A fierce gust of wind erupted, scattering the snow on the ground and tousling Leng Ningxue’s blue hair, causing her pupils to constrict.

As they spoke, Zi Yuan swiftly dealt with the remaining employees of the survivors.

Of course, Bai Cheng refused.
She could tell that even if they hadn’t t and she hadn’t intervened, these four pursuers wouldn’t have been a match for Leng Ningxue.

"I-I’ll take it!" Leng Ningxue took a step back and bowed deeply. "Thank you, Bai Cheng!"
"I should be thanking you." Bai Cheng hadn’t expected such a serious reaction.
She distinctly rembered Yu Nian not being this shocked when she saw her legendary items.
...Was Yu Nian just too dumb?
anwhile, far away on a distant station, a certain pink-haired girl sneezed violently.
"Who the hell is badmouthing ?!"
Bai Cheng had entered the station at night. After all the commotion, dawn had already broken.
She chatted with Leng Ningxue for a while longer, shared a breakfast together, and then they both returned to their respective trains to sort through their loot.

"Bai Cheng!" Leng Ningxue’s voice suddenly called from outside.
Bai Cheng stepped out to find her holding an ice-blue crystal, which she promptly shoved into Bai Cheng’s hands.
"This is an ice elent core. Using it will give your train car a food preservation effect, and nothing will ever rot." Leng Ningxue explained. "It’s different from the ones found in the wild. Those only work like refrigerators. This one is made using my ability. It’s for you!"
She pressed her lips together, her cheeks slightly flushed.
Bai Cheng didn’t refuse this ti and accepted it cheerfully.
Leng Ningxue continued, "I’m going to complete my trophy mission now."
She had co to say goodbye.
Bai Cheng nodded. "Be careful."
"I will. See you at the next station."
Leng Ningxue waved and returned to her train.
Bai Cheng watched until the other party’s train disappeared from sight before finally going back inside her train.
However, she didn’t leave imdiately. Instead, she took out the passes she had obtained earlier and examined it.
