The mont Frost Rupture reached its limit—

Crack.

Hell Gao's entire right leg shattered in a violent burst of ice and hellfire.

The massive limb collapsed inward, frozen fractures ripping through flesh and bone before detonating apart. Hell Gao let out an earth-shaking roar as his balance completely failed.

[ Frost Rupture — Full Break achieved. ]

[ Hell Gao's Attack Power decreased by 20%. ]

[ Hell Gao's Movent Speed decreased by 50%. ]

[ Hell Gao has been knocked down. ]

The demon's colossal body slamd into the cavern floor, the impact sending tremors through the mountain.

Alan didn't hesitate.

His feet planted.

His sword rose.

His killing intent sharpened to a single point.

Now.

He leapt.

The Frostlight Orc Chief Sword descended like judgnt itself, aid straight at Hell Gao's face.

Critical Strike.

The blade pierced through scorched hide, shattered bone, and blazing skull—

—and struck true.

[ Critical Hit! ]

[ 3,084,216 damage dealt. ]

Hell Gao's health bar plumted.

71.5% → 51%

—in a single instant.

Hell Gao shrieked, the sound warped by pain and fury beyond reason.

Then—

Black hellflas erupted.

They didn't burn outward.

They devoured inward, swallowing Hell Gao's fallen body as dark fire surged violently in all directions.

Alan twisted midair and kicked off the cavern wall, retreating instantly.

He landed far back, eyes narrowing.

There it is.

If he was touched by those flas—

A Soul Corrosion Debuff.

A lethal debuff that dealt 2,000 damage per second until death.

The hellflas surged higher, engulfing Hell Gao completely as the demon began to regenerate within the inferno.

Alan exhaled slowly.

'Just like peak sword said and its also the phase where his guild lost most of the ti' Alan thought,

The mont Hell Gao entered this phase, lee was suicide.

Alan reached behind his shoulder.

The sword vanished.

A bow appeared in his hands.

He nocked an arrow—its shaft gleaming faintly with layered craftsmanship.

[Special Jaffa Arrow]

Rating: Epic

Attack Power: 35–42

Effect:

– Extrely high penetration

– Ignores a portion of enemy defense

– Chance to fully bypass defense

Weight: 0.1

Alan drew the bowstring back until it sang.

His eyes locked onto the faint silhouette inside the black flas—the montary outline where Hell Gao's core reford.

That's the heart.

The arrow was released.

It vanished mid-flight—

—then reappeared inside the inferno.

A sharp, tallic impact echoed through the cavern.

Hell Gao scread again, the sound this ti laced with panic.

Alan didn't stop.

He fired again.

And again.

The arrows flew one after another, streaking through the black inferno like flashes of silver light.

"Insolent human! You will pay for this!!" Hell Gao roared, his voice shaking the cavern.

With his right leg destroyed, he abandoned all attempts at movent. Instead, he raised his staff high and unleashed pure hellfire, torrents of black flas erupting toward Alan in wide, sweeping arcs.

Alan didn't panic.

He kept firing.

Now it was a battle of attrition.

There will be a mont, Alan calculated calmly.

The hellfire can't last forever.

He shifted constantly—step, roll, slide—never stopping in one place. Whenever a wave of hellfire surged toward him, he dodged at the last possible instant, letting the flas scorch the ground where he had stood just a heartbeat earlier.

At the sa ti, his bow never rested.

Thwip.

Thwip.

Thwip.

Each arrow flew with precision, slipping through gaps in the flas and striking Hell Gao's body—so bouncing off hardened scales, others punching clean through thanks to the Jaffa Arrow's penetration effect.

[ Defense Ignored — Partial Success ]

[ 3,421 damage dealt. ]

[ Defense Ignored — Success ]

[ 8,907 damage dealt. ]

Hell Gao howled as his regeneration struggled to keep up.

Black flas flickered—unstable now.

Alan narrowed his eyes.

There. The output is dropping.

Sweat dampened his grip, but his breathing remained steady. He drew the bow again, muscles aching slightly from the sustained firing, and released another arrow.

Hell Gao's health bar continued to fall, slowly but steadily.

51% → 48% → 45%

The demon slamd his staff into the ground in rage, but the hellfire bursts were no longer as dense, no longer as overwhelming.

The demon slamd his staff into the ground in rage, but the hellfire bursts were no longer as dense, no longer as overwhelming.

"Damn it… this is the weakness of this vessel," Hell Gao thought, unwillingly. His black hellfire was capable of imnse destruction, but the demon body he was using as a vessel couldn't contain it any longer. Soon, Hell Gao would have to reclaim his hellfire, or his body would collapse entirely.

"Not again… I can't lose to a human!" he roared.

Alan smiled faintly as he watched the black flas rise, gradually subdued by the normal jade-green flas of demonic energy. Calmly, he lifted the Frostlight Orc Chief Sword once again.

"You're at your limit, right?" Alan asked, his eyes sharp.

"I am… stronger than you, puny insect!" Hell Gao bellowed, green flas surging from his form.

[ You are being burned by Hellfire ]

[ You will lose 500 points of health per second until the master of hellfire is defeated ]

At least they aren't fatal yet, Alan thought, sliding smoothly into his stance.

"Supre Swordsmanship: First Style! Second Style! Third Style!"

Puoook!

[Critical!]

[You have dealt 2,538,000 damage to the target.]

"Pagma Swordsmanship: Transcend Link!"

"Kuaaaack!"

[You have dealt 3,154,600 damage to the target.]

"And now… Pagma Swordsmanship: Linked Kill!" Alan shouted as his final strike connected, frost and steel striking with precise timing, chaining the techniques seamlessly.

'Is he human?'

A tenacious vitality. Indeed, he was similar to Muller who destroyed his body forcing him to use the body of other Demonkins. Hell Gao was forced to acknowledge Alan as the blue greatsword penetrated through the remnants of the flas.

[You have dealt 215,000 damage.]

The second blow.

Hell Gao couldn't even scream. The remnant black flas around him turned to jade and were then extinguished.
