The Negative Energy Blade sliced over the neck of the Golden Statue and decapitated Belina.
She reached her hands up and pulled her head back down. Golden tentacles reached out from the cut on her neck and attached her head back on.
"Don’t think that I die that easily." Belina’s voice echoed.
Golden plants shot out and wrapped around the Four-winged Dark Angel. Golden tal appeared around his feet and lted because of the golden fire, they rooted him in place.
Golden air blew down from above, forcing a heavy weight on his shoulder.
The golden rain had not stopped. Those droplets conducted electricity and raised the damage from the golden electricity shooting down from above.
The armor of the Dark Angel broke apart. His helt cracked.
"You lose." Belina said.
Everyone around the world wailed in desperation as they saw the only hope for humanity being slowly extinguished by a False God.
The Dark Angel marched forward. He grabbed Belina tightly.
"What are you doing?!" Belina shouted.
"This ends now."
Negative Energy ford within the Four-winged Angel. The dark fabric charged and focused within his heart.
It charged. And it charged. And it charged.
"Fool! Let go of !" Belina scread.
Golden tal pierced through the body of the Dark Angel.
But he did not let go.
A colorless explosion washed over the entire Holy City and leveled everything back to the Stone Age.
All the broadcasts were interrupted by the massive outburst of energy. The screens were black for half an hour.
"What happened?! What happened?!" Arthur shouted.
He and his friends were watching everything back in Barena. It was the sa bar that they watched that billionaire trying to dirty Zeneros’s na.
They were just one of the many people that the white swordsman had saved.
Kaito stayed silent. He turned off the TV.
One of the maids turned to face him, her lips trembled. "He..."
Kaito shook his head and walked away.
Neros knelt down. His eyes were hollow. He slamd his forearms on the ground.
Piper carried and patted little Emily in her arms, holding back her own tears.
General Dragovic’s expression darkened. Doctor Avaline’s gaze stayed fixed on the gold river. Dwayne Xolotl held his breath.
Then, the Golden Stream retreated.
"He did it." Samuel J. Dragovic sighed.
Bruce Avaline took out a cloth and wiped his forehead full of sweat.
Dwayne had finally breathed again.
Nina, Quill, and Nicholas watched as the sun rose at the far horizon. There was sothing difference about the sky that day.
It was clearer, purer. It was as if a certain influence in this world had disappeared.
"He did it." Nicholas said. "This world was saved."
Nina shook her head, "Only for now. There are still threats coming for this world."
"Threats like the Cyber Runner." Quill finished her sentences.
Military forces all around the world flooded into the Holy City. Neros led the charge for the Invokers and the Priests.
They spread out to look for any sign of Zeneros in the ruin.
"Co on! Co on! You must be there!"
Neros used conjured a fire dog to dig up the ground.
Around him, several personnel of the governnt was also digging or scanning. They’re looking for him.
"Neros!" Oliphim shouted.
Neros rushed over to him. Then he saw it.
A white robe caught in a tal pole blowing in the wind. Or what was left of it. The tattered fabric was barely registered as a robe anymore.
Neros grabbed the fabric. It still exuded the energy that chased all evil.
The Holy City was the end of Zeneros Blackburn. He was never found again.
So said that he died with the False God that day. His body disintegrated in the explosion. That was why no one could find him.
So said he had beco one with the Gold Stream and beca the will of the world.
And so said that he had returned to where he ca from, waiting for another age to co and save Hexilia once more.
No one knew what the truth was. But there was soone that might have an idea.

Carter regained his consciousness. Or more precisely, he had returned as himself.
He stood on a mountain far away from the Holy City, overlooking the people that were looking for him.
His pupils dilated.
’What happened?’
For a mont, he forgot who he really was. The script continued and it went the way he wanted it to be.
There were certain aspects that shouldn’t exist. Like the First Ten Terrors that knew Iganu, the Terror within the Prisoner. They weren’t even supposed to exist.
And the last fight was influenced by his will in a certain way.
Whatever his Unique Ability was, it was sothing unimaginable.
The notifications flooded at him.

Carter’s eyes widened a little bit as he saw the new ability that the Eldritch Knight had gained. It was similar to Necron Force, allowing the skin to beco more powerful without a limitation.
’Terror also has an ability called Terror Force. But it doesn’t allow unlimited growth like Necron Force or Eldritch Force. Maybe there is sothing I need to do with this skin line?’
