Amser Modred!
Noah stared at this man that he had always known as THE Living Temporal. The purple rivers of ti that surrounded the Absolute now shimred with glimrs of blue-gold. The desperation that had filled those ancient eyes monts ago had faded, replaced by complexity that only soone who had just traded freedom for survival could possess.
There were many ways to go about things with him.
Noah could have let him be consud. He could have watched the infection claim another Absolute and added THE Living Temporal to the growing list of beings lost to THE Primordial Mycelia.
But as he continued receiving trendous harvest, as THE Infinite Observable Harvest and the harvest of One Fourth of a Primordial Architect flowed into his existence with force that made his foundations expand, more Infinite Everythings and Absolute Everythings ford within him.
He could afford to give one.
Frankly, THE Living Temporal was an enemy. But sotis, one needed to do things differently. Because if he had gone ahead and not helped, THE Entity would have gained the capability to traverse and infect across ti.
An infection that could reach backward into monts already passed. A rot that could claim beings before they even knew they would be claid. A unity that could establish itself in the past and simply wait for the present to catch up.
He had effectively eliminated this possibility.
And in addition to this...
Prompts blood before his eyes.
Infinite Everything Integration Complete
An Infinite Everything has been ingested by the subject, Amser Modred. The foreign undifferentiated authority of THE Primordial Mycelia has been burned away by the Infinite nature that now perates his Civilization of Temporal. The infection that had been claiming his existence piece by piece has been expelled entirely. Amser Modred retains his identity, his mories, and his ambitions.
However, his Civilization of Temporal now exists beneath the authority of your First Tongue. This hierarchy cannot be altered through conventional ans. Amser Modred’s growth will always occur under the umbrella of your Infinite authority. It always has, it always will. Temporal...has always been under your feet this whole ti.
...!
New Quality Acquired
Your Infinities have grasped the temporal weavings of Existence through Amser Modred’s bound Civilization. Your First Tongue has gained the quality of Undifferentiated Temporal Infinity. This quality allows you to interact with ti in ways that were previously impossible for your Civilization.
At any ti of your choosing, you can make the Civilization of Temporal a Derivative Civilization fully integrated into your existence. However, you already enjoy its core weavings through the subject Amser Modred, who has now been bound under THE First Tongue.
...!
Applications of Undifferentiated Temporal Infinity
Elevation of Temporal Traversal and THE Existential Paradox Loop. Through The Interstices, set coordinates of points in ti can be traversed to with more precision. Also, your ability to simulate potential outcos has been enhanced exponentially. You can now perform Temporal Simulations of potential futures and pasts without requiring any Moirai Threads.
Accelerated Cultivation of Depths and Sacred Resources. You can apply Undifferentiated Temporal Infinity to the cultivation of your people’s foundations, allowing them to experience eons of training and growth within monts of Observable Existence. Beings within your Civilization can be placed in temporal environnts where their Depths advance through accumulated effort that doesn’t consu ti from the outside world. Additionally, you can apply this authority to the growth of Sacred Herbs in your Early Veiled Shore. Plants that would require eons to bloom can now be cultivated through temporal manipulation that doesn’t consu those eons from Observable Existence. Wonders that only bloom in the face of Infinities can be grown in controlled environnts where ti flows according to your will. Your dream role as a farr has beco significantly more relevant to your path of power.
Temporal Refuge Construction. You can create spaces where ti flows differently than in Observable Existence, allowing for training and recovery that doesn’t consu ti from the outside world. THE Yggdrheim could be enhanced with such properties, providing your people with unlimited ti to overco their challenges with undifferentiation.
Temporal Inscription Composition. When writing Inscriptions through THE First Tongue, you can now incorporate temporal elents that cause your Embodints and Apophasis to affect targets across multiple monts simultaneously. An Inscription that would normally strike once can strike across the target’s past and present and future, causing damage that compounds through their tiline.
Harvest Optimization. You can apply Undifferentiated Temporal Infinity to your Infinite Observable Harvest, causing resources to flow toward you from monts that haven’t occurred yet or from monts that have already passed. This creates harvest streams that exceed what present-mont collection could provide.
BOOM!
Noah’s existence buzzed with the implications of these prompts!
