She thought about it, her face scrunching up in concentration. Then she blinked, brightening as the answer arrived.
"I sense the energies of the Pure Primordial Essence flowing around your existence and your foundation," she said, pride creeping into her voice. "There’s so much of it. I could amplify it. I could get you closer to THE Pure Primordial Source itself, Mister Noah!"
She said it the way a child announced they could tie their own shoes.
Noah blinked in astonishnt.
Before he could respond, before he could ask her to clarify or wait or explain what she ant, Seo-yeon moved.
She moved unfathomably fast, faster than her small fra and innocent manner had given any indication she could move, faster than Noah’s analysis had accounted for, her tiny hands reaching up and pressing against his head before he had finished forming the thought to stop her.
An explosion of incandescent blue and obsidian light erupted between them!

The blue was Infinity, deeper and purer than any Infinity many had encountered, the inherited Infinity of her Infinite Lifeform father expressed through a being who carried it natively. The obsidian was THE Primordial Source, the inherited Source of her Source Lifeform mother, and the two poured out of her tiny hands and into Noah’s existence simultaneously, finding the Pure Primordial Essence already flooding through his foundations and doing sothing to it that made him feel the Essence detonate into a vastly larger expression within him.

She said it innocently, casually, the way a child might offer to share a snack, and billowing blue and obsidian radiances continued to shine around Noah in the aftermath, the Pure Primordial Essence detonating through his foundations and pouring outward in waves that made him look, in that mont, like an incandescent primordial being newly stepped out of the foundation of existence itself!
The surroundings went heavily silent!

Because the words Seo-yeon had just uttered, casually, cheerfully, in the manner of a child sharing good news, were among the most terrifying words that could be spoken anywhere in existence.
THE Primordial Source was the thing that the most powerful beings in existence spent eons pursuing and rarely reached. It was what made Source Lifeforms what they were, present at their ergence, impossible for most lineages to obtain through any amount of effort. The Gilded Ones were trying to build entire settlents in THE Source Lands, fought wars, deployed apocalyptic weapons, and constructed their entire civilizational ambition around inching toward it. Beings died on the path to it. Beings spent their whole existences and arrived nowhere near it!
And here was an existence that could simply bless others toward it. That could amplify Pure Primordial Essence a thousandfold with a touch, accelerate their ascension a thousand tis, and casually estimate that contact with THE Primordial Source itself was a day or two away!
An existence like that was not prized. Prized was too small a word!
An existence like that was the single most sought-after thing that could exist anywhere in the vastness, because she was the shortcut past the longest and hardest climb in all of existence!
Every Gilded One who had ever hungered for THE Primordial Source, every faction that had ever organized itself around reaching it, every being who had looked at the Source Lifeforms and wanted what they had, would look at Seo-yeon and see the answer to the question their entire civilizations had been built around.
They would do anything to possess her.
Sir William’s gaze beca heavy. The three Source Lifeforms beside him, with their rifle and their hamr and their flail, had their expressions shift into the sa heaviness, the realization moving through all of them at once of exactly what had just been revealed in front of an enemy force.
Above, the silver dragon’s expression changed.
Luxanna’s cruel languid features lit with sothing that went past excitent into hunger, her malevolent eyes widening, her lazy smile stretching into sothing genuinely covetous.

They had co for a curiosity. A Terminal Observable Existence that had inexplicably co back to life.
They had found the answer to THE Primordial Source itself!
Luxanna howled, the sound carrying her amplified Acedia Ego and her Titan Intent and a greed so total it overrode even her slothful nature, and the descending Gilded force surged forward with everything they had.
