While soone might be loyal to him or the company, what would happen if the lives of their loved ones are threatened, or they themselves are threatened? Who would want to sacrifice their lives or that of their loved ones, just because of their career?
Already expecting sothing like this to happen in the future, judging by the trend at which Sky Technologies was improving, Michael decided to take counter asures.
As long as the top experts were available, they could go ahead and train others when there was a need to. But of course, the most crucial points would still be withheld, making sure that the secrets of the company would not be exposed.
Among the experts that Michael had made a purchase for, they included a Microchip engineer, who would be tasked with designing proprietary processors and power systems, while embedded and computer systems specialist would handle firmware and deeply integrated operating platforms.
The AI and machine-learning researcher would develop on-device intelligence and security. A materials scientist and battery researcher would push advances in displays, structural alloys, and high-density energy storage.
Thermal and power-managent experts would ensure efficiency and stability, while the telecommunications engineer would master next-generation connectivity.
The Optics specialist and an industrial designer would complete the effort, shaping imaging systems and unifying function with form across all future devices.
With this, the structure of sky technologies was basically completed. Additionally, with all these processing expert level knowledge in their fields, it was inevitable that the growth of Sky Technologies would be accelerated.
But of course, Michael was not yet done. He understood sothing crucial, that was the safety of the bio humans. Considering that these bio humans did not possess the combat skills, if they were targeted, it could be a little troubleso.
As a result, Michael decided to make a purchase of the adaptive dermal lattice armor for each one of them, and considering that each armor was priced at 500 SP, it was quite expensive.

"Wait a mont." Michael said, making Adrian halt his steps, before he turned around to face Michael again.
"I would like you to leave the issue concerning Sky Technologies to Lucas for the ti being. As for you, I would like you to make arrangents for the acquisition of the shares of Vanguard corporation." Michael stated.
Adrian nodded before he said, "The arrangents had already been made before, and by now, all that is remaining is for us to transfer the money after signing the share transfer agreent.
As you had previously asked, the eting between the shareholders and us was kept confidential, so, there is nobody else who knows about the plan for the acquisition of the shares of Vanguard Corporation."
Michael nodded in satisfaction. Due to the investigation from the Santos family, Michael had decided to do things swiftly. He did not want soone else to start interfering in his matters.
So, he thought, he would just make arrangents first, then take over all the shares of Vanguard Corporation in one fell swoop.
"Alright. Make arrangents for that. Let the signing of the contracts be done tomorrow. We don’t necessarily need to sign the physical contracts, as I don’t plan to go to the central province for the ti being.
So, we can sign the electronic contracts, and imdiately after the contracts are signed, you can transfer the money. Additionally, you can increase the amount that you earn from the stock market, make it that your card balance is maintained at $10 billion." Michael gave his instructions.
"Okay, let make the contact with those that have already agreed to sell their shares. This ti, we should be able to acquire 32% of the remaining shares of Vanguard Corporation.
