When the last wisp of gray mist was withdrawn from Ego's brain core, Ego's brain completely lost its ability to move. It beca dead and decayed.
With the death of Ego's brain, the planet that was Ego's body imdiately began to collapse rapidly. The collapse spread outward with his brain as the center. It would not be long before Ego's planetary body would be completely destroyed. It would disappear from this universe entirely.
With everything he needed obtained, Sebastian held Ego's soul in his magical storage. He could search through Ego's mory at will later. Looking at the core area that was about to completely collapse around him, Sebastian's body turned into a twisted vortex of magic. He disappeared from the spot.
At this ti on the surface of Ego, Yondu was putting the last set of protective space clothing on Star-Lord. He was preparing to fly Star-Lord into outer space. It was obvious that he was ready to sacrifice himself to protect Star-Lord from the vacuum of space.
However just as Yondu's body began to be invaded by the deadly low temperature of the universe, a translucent magical light shield suddenly enveloped him. It isolated him from the low temperature invasion and air pressure problems in space.
At the sa ti Sebastian appeared beside Yondu and Star-Lord. He arrived along with a twisted vortex of magic. He smiled at Yondu. Then he said to Star-Lord warmly. "You have a very good father."
Hearing Sebastian's words, Star-Lord looked at Yondu with emotion. A smile appeared on his previously frightened face. He nodded slowly and said. "Yes I do have a good father."
The three people returned safely to the Guardians' spaceship. Gamora and the others imdiately ca up to greet them with relief.
While Gamora and Rocket Raccoon were concerned about the status of Star-Lord and Yondu, Nebula approached Sebastian. She asked hesitantly. "I want to know how your battle with my father... your battle with Thanos ended?"
"I was slightly superior in the fight. Thanos retreated from the planet."
This answer had clearly caught Nebula off guard. She was stunned for a mont in disbelief. When Gamora approached them, Nebula finally ca to her senses. She said to her sister. "Gamora... he defeated our father."
In truth Gamora had guessed this outco when Sebastian had arrived safely in Ego's core area. Though she had not quite believed it at the ti. Now hearing Nebula's confirming words, it finally proved her suspicions correct.
Soone in this universe could truly defeat Thanos. Soone could defeat her own adoptive father!
After taking a deep breath, Gamora looked at Sebastian seriously. She said to him. "I know my father very well. He is not a man who is willing to accept failure. Nor is he a man who will remain in failure. He will recover and make himself stronger than before.
And my father is not a person who insists on defeating his opponent fairly. As long as he can defeat his opponent, my father will use any thod available. He only cares about achieving his ultimate goal.
As for other things like honor, they are trivial to him. He will not care too much about such things.
So you had better be very careful. He may gather a large army to surround you. Or he may attack your hotown and set traps for you there.
In short please be careful. I do not want soone in this universe to be defeated and killed by him just when that person can actually fight against him. You are the hope of those of us who want to fight against Thanos."
Hearing Gamora's heartfelt words, Sebastian nodded slowly. In this passage Gamora had called Thanos her father for a while. Then she had called him by his na directly.
Obviously Gamora's feelings towards her adoptive father who had raised her like a biological father were very complicated. On the one hand Thanos did destroy her hotown. He killed her parents. But on the other hand he taught her and raised her like a real father would.
Sebastian suspected that even Gamora herself did not fully know her own feelings. When facing Thanos, in addition to the hatred and murderous thoughts in her heart, she probably also had a genuine father-daughter bond with Thanos.

Sebastian took the communicator from Star-Lord. He put it into his own storage bag. He then handed his crystal to Star-Lord. He waved goodbye to the group. Then he turned and vanished in a twisting vortex of space.
Leaving the Guardians of the Galaxy behind, Sebastian arrived directly on a desolate planet.
This planet was completely devoid of any trace or possibility of life. The air was extrely thin and filled with toxic gases. The gravity was over ten tis that of Earth. The temperature was approximately negative one hundred degrees Celsius. In such an extre environnt, it was impossible for life to survive.
Yet it was precisely this harsh planet that contained a precious tal. This tal was so rare in the universe while on Earth it is in a form of mountain!
Of course Sebastian had determined the planet's exact location from Ego's soul mories. Ego's soul also contained information about traces of vibranium deposits scattered throughout the planet. This saved Sebastian the trouble of having to explore and search.
However mining the vibranium presented a challenge. The veins were nurous but small in size. Even Sebastian did not have many effective thods for extracting it directly from deep underground. He could only work at mining it piece by piece.
However that was undoubtedly a cumberso task. It would greatly delay Sebastian's ti and other plans. So Sebastian ca up with a bold plan. He would bring the entire planet back to the solar system!
After all the planet was roughly the sa size as Earth's moon. If he could bring it back to the solar system, he could simply hand the whole planet over to Tony and Reed. He would let them control the Stark robots to mine it over ti. Then Sebastian would not have to worry about the mining at all.
Thinking of this plan, Sebastian remotely controlled the Space Stone. The stone was stored in the Hogwarts Space Tower back on Earth. He caused the Space Tower to emit a dazzling light in the night sky. The light was so bright that it could be seen clearly even in downtown New York City. The night sky was almost illuminated like sunrise.
At the sa ti above Sebastian's location on the vibranium planet, an imnse wormhole portal slowly appeared in space. It was exerting a massive gravitational pull on the entire planet. This caused the planet's surface to begin collapsing. It sent a massive amount of earth and rock flying upward towards the wormhole.
Upon seeing this dangerous situation, Sebastian reacted imdiately. The mark of gravitational authority imdiately appeared between his brows and glowed!
Author's Note: Sebastian is bringing an entire planet full of vibranium back to Earth! What could possibly go wrong with moving a moon-sized planet through a wormhole?
