Bai Xiaosheng picked up his phone, silently activated the recording function, then pressed play and said in a deep voice, "As you can see, I’m not in a good mood!"
Bai Xiaosheng said, "Mr. Landvo, don’t you think you and your wife have gone too far this ti? There’s a conflict between us, and you deliberately arranged for soone to fra . Landvo didn’t believe it, chuckling.

I just feel regretful, you know, the youngest executive president in our company’s history, how can you be involved in so many cases, needing to clarify to so many departnts, and all those incidents have both human and material evidence against you. If you can’t explain yourself, you won’t be able to leave South Arica! Investigating all this should take at least six to seven months, maybe even a year or two, depending on the efficiency of different departnts, so you better be ntally prepared!"
Bai Xiaosheng said calmly, "I am prepared to face any provocation! Anyone, bring it on!"
"That’s good, that’s good," Landvo said with a laugh, "However, during your investigation period, soone still needs to take care of the Greater China Region, right? All the work can’t wait for when your troubles are resolved. Tsk, tsk, there might be an acting executive president taking the position. Once an acting president cos, they’re not easy to replace! Such a change is really unfortunate for you. After all your hard work making the Greater China Region so successful, now soone else gets to benefit just like that."
Landvo claid to feel regretful, but his tone was light and full of amusent.
Bai Xiaosheng listened silently.
This only made Landvo even more delighted.

Landvo sneered coldly in his heart.
Everyone was making money just fine, and yet, they had to ss with him out of nowhere. Isn’t that just courting death!
Not making this call to sneer a bit would not sit well with Landvo.
Seeing Bai Xiaosheng remain silent, Landvo continued in a light voice, "Hey, the outside dia is almost in an uproar! I’ve co across reports from twenty or thirty different dia outlets, and I’m genuinely worried! You know, you Bai Xiaosheng causing trouble is one thing, but outsiders might think it implicates our group! Tarnishing the group’s reputation like this, it’s really inappropriate! I think the headquarters wouldn’t want to see the situation worsen!"
"I think the headquarters will make the right decision!" Bai Xiaosheng replied aningfully.
Jiang Kuo had said that the situation was kept confidential, and even if Landvo had soone at headquarters, they wouldn’t know the Monitoring Departnt’s decision this quickly.
Once they find out, who knows what expression Landvo and Catherine will have!
"Then let’s see if the top managent will prioritize the bigger picture or strive to clear your na!" Landvo sneered again and again.
To him, Bai Xiaosheng’s trust in the company’s top managent seed so naive!
"Oh right, since you’ve got so many issues, how about I help you get a lawyer or sothing? Or maybe find a small newspaper to publish a statent to clear your na." Landvo laughed without any restraint, "At worst, you might as well have your side in the Greater China Region arrange to send a legal team over, familiar with the laws here, or let your dia start a verbal fight across the ocean with this side. Landvo was deliberately putting pressure on Bai Xiaosheng, pointing out the dia issue, the headquarters’ response, and the potential impact on the Greater China Region.
"Thanks for the reminders, Mr. Landvo, I believe you’ll soon see my actions!" Bai Xiaosheng replied calmly.

Landvo puffed his cigar, silently sneering.
Catherine, standing beside him, sipped her red wine and smiled silently.
This call was clearly made with the intention to taunt.
Catherine also wanted Bai Xiaosheng to believe this, to think Landvo was overconfident.
The taunting wasn’t just about venting pleasure, but also an attempt to unsettle Bai Xiaosheng.
Catherine thought that Bai Xiaosheng was soone not easy to deal with; if he wasn’t unsettled, he might just be able to think of a way to get out of this predicant.
On that side, Landvo, having said all he wanted to, had not heard Bai Xiaosheng say a single word of submission, which displeased him.
There’s a saying in Huaxia, as his wife often pointed out, you don’t cry until you see the coffin!
This Bai Xiaosheng hasn’t reached the end of his rope yet; he’s really able to endure!
When the ti cos, and he can’t take it anymore, he might even call to beg for leniency! Landvo thought to himself.

On the phone, Bai Xiaosheng’s voice still sounded hard, much like an indestructible iron pea.
This statent displeased Landvo a bit; he wanted to retort but didn’t expect Bai Xiaosheng to end the call abruptly.
"That bastard!" Landvo slamd his phone down and cursed, "Even like this, and he still won’t bend to !"
Beside him, Catherine let out a cold smile, took a sip of red wine, and leisurely said, "Don’t worry, let’s see how long he can remain arrogant!"
