As he approached, he clasped his hands toward Xi Luo and spoke politely. "Allow to introduce myself. My na is Li Yun. I have co specifically to et Young Miss Xi Luo."
"It is not soone from the Zhang Family," Xi Luo noted inwardly.
Seeing that the newcor was rely a young man and not an ambusher from the Zhang Family, the cold edge in her eyes softened slightly. Even so, her vigilance did not fade. She spoke in a cool voice, "Li Yun? I do not know you. Tell clearly. What do you want?"
A stranger stopping their group at such a sensitive mont could not possibly have innocent intentions, and Xi Luo would not believe otherwise.
"Young Miss Xi truly speaks directly," Li Yun said with a faint smile. "I ca to find you to discuss a transaction."
"A transaction?" Xi Luo’s brows drew together slightly. "What transaction?"
Li Yun did not bother with unnecessary words. Looking at her calmly, he said, "The Red Blood Jade Ginseng. I need the Red Blood Jade Ginseng in your possession. If Young Miss Xi is willing to part with it, I can offer compensation."
He paused briefly before continuing in a steady voice. "In exchange, I can help Young Miss Xi resolve a fatal crisis."
"That brat truly has malicious intentions. He is actually coveting the Red Blood Jade Ginseng in our hands."
"That Red Blood Jade Ginseng is ant to save our Family Head’s life. If he takes it, it is no different from killing our Family Head himself."

Before Xi Luo could even respond, the Xi Family martial artists erupted in anger. Fury filled their eyes as they glared at Li Yun, and it seed that they would charge forward and tear him apart the mont Xi Luo gave the order.
"Do not act rashly," Xi Luo said sharply. A cold glint flashed through her beautiful eyes as she raised her hand, stopping the enraged martial artists under her command.
She then turned her gaze to Li Yun and spoke calmly, "You ntioned a fatal crisis. Please forgive my ignorance, Young Master Li, but I do not understand what you an by that."
"There are two martial artists lying in ambush ahead of you," Li Yun replied without hesitation. "One of them possesses Half Step Xiantian cultivation." He then briefly described the appearances of the yellow robed middle aged man and the blue robed youth he had seen earlier.
"That is Zhang Feihu of the Zhang Family," Xi Luo exclaid, her expression changing at once. "Damn it. The Zhang Family truly sent people to ambush here. They do not want to bring the Red Blood Jade Ginseng back."
Her words caused an imdiate stir.
"Oh no."
"Zhang Feihu actually ca to the Misty Mountains himself."
"He is a Half Step Xiantian expert. We are no match for him at all."

Panic spread among the Xi Family martial artists as fear took hold.
Xi Luo, having weathered many hardships, forced herself to calm down. She took a deep breath and looked at Li Yun, her bright eyes steady once more. "Young Master Li, you said you could help resolve this fatal crisis. May I ask if handing the Red Blood Jade Ginseng to you is enough for you to help us deal with Zhang Feihu?"
"Exactly," Li Yun replied with a firm nod.
"Heh," Xi Luo let out a soft laugh filled with mockery when she heard this. "Young Master Li, you may look extraordinary, and you might indeed be skilled, but at best your cultivation is only at the fifth level of the Body Tempering Realm. Zhang Feihu, on the other hand, is a Half Step Xiantian expert. For you to claim that you can deal with him, is that not a little too overconfident?"
"It seems that unless I demonstrate sothing tangible, Young Miss Xi will not believe ," Li Yun replied calmly, unfazed by her sarcasm, as a faint smile curved his lips.

As his words ended, a sharp glint burst forth from Li Yun’s eyes. His right foot pressed lightly against the ground, and in the next instant, his entire body shot forward. He transford into a dark blur, like an arrow released from a drawn bow, charging straight toward Xi Luo with astonishing speed.
