ventured too deep and lost themselves to the proto-matter...

HUUM!

A blue light shone in the depths of his existence.

A Grimoire fluttered inside his head, pages turning with purpose that transcended the chaos surrounding it. An Organ of Civilization pulsed alongside it, beating with rhythm that refused to be undefined.

And sothing else awakened.

Sothing that had always been there but had never been tested like this.

Sothing infinite.

Critical Existential Event Detected

In an induced state of undifferentiation, the aspect of your Infinite Mana cannot undergo any further undifferentiation and triggered a unique state of stasis

Infinity is already undefined by nature

It has no boundaries to blur

It has no definition to erode

It simply is what it is, endlessly

But the effort to undefine infinity has caused an unknown reaction

The aspect of infinity within your existence is pulsing and spreading its musings due to the proto-matter flooding your foundations

In an effort to undifferentiate your existence, proto-matter is carrying your aspect of Infinity and amplifying it since it cannot undergo further undifferentiation, and seeking to impose changes through it since it is the only undifferentiated thing protecting you

In turn, your spreading infinity is perating across all aspects of your being

This aspect seeks to impose itself on all core areas of your existence

The Derivative Civilization of Hunger is being bathed by waves of Infinity

The Derivative Civilization of Undifferentiated Fate is being bathed by waves of Infinity

Your existence has begun to burn with multiple infinities

Master, I don’t fully understand what’s happening, but it appears that instead of being undifferentiated, you are becoming more infinite

The proto-matter cannot make you less defined

So it is making your infinity more...expansive

...!

Noah’s mind buzzed as he wanted to move.

He really did.

He wanted to stabilize himself, to fully grasp what was happening to his existence and why the proto-matter had reacted to him with such violence.

But storms of proto-matter carried him across THE Prima Indifferentia with force, a heavy and unfathomable change inducing alterations to his own infinity that he couldn’t control. His aspect of Infinite Mana, which had always been the foundation of everything he was, pulsed with light that painted the undefined storms in shades of blue-gold that shouldn’t have existed in a place where color hadn’t fully differentiated.

The Derivative Civilization of Hunger roared within him, its endless appetite eting endless fuel and expanding in ways that transcended normal growth. The Derivative Civilization of Undifferentiated Fate shimred with potential that connected to the proto-matter around it, drawing in threads of possibility that hadn’t been woven into anything yet.

His existence burned brighter with every mont that passed.

And the storms carried him deeper into THE Prima Indifferentia, toward things that had been sleeping since before differentiation occurred.

---

In an unknown region of THE Prima Indifferentia.

In an area surrounded by obsidian pillars of proto-matter that rose from the undefined ground like teeth in a cosmic mouth, a creature could be seen bouncing around the pillars as if it were having fun.

Its Civilization was not completely clear, existing in a unique state that held both undifferentiation and differentiation simultaneously. It was sothing that shouldn’t have been possible, a being that had refused to fully commit to either state and had sohow persisted in that refusal since before THE Infinite Unfurling.

The creature looked like a round obsidian furball, perhaps three ters in diater, with a surface that shifted between solid and gaseous without ever settling on one or the other. Two twinkling obsidian eyes sat at its center, holding an innocent and playful expression that seed almost childlike as it continued to bounce from pillar to pillar, leaving ripples in the proto-matter wherever it touched.

It had been bouncing for eons.

It would bounce for eons more.

Ti had no aning here, and this creature had long since forgotten what urgency felt like.

As it bounced toward another pillar, preparing to ricochet off into whatever direction amused it next...

HUUM!

Ti, which had no aning here, slowed anyway.

A mont later, the creature blinked as it saw the visage of a humanoid winged entity with a crown of burning pages surge past this region like a hurricane. The entity was surrounded by a storm of proto-matter so dense and violent that it painted the undefined space in shades of blue-gold that shouldn’t have existed here, and its existence blazed with sothing that the furball had never encountered before!

The eyes of the fur-like entity glimred with interest, and the innocent playfulness in them shifted into sothing else entirely.

Hunger!

BOOM!

The transformation was instant and horrifying.

The entire body of the obsidian furball beca a horror-inducing mass of flesh and fur that expanded outward in all directions, growing from three ters to three hundred to three thousand in the span of a heartbeat. A million crimson eyes blood across its surface, each one containing jagged jaws that opened and closed with anticipation. Tentacles that ended in more mouths erupted from its form. Wings that were also teeth spread wide. Every inch of this entity beca a weapon designed for consumption.

It shot out at speeds exceeding lesser and weaker Absolutes like THE Living Elental, crossing the distance between itself and its prey in less ti than it took for light to decide whether it existed here or not.

"KAAA!"

It screeched out with fervor and excitent as if it had found a particularly good al after eons of eating nothing but proto-matter and the occasional foolish Absolute who wandered too deep.

Its body arrived before the storm of proto-matter instantly, and then it opened.

Not like a mouth opens.

Like reality opens when it decides to stop being real!

A slit appeared in its form that led into an abyssal realm of pure undifferentiation, a stomach that had digested things that shouldn’t have been digestible, a void that had unmade beings who thought themselves eternal.

It swallowed both the proto-matter storm and the figure contained within it in a single bite.
