Inheriting a Lost Bloodline, My First Task is to have heirs?! Chapter 502 - A Bit of Leisurely Time

The next few days were spent lazily inside my palace. My every day was practically spent with sleeping, waking up, bathing, eating, playing with my children, completing paperwork then playing with my husband at night. This was my routine until it was ti for the blood demons to move to the new world tree realm.

To be fair and to make good with my promise that I will give them the sa treatnt I have given to the fairies and the dark elves, I had to personally pick them up from the territory in the human realm and assist them with their move. The move was quick and very efficient. It only took about 6 hours to move everybody and everything in the territory to the their new ho.

After spending a week with Ioannis, Laerad suddenly demanded to be rewarded for all his hardwork and effort in making sure that the the blood demon and dark elves territories are created. He also did not forget to bank on the fact that he obediently accepted new tasks as well which was to prepare the hos for the different beast n groups. He insisted that he needed to recharge his spirits in my presence and once done, that is the only ti he can continue working and giving his best.

I chuckled in amusent at his request and train of reasoning. I did not agree imdiately and gave an excuse that I have to tell the main consort first that I won’t be staying with him for the next few days.

As I said that, I did go back to the palace to tell my main consort about Laerad’s request. Much to my surprise and as if overjoyed, he readily agreed and even encouraged repeatedly to stay as many days with Laerad as I preferred.

I looked at him with knowing eyes and Ioannis imdiately looked away guiltily. My next move was to call for my parents telepathically to help in taking care of the twins for the night. Ioannis watched my father carry Iosef and Ianthe away in confusion.

Without warning, I lifted Ioannis like a sack on my shoulder and started walking away from the living room. I then whispered, "You said you want all the ti, right? I will start staying with Laerad by tomorrow evening since you gave your permission but we will still have a lot of ti to have fun tonight. You think I did not notice your attempt to try and get rid of quickly, huh?"

I felt Ioannis flinch then he started explaining while stuttering, "I- I didn’t- I’m not getting rid of you. It’s just- You- You bully in the bedroom too much."

I laughed while walking towards the staircase, "I have been bullying you from the very first night we spent together. Why are you complaining only now? Isn’t that a tad too late?"

The next morning, I woke up in a really great mood as I looked at the sleeping Ioannis beside . Well, I did bully him again last night till the wee hours of the morning.

I let my husband sleep in as much as he wanted. I went down to the dining room to have my breakfast with the children and my parents. I simply made sure that there is food ready for when my husband wakes up later.

After my hearty breakfast, I kissed my twins goodbye and told them that I will stay with their Uncle Laerad for a few days since he misses and that I also need to check on their baby siblings. My children did not make a fuss at all this ti. It was as if they understood clearly after hearing that I needed to leave for their siblings just like a very understanding elder sister and elder brother.

I was able to walk out of the palace doors without any issues or drama. I continued to walk leisurely through the palace gardens till I reach the small plaza that will bring to the World Tree Realm. I imdiately activated the portal and in a blink of an eye, I am in the field of flowers once more where our little hut is located.

I haven’t even taken a single step towards the hut when I felt a flicker of mana. I was then enveloped in a tight hug from the front. I was so worried as I felt Laerad’s bump hit my stomach as well when the hug happened. My husband did not let go of even after several minutes have passed.

I ended up chuckling as I asked, "Is this your idea of recharging your spirits? Is this the only thing we need to do?"

Hearing my question, Laerad’s body stiffened as his arms loosed up a bit from the embrace. He then looked at with a cold face then asked, "What are you complaining about? Don’t tell that you have used up all your energy on your first husband and couldn’t spare anything for and your children anymore?"

This ti I laughed out loud and answered, "You do know that my body is way sturdier than that. My body has been created to ensure that I can complete my mission easily. You think I get tired that quickly?"

Laerad rolled his eyes at , grabbed my hand and started on pulling towards our little hut. Once inside our hut, he started becoming more aggressive as a fiery kiss landed on my lips. I imdiately reciprocated the kiss and as if being reassured, his movents eventually cald down and beca gentler.

I teased him a bit but I definitely don’t have any intention of not giving him anything he wanted to get or do. As for our activities in the bedroom being way gentler than what he used to, that is non-negotiable. It won’t change even if he complains or goes into a dramatic tirade with .

After spending so intimate ti with Laerad, I actually realized that I miss him more than I let on. We rarely spend ti with each other given the roles that we have and what they entail. To make up with the lost ti, Laerad and I kept ourselves busy inside the room from early morning till mid afternoon. We freshened up afterwards and then decided to do an inspection in all the occupied areas in the realm.

We teleported to the first territory for inspection which was area of the elves. Laerad was on a very good mood now and was a bit more chatty. He proudly told that nobody made excuses about paying rent and that everybody paid on ti. They were even diligent enough to start saving for the next rent already as soon as the previous one has been paid.

I really am happy that this landlord system is working great. With this system, Laerad does not have to support the whole realm on his own which ans that he can also focus on caring for the children, himself and the little tasks that I give to him.

We went to the other areas for the heralds, giants, fairies, dark elves and blood demons one by one, checking how the citizens were faring so far. The short visit made the people happy, seeing still showing concern for them.

The last place we visited was Tadhana where my other three pregnant husbands were staying. I stayed for a longer ti in this area since I was given a tour to each of Makisig, Vaelion, Reiss and even Laerad’s houses that they designed and tidied themselves. I could not help but think they are adorable as they excitedly shared their creations with .

After visiting Tadhana, Laerad and I went back to our little hut to enjoy so quality ti together. We discussed topics such as magic, managent of the realm and also possible rules that I want to add to the current ones. Our little ti together was very productive and also very comfortable.

The next couple of days were spent leisurely in the little hut. I also made visits to Tadhana to spend so ti with the other husbands as well. I stayed for one night in each of my husbands’ hos just like they have requested previously.

While with Laerad, I also made sure to help him out on his new task which was creating small community areas for different types of beast n. It is my little way of making sure he won’t get too tired or engrossed in his tasks.

My husband is quite a perfectionist and a workaholic. He usually works too much that he gives up eating and ends up still doing other daily activities which is should not be allowed now that he is with a child.

I spent my remaining free days similar to an inspector, making sure everything is in place. I wanted to make sure that Laerad won’t have any difficulties and issues once he is back to managing the realm all alone again.
