Inside my wagon, I breathed a sigh of relief as the banging on my door finally stopped and the persistent tail also known as Caius, finally left. I went to the bathroom to take a shower before doing anything else that I have planned.
After my shower, I started organizing everything that I was able to harvest in the forest earlier today. The items are similar to the array of things that Caius was able to harvest as well though the amount is way higher than he could ever hold in his storage.
I have been discreetly harvesting a lot of things without his knowledge during our 9-hour exploration in the forest. Now, just the sheer amount of it all needed my focus so I don’t miss out on anything.
I started with checking on the dicinal herbs first since this is what is most needed by the camp as of the mont. I placed the herbs in a separate storage ring that I plan to bring to the military hospital tomorrow. The herbs I will be sending over was based on what I believe they needed the most based on my observation for the past few days at the military hospital. I did not place all of them in the ring though, only about half since I plan to send the rest to my alchemy shop business.
After the dicinal herbs, I arranged all the food items next. It included the wild vegetables, wild fruits, root crops, fresh water fish, freshly hunted animal at and wild edible mushrooms. I placed half of every kind that I harvested in the storage ring as well for the camp’s consumption.
The last thing I placed in the storage ring was all the wooden logs I discreetly took from the forest. I only started taking whole trees into my storage space during the last three hours of my stay in the forest. I finally had the chance at that ti since a certain soone beca too distracted to notice a trunk or two disappearing from his surroundings because he receive his own storage ring.
The last but not the least, I placed a copy of the map I made of that side of the forest for the camp’s use. It also includes all the types of plants and animals that Caius and I encountered for the benefit of future foragers and hunters. I also included which ones are safe for consumption and those that are not. I also indicated things to look out for like lairs of bigger animals, the snakes in the river and any extrely dangerous plant or animal that they have to veer away from for safety reasons.
Once I am contented with how everything is arranged inside my storage ring, I started sending the rest of my harvest particularly the dicinal herbs to Uncle Daejung’s alchemy shop. As for the food items, I placed half of it in my shared storage with Kayden and the other half with Lark since all those items can be used as ingredients for the nu items of the restaurants they managed in their respective blocks. Finally, I sent so high quality wild fruits to Dimitri’s and Kayden’s shared storage spaces as well so that my pregnant husbands can munch on them whenever they are craving for sothing sweet and refreshing.
After finishing what I had to do, I started checking on docunts and letters that are now piling up in my several shared storage spaces which were from Eieneos, Sklavryet, Marahuyo, the magic tower, each of my business ventures and my n. If one could drown in written and voice ssages, I would have already died.
I was never as thankful as I was today for not really needing sleep. So of the ssages are quite urgent and the tone used was quite angry. I made sure to sort them from most urgent to ones that I can do at a later ti. My husbands letters are always on the "most urgent" category, of course.
After responding to each and every letter from my husbands, I then started sending my reports to the capital as part of my envoy work. Once that is out of the way, the business docunts and those from the magic tower ca next. The last ones I checked on were the ssages from Eieneos because I trust the people I left there to handle to everything appropriately even when I was away.
Based on the letters of Eieneos, it seems that Altair has already left the kingdom on the sa day I left as well. He was quite vocal with starting with the job of getting the lost Eienean souls as soon as possible. I honestly think that he was just bored and did not like to deal with my other three fiancées as much as possible.
Well, he’s strong so I am sure he can take care of himself. The problem though is that there is a chance that he will try to pin point my location and bother . He likes to find ways to stay around or be with whenever he can so the chance of that happening is quite high.
I sighed since there is no use thinking about it. I will just deal with it when he finds his way here.
When I finally finished all the paperwork and responses to the letters, it was already in the wee hours of the morning. I laid on my bed while staring at the ceiling, trying to empty my mind.
After a few minutes, I gradually closed my eyes as I extended my soul power to all my children both born and unborn. This ability is sothing that none of my husbands know about. It lets check on all my children wherever they are and communicate with them even if they are still in the wombs of their fathers or in the room of beginnings.
It is not much of communicating since my children really does not speak per se except for Iosef and Ianthe who have started speaking with simple sentences. The rest only share feelings like happiness, excitent, curiosity and a little confusion at tis as to where the voice speaking to them was coming from.
I am quite sure that Ioannis is quite curious as to how our twins still know who I am and are still close to though I rarely see them. He sotis looks at like he wanted to ask about it but he never did in the end.