He had Infinite Undifferentiated Fate and Infinite Hunger as separate bodies entirely, currently in the process of becoming Absolutes. Their transformation was occurring even now, their foundations crossing that impossible step with ease.
And he had gained the quality of Undifferentiated Temporal Infinity!
At a ti when it felt like THE Primordial Mycelia was winning on many fronts, when THE Secretive Eon had just claid the four Strategoi of THE Agora, it was good to have this victory against it.
Preventing it from accessing ti was a heavy thing!
An infection that couldn’t reach through temporal pathways was an infection that could be cornered. An infection that couldn’t establish itself in the past was an infection that could be traced to its origins. An infection that couldn’t claim the future before it arrived was an infection that could be outmaneuvered.
He had just removed one of THE Primordial Mycelia’s most dangerous potential capabilities.
He even looked at Amser Modred as he awaited his answer on exactly how he had kept the infection at bay for so long. The question wasn’t rely curiosity, though curiosity certainly played a role.
Understanding how THE Living Temporal had resisted could provide insights into fighting this thing on larger scales.
He knew part of it was the Depth of this being. Amser Modred was a powerful Absolute, one of the strongest in Observable Existence below THE Four. His foundations possessed weight that most beings couldn’t match. That weight alone would have slowed any infection.
But the other?
There had to be sothing else. Sothing about ti itself that made THE Primordial Mycelia struggle to claim him completely.
Noah looked at THE Living Temporal, who gazed at him with an ancient expression filled with complexity. The purple rivers of ti that surrounded him continued shimring with blue-gold glimrs, a constant reminder of what had just changed.
Eventually, Amser Modred sighed.
He closed his eyes for a mont, and when he opened them again, the complexity had settled into sothing closer to tired honesty.
"Ti is not rely a river that flows from past to future."
His voice erged with weight that ca from eons of intimate understanding.
"It is also a record. Every mont that occurs is inscribed into existence itself. The past doesn’t disappear. It remains, written into the foundations of reality in ways that cannot be erased."
He paused, temporal currents swirling around him with increased intensity.
"That infection... it seeks to decompose individual consciousness into unified soil. It wishes to make the many beco one. But the past records who you were before the infection began. Every mont of your existence prior to contact remains inscribed in ti."
His eyes t Noah’s with understanding that only soone who had just fought this battle could possess.
"I used my Temporal authority to constantly anchor myself to past monts. Monts when I was fully myself. Monts when no infection had touched my consciousness. Every ti the infection tried to claim a piece of my identity, I reached into the past and pulled that piece forward again. I was essentially restoring myself from temporal backups that existed before the contamination."
He shook his head slowly.
"It wasn’t a solution. It was a delaying action. The infection was reaching further and further back, trying to claim those backup monts as well. Eventually, it would have reached the mont of my birth, and then..."
He didn’t need to finish the sentence.
"But the principle remains. The infection struggles with temporal anchoring because its thodology requires continuity of infection. If you can break that continuity by reaching to monts before the infection existed..."
His eyes blazed with purple light that now held glimrs of blue.
"You can restore what was lost. You can pull identity forward from monts when that identity was still intact. Ti is the ultimate record of who we were before we beca what we are now."
...!
Noah absorbed these words with perception that was already beginning to process their implications.
Temporal anchoring!
Reaching into monts before infection.
Pulling identity forward from the past!
If beings could be connected to monts when they were uninfected, those monts could serve as templates for restoration. THE Primordial Mycelia couldn’t claim what it had never touched. And if what it had touched could be overwritten by what it hadn’t touched...
A possibility was forming in his mind.
A terrible, wonderful, incredibly complex possibility!
He would need ti to develop it fully. He would need to understand more about how THE Entity operated, about its limitations, about the boundaries of its thodology. But for the first ti since learning about THE Primordial Mycelia’s true nature, he felt like he was looking at a path toward genuine solution.
Noah smiled slightly as he looked at Amser Modred.
"Temporal anchoring. Restoration from monts before contamination. Using the past as a record that the infection cannot fully claim..."
His smile widened.
And the purple rivers of ti surrounding THE Living Temporal shimred with increased intensity!
