As I reappeared inside the living room of my villa with Keeran in tow, the first thing I saw was the four n that had a very awkward silence between them. Clarence and Caius are seated on either end of the sofa. Void and Arthur are also seated at the opposite ends on chairs around the dining table.
When and Keeran appeared, all eyes were on us. At first it showed surprise, relief that I ca back and then their eyes laid on Keeran and they all frowned. Only Arthur was calm and did not react negatively to another man being invited here.
Keeran on the other hand, having recovered from suddenly being dragged and teleported out like I am so kind of , flung his hand to get his wrists out of my grasp. I looked back at him with furrowed brows and he looked back at with a glare of his own.
I saw Keeran look around the room, giving each man a few second of his attention before her eyes went back to . He then asked with gritted teeth, "What is it you are playing at? Why did you suddenly bring here without explaining what this is all about?"
I smiled at him and replied, "Well, I already told Grandpa Mage about this eting and he agreed so I was able to take you away. Why are you so grumpy again?"
Keeran replied, "Do you think being taken by force won’t make soone grumpy? I was even about to have dinner before you whisked away. Why am I here anyway and who are all these people and umm... one mystique?"
I chuckled at Keeran’s reaction and responded, "You really have sharp senses. We indeed have here three humans and one dark elf."
Keeran grumpily replied, "I can use mana so I can feel such obvious difference. But then again, that does not answer my previous question."
I covered my mouth exaggeratedly, feigning a surprise which earned a scoff from Caius and Keeran. I laughed loud but still started explaining that this eting is actually for my "Wanna-Be Husbands".
Upon hearing this declaration, Void stood up from his seat, turned around and started walking back to his room. The other four guys followed him with their eyes in confusion.
As he walked away, he spoke loudly, "I am out of this eting since I am already her HUSBAND. I would have loved to hear all the gossip but I will just ask my WiFE when we are in bed later. Good night, everyone."
I couldn’t help but giggle at how confident Void was when he said those words. Aww... He is so cute that I feel like I should reward him later.
As if hearing my thoughts and realizing my plans, Void almost bolted out of the living room as if afraid that I will ran after him. I giggled once again at how sensitive he was when I start having lewd thoughts about him.
I looked at the other four n in the living room. Arthur surprisingly pulled one of the dining hall chairs towards the living room but he still kept his distance to the other three n.
I addressed Arthur first as I said, "Arthur, you don’t need to attend this eting. I already accepted you as my fiancé and as agreed, I will bring you out with when I graduate from the acade, right?"
Arthur’s face turned red almost instantly as he must have not expected that I will address him as my "fiancé" all of a sudden and in front of a small crowd. Hiding his embarrassnt, he hurriedly stood up, carried the chair back to where he got it, turned around and ran back to his room. He was so cute that he looked like a startled rabbit going back to his burrow.
My eyes then went back to the three remaining n in my house but this ti, the playful and laughing deanor was gone. I started the eting formally as I said, "Okay, since we are all here, we can start with this long overdue eting. I want to formally introduce you to each other at least."
I raised my hand and pointed my palm to each person to introduce them instead. My introductions were brief which was just the person’s na and their current affiliation so everything was clear.
I started by pointing my palm on the one nearest , "This is Keeran, heir to the magic tower and also a talented mage and magic researcher. His grandfather is the current Magic Tower Grandmaster."
I then continued by pointing my palm at the next person, "This is Caius, general from the northern camps and heir to the dukedom of Astrantia. I t him during my most recent imrsion but yeah, I t him during the ti I t with Keeran too the first ti."
I then pointed to the last one and said, "And this is Clarence, high priest and heir to the Church of Lumienere. He is the grandson of the current pope though he never told about that. And yeah, he wants to have my child."
Now that we have that out of the way, I noticed that the n started to look at each other differently. It was not in a personal sense but it was also obviously physically. They were not glaring at each other but it was more of being highly cautious? It was also as if eting they have t a fated rival or enemy?
I clapped my hands to get their minds back to the present issue at hand and continued, "Now, the question is why are we having this eting, correct? As I have said earlier, this eting is for my "Wanna-Be" husbands, unless one of you has changed your mind and wanted to bail out from here. You are still free to leave if you prefer."
I paused and then looked at each man to see if there is any flicker of having second thoughts in their faces. They all looked back at with so kind of strong conviction as if saying, "I’d rather die than give the others here a chance to be with you."
