"Enough. All of you, be quiet." Vincent’s sharp gaze swept over Xarion and Yuel, his expression hardening.

"If you want to argue, go to my study later and argue as much as you like. Right now, stay silent. Don’t disturb the Female Master while she’s eating."

They were already getting out of hand—daring to behave like this in front of her without a shred of sha.

Xarion and Yuel imdiately fell quiet and resud eating. Rory, anwhile, wasn’t affected by this banter in the slightest.

She knew Yuel wouldn’t actually fight Xarion—he couldn’t win against him, and Xarion was too lazy to fight Yuel anyway. At most, they would trade a few more barbed words and call it quits.

She simply treated it like entertainnt.

After dinner, Rory went straight to the training room to work on her progress.

The mont she left, Yuel stood up as well. "I’m full. I’ll head back to my room to handle so work."

Rory was supposed to visit his room tonight. He needed to make so preparations.

"Stop." Vincent’s voice was cool as he glanced at him.

"All of you, co to my study."

Yuel and Xarion exchanged confused looks.

Jasper hesitated. "I’ll just go back and continue with my training."

He hadn’t argued in front of Rory, but Vincent didn’t let him off either. "Jasper, you too."

Jasper sighed.

***

anwhile, in the training room, Rory stared at the three Rank Six beast cores she had just absorbed with remarkable speed.

The higher her Rank climbed, the faster she seed to absorb energy.

But her body wasn’t a bottomless pit. When she first reached Rank Five, she could only absorb one Rank Six core at a ti.

Yesterday, she managed two. Today—three.

If she kept progressing like this—and with the abundance of beast cores she now had—she would reach Rank Six very soon.

In the past, her cultivation had been slow because she lacked resources.

She couldn’t afford beast cores and had to hunt in the forest herself, saving up for long stretches before she had enough to train.

But now?

Vincent and the others had filled the storage vault to the brim. Xarion’s dowry alone had piled it high with beast cores.

She no longer needed to worry about resources.

After leaving the training room, Rory showered, changed into comfortable ho clothes, and headed downstairs to find Yuel.

Yuel was still in Vincent’s study.

She sent him a ssage.

He told her to go to his room first and wait.

When Rory pushed the door open, she felt as though she had stepped into a secluded valley.

The ground was covered in soft, finger-length green grass that felt like walking on clouds. Small flowers of every color blood across the adow.

Tiny glowing insects drifted lazily through the air like fireflies.

Not far away, a small waterfall cascaded into a clear stream. Beneath the water, luminous stones glowed faintly. Colorful fish swam through the current.

At the heart of the valley stood a deep-blue tree resembling a willow. Its long branches draped downward like natural curtains, enclosing the bed within.

A gentle breeze stirred the branches.

The atmosphere was tranquil and soothing, lting away tension.

Rory lay down on the bed, gazing at the swaying curtains, her eyelids growing heavy.

Space stone truly was incredible—if you had enough of it, you could transform your room into anything you desired.

Her own room was spacious and warm-toned.

Vincent and Yuel had each shaped theirs according to their personalities.

Every room was different.

By the ti Yuel finally returned from Vincent’s study, Rory was already asleep.

A cloud-soft blanket covered her, automatically adjusting to her body temperature.

He brushed aside the hanging branches and sat beside her, fingertips tracing her peaceful face.

After pressing a gentle kiss to her brow, he went to shower. When he returned, dressed in light sleepwear, he lay behind her.

Vines sprouted from the floor.

Within a minute, they wove into a deep-blue vine house, enclosing them both.

Yuel propped himself on one elbow, watching her tenderly. Soft vines wrapped around her wrist and waist.

The ticklish sensation made her stir.

"Jasper... stop it..."

Jasper often coiled his tail around her in the sa way.

At the sound of his na, Yuel’s eyes darkened. The vines tightened slightly. He leaned down and nipped her ear. "Rory, in my house, don’t call another male’s na."

The familiar scent of greenery surrounded her. She blinked sleepily and saw his face close to hers.

She kissed his cheek instinctively. "Yuel... you’re back."

"Yes. It’s ."

He kissed her gently, careful not to hurt her. The vines slipped beneath her clothes, brushing over her skin as his breathing grew heavier.

"Rory... Help ..."

The night dissolved into a blur of warmth and tangled sheets. Rory barely rembered when she finally drifted to sleep.

The Next Morning, when she opened her eyes again, she was in her own bedroom.

Her clothes had been changed.

On the floor beside the bed lay Xarion—who was supposed to be in his crystal coffin.

"Xarion, what are you doing in my room again?" She checked the ti. It was past ten in the morning. Yuel had likely already gone to work.

Xarion opened his eyes and pushed himself up, leaning against the bedside. "I’m guarding the Female Master."

"Guarding ? Why?" She eyed him warily.

He released a weak sigh. "Vincent went out on business. Yuel went to work. Jasper is training. Vincent told to stay and guard you before he left."

"I see..." She relaxed, then frowned. "If you’re guarding , why are you lying on the floor?"

At that, Xarion flopped back down dramatically. "You set a rule yesterday. I’m not allowed on your bed."

Rory rubbed her forehead. This man wasn’t just a walking vegetable—he refused to think, too.

She pointed at the large sofa nearby. "Isn’t there a couch? You can’t lie on the bed, but you can lie on the sofa."

Xarion replied calmly, "That’s too much trouble. If you wake up, I’d have to walk over."

Rory couldn’t help but sigh. He was hopeless.
