Theo quickly asked the Ant Queen what the baron had been able to see in his mind.
The Ant Queen remained silent only for a brief mont.
The baron simply waited, looking at Theo, thinking that his son was just taking so ti to process whatever he had inford him.
Then the Ant Queen sent so images, flashes from the evolution, along with the feelings it had felt.
’So you’re saying my mind is too complex for him to dive deeper into? And he could only see the evolution, huh...’ Theo thought.
A thin thread of guilty panic lingered in his heart. What if the baron already knew everything and was rely feigning ignorance?
But Theo didn’t have the ti to think about that.
Nurous strands of the familiar spatial energy suddenly surged toward him.
Theo looked toward that direction, and his gaze dropped.
It took him a mont to process what he was seeing. Maybe it was because the hive link, with so many minds watching his evolution, had slightly fried his brain.
"Well, we can talk about my enlightennt later," the baron said calmly, looking ahead at the beasts.

"Are these the spiked worker ants?" Theo asked aloud, but nobody seed to know what to answer.
Then, an approval ca from the ant queen’s bond, making Theo smile.
The spiked workers no longer looked the sa as before. Bluish stripes now ran along their bodies, bright and vivid blue. The blue wasn’t any ordinary shade but was the sa luminous neon hue as the spatial energy.
"I have seen that color before, Theo," the baron said.
"All your ants have evolved into spatial types."
His words made Theo turn to him, montarily feeling speechless.
He quickly went to the skill list, and that was when he realized his last-mont decision, even though it had nearly fried his body and brain, had been absolutely worth it.
*****
Phase Mandible (Ability) (Level 0, 0%) – The spiked mandibles briefly flicker through small pockets of space, allowing the Phase Spike Worker Ant to bypass thin layers of dense material on impact, ensuring a venomous cut.
Solar Warp Carapace (Passive) (Level 0, 0%) – The carapace absorbs sunlight to accelerate its growth but can also store and release that energy to create tiny, localized spatial ripples around them, making the ant extrely difficult to be tracked visually without any special asures.
Gravi-Anchor (Ability) (Level 0, 0%) – The Phase Spike Worker Ant can montarily anchor itself to a fixed point in space, resisting knockbacks, strong winds or powerful currents.

The rest of the skills were normal abilities that the ant already possessed. But the three that he read after...
Those were the skills that made Theo instinctively cover his mouth.
"This is insane," he muttered.
The shocks were coming one after another in quick succession, but when Theo noticed the attendants and the baron watching him, he coughed lightly and took a deep, steadying breath, forcing himself to calm down.
’Ant queen, good work. But you can call the ants back; I will co to all of you soon.’
"Father, you ntioned sothing about an enlightennt. Is that why your body has spatial energy as well?" Theo asked, checking his status only to frown.
"But you are not a Foundation Human... did you get any new abilities, Father?" he asked curiously.
The baron grinned.
"After I got enlightened and felt okay in my head, I ditated near the gate too. I stayed there until I felt that sa strange sensation I sensed in your heart... awaken in mine," he explained.
Theo didn’t know how he should respond at first, but he still spoke, "I am really happy for you, Father. Maybe this ans you can evolve into a Foundation Human too."
At that comnt, the baron went silent, though his eye remained fixed on Theo.
"I think I may know why that won’t happen, son," he said quietly, making Theo tilt his head in confusion.
"I may have gained the sa spatial energy as you because of the enlightennt," the baron explained. "But to truly evolve into that new Foundation Human... that won’t be possible without the evolution affinity that you possess."
"That’s what I think; it could be different too..." he added after a mont. "But I have a strong feeling that I am right."
Theo nodded. "The theory makes sense, Father. That would explain the fact that you have the sa energy coursing through your body as mine, yet you still haven’t evolved."
"The evolutionary affinity might have played a key role in doing that..."
"Yeah."
There was silence in the forest clearing. Theo sank into deep thought but felt like his mind still wasn’t fine.
Everything felt foggy and detached, as if he couldn’t focus on a single thought for a long ti before it slipped into blankness.
"Let’s talk about this later, son. I can tell you’re still not okay," the baron said as he stood up.
"We will wait until you recover completely. If that doesn’t happen in the next 7-8 hours, I will have to give you another golden potion. We will leave this gate at that ti no matter what."
Theo, Clara and Elias nodded. Once the baron left, Clara and Elias moved closer to Theo.
"You know what, young master?" Elias said casually. "You have gotten into trouble so many tis now that I don’t rember a single mont when everything was peaceful around you."
His informal tone made Theo look at him with a knowing smile.
"If you want normal, you won’t get that anywhere near , Elias," Theo replied with a cheeky smile. "Maybe you too will change along the way; maybe peace will start making you antsy."
Elias couldn’t help but shake his head at that thought but still chuckled.
"How does your recovery feel, young master? Do you think you can get up in 7-8 hours?" Clara asked only for Theo to pause in thought.
"Whether I can or not doesn’t matter. I want to et my family as soon as I possibly can."
