After the serious talk in the study with my new family mbers, my husband hurriedly pulled my hand to go back to our honeymoon suite. I looked at him helplessly as I already know what is up with his perverted mind.
Once inside the room, he hurriedly removed all of his clothes even before reaching the bed. He even flung the clothes carelessly all over the floor. I chuckled at him and asked teasingly, "You already know you won’t get pregnant even if we do it many tis so why are we here again so early in the afternoon?"
He looked at in disbelief and replied, "Because I want to do it more! The act of making children though I know nothing will form in my womb still feels amazing and you said I can deify faster this way, right?"
I chuckled again and replied, "Oh so... In summary, you just want to make you feel good and deify you in the process. Aren’t you tired or bored from doing it too much, husband?"
His mouth opened in shock and he looked at as if I have said sothing hurtful. He then frowned and replied, "What do you an by that? You already had a taste and now you don’t want my body anymore? Isn’t it you who is already bored and not ?"
I rolled my eyes at his way of turning a few words into so dramatic plot of betrayal. In just a blink of an eye, I wrestled him to the bed just as he wanted.
We ended up doing even more rounds than when we had during our first night together (well, first four nights if we count the prolonged ti) since we had even more hours this ti for our enjoynt. I did him until his voice beca hoarse from moaning and begging for a bit of rest.
Who said that I will ever get bored of this? I am just trying to control myself since he is still human. He won’t survive if I do him with my full strength.
The next day, we had breakfast with my parents-in-law again and this ti my husband looked even more "fucked thoroughly" than he did yesterday. He even has a dreamy look in his face as if he was high on sothing illegal.
He greeted everyone a good morning with a smile on his face, even his own mother and father which kind of creeped them out. The couple looked at in confusion and I just smiled then winked towards them in response. I think they easily understood what just happened.
A little after lunch, I left the duchy, leaving behind my gloomy husband who did not want to go but had no choice. I assured him by whispering in to his ear that I will visit him every chance I get to "deify him further". The last short phrase of what I said succeeded in turning him red as a tomato. He then turned around and ran back inside the mansion in embarrassnt.
Before leaving, I gave two wooden boxes to my mother-in-law, whispering to her to use the contents imdiately once I am out of sight. I said that they simply have to open both boxes at the highest point of the mansion for it to work perfectly.
The couple reached for the boxes and wanted to peek inside but I told them that they can’t do so. I advised them that it is important to use it at the highest point for it to be effective just like the ones that were placed at the acade, the palace and the magic tower. With my advise, they easily understood it was THAT barrier that so many people have been vying for but couldn’t buy.
As I left for my carriage, I saw them hurryingly go inside the house. They must have wanted to install the defensive chanisms around the territory imdiately. It is good that I have made many of those things and left it to guard my people which in turn also gave so peace of mind.
The carriage ride to the outside of the territory was nothing but quiet, bumpy and boring. This carriage will only bring to the borders of the empire as per my instructions then afterwards, I will be hiring a normal simple carriage that will bring to my next destination.
Once I have alighted the carriage, I waited for it to leave my sight before I stealthily moved towards the forested area next to the main road. I am now officially outside of Athanoviya empire’s territory. I am currently located in the wide forest area between Athanoviya empire and the territory of the Church of Lumienere who had no lord governing it.
I purposely told the staff who will be welcoming at the religious territory that I won’t arrive till about 2 days from today. As to why I left the Astrantia duchy early, it was because I want to have a brief rest in between eting my two husbands. I also felt that I need to ntally prepare myself before speaking to the pope of that place.
I still feel drained physically and ntally, no matter how fast my recovery rate was. Even if I was fully recovered, I still feel a bit lethargic at tis. It maybe just psychological on my part but who knows.
The best place to recharge was with nature, ALONE. At the sa ti, I am planning to get my gifts ready for the new territory I will be entering soon from these rich forests.
Since this forest is unowned, anybody can venture around here to gather herbs, hunt animals and take any valuables they can find. The problem is that because it is a shared land and technically unowned, there are no regular patrols or hunting done here. Thus, it is more dangerous to venture in these forest filled with wild animals, poisonous plants and maybe even evil people hiding from authorities in these areas.
Well, the danger is subjective, I guess. It does not matter one bit to whoever cos to bother .
As for other people, humans to be specific, they use this area as training grounds specifically those who are from the hunting, alchemy, animal rearing or military professions since it is more challenging than other forests but at the sa ti, offers valuable experience compared to those forests which are nearer to villages or towns.
The next two days was spent with camping, cooking, eating, hunting, foraging and mapping the whole forest in the process. It feels really refreshing as the air is clean. The water in the rivers and springs are also fresh and cool to drink. I even caught a few huge edible fish that I imdiately placed in my storage!
As for my gift to the Church of Lumienere’s territory, I have already completed it excellently through these past two days of venturing in the forests. As to what my gift was, it was exactly the edibles from the forest that I had gathered and hunted. It also included a few common herbs to treat usual ailnts of humans.
Don’t get wrong. Their territory of the church isn’t poor at all. Not one bit. It is just that for a territory that did nothing but pray to the deities, send emissaries to bring children back and do charity work to help the poor, they don’t have that many ans to earn money to support the territory.
They do get money from different avenues though. The most common was the tithes from devout believers and donations from nobles that support the reliefs of the religion. They also get donations from the places they visit sotis in the form of money but most of the ti in other forms like food or even livestock especially in poorer towns and villages.
Whatever amount the priests get will then have to be brought back to the central church for inventory. It will then be divided to buy the basic needs of all their mbers, maintenance of whole the territory, charitable projects planned for each month and the travel expenses of the emissaries. You also have to consider that so of the emissaries co back pregnant so they would need more resources to support the pregnant n and the children that would be born after.
It does not even consider the fact that if anybody got sick or injured and what the amount of dicine would be needed to heal them back to the pink of health. The church also has its own private army who needed weapons and armor as well.
Since no one farms or do other types of work for that matter, they have to buy almost everything they need outside which is for , very costly and right down stupid. I think there are so changes that needed to be done on how this cul.. Church is being managed.
I think I might end up being the Saintess after all but for a different reason.
