Damn it, finally crawled out!
Having finally crawled out of that "dog hole," Ye Haochuan couldn’t help but feel a sense of joy.
But when he turned to share the good news with the others, he realized there was no one behind him.
"What’s going on?"
Ye Haochuan felt a tightness in his heart and quickly took out his phone to call Langfan. But to his frustration, there was no signal here, making it impossible to get through.
Ye Haochuan frowned; this situation was very abnormal. Just now, the other six people had clearly entered with him, only a ter or two apart, so logically they couldn’t have gotten lost.
Moreover, this narrow tunnel had no branches. If they got lost, where could they have even gone?
As he was mired in confusion, the Divine Concealnt Sword suddenly appeared before him, its excitent almost palpable.
Damn it, it’s all your fault. If not for you, I wouldn’t have been separated from them. How dare you wag your tail in front of , see if I don’t scrap you!

Following the sword’s tip, Ye Haochuan saw a massive iron stone emitting white vapor continuously.
"Are you kidding ? You brought to this hell just for this piece of scrap rock?" Ye Haochuan glared discontentedly at the Divine Concealnt Sword and cursed loudly.
The giant rock was large, but apart from the rising vapor, there didn’t seem to be anything special about it.
"You really don’t know what’s valuable, do you?" A delicate snort ca from the Divine Concealnt Sword. Who else could it be but the Sword Spirit? "Go and touch it yourself, see if this rock is ordinary or not!"
She seed genuinely angered by Ye Haochuan’s words.
Ye Haochuan was taken aback. Seeing the Sword Spirit’s serious deanor, he doubted she was lying. Out of curiosity, he went over and touched it.
"Yikes? Why is it so hot?"
To Ye Haochuan’s surprise, the giant stone seed ordinary, yet it had a heat of over a thousand degrees. Even though Ye Haochuan had reached Core Formation, the heat still scalded his fingers.
"This is the Fla Refining Spirit Mine, a rare find in millennia. Instead of thanking , you have the nerve to complain! Ungrateful!" The Sword Spirit’s voice huffed from the sword.
"Fla Refining Spirit Mine?" Ye Haochuan gasped, recalling that the mine was legendary for being refined by Holy Fire for millennia, purging impurities. Could it really be obtained so easily?
"Co on! Legend says Fla Refining Spirit Mine is condensed from being refined by Holy Fire for thousands of years, purged of all impurities. This iron block is hot, but I don’t see a fire beneath it!" After so thought, Ye Haochuan couldn’t believe it.
"No fire beneath doesn’t an there’s none inside!" The Sword Spirit grumbled, "Don’t you have the Perspective Eyes? Why don’t you check it for yourself?"
Damn, I’m your master at least, could you be a bit more polite?
Ye Haochuan swore inwardly but eventually activated Perspective Eyes to investigate.
He saw a small lotus-shaped purple fla at the center of the giant stone. Ye Haochuan felt a thrill and quickly swung the Divine Concealnt Sword, aiming to cleave the stone open.
At that mont, a thumb-thick green snake darted out from a crevice, striking straight at Ye Haochuan’s face.
Holy crap, that’s fast!
Ye Haochuan was shocked, retreating swiftly and simultaneously redirecting the Divine Concealnt Sword to create a sword wall.
The little green snake seed aware it couldn’t penetrate the sword wall and deftly twisted its body mid-air, altering its course.
"Oh no, it’s Ghost Gate Bamboo!"
Seeing the shallow mark on the snake’s head, Ye Haochuan broke out in a cold sweat.
This Ghost Gate Bamboo was a type of demon beast at the Core Formation Realm, usually at the Core Formation Peak stage when mature. Though just at Core Formation Peak, this beast was a headache even for Nascent Soul Realm experts.
They were unbelievably fast and poisonous, with slender yet durable bodies like steel, making ordinary attacks ineffective.
Ultimately, Ye Haochuan had to employ Mystifying Steps and the Communicating with God Treasure Order to shake off this Ghost Gate Bamboo’s pursuit.
But barely a breath of relief later, several Ghost Gate Bamboos shot out almost simultaneously from surrounding crevices.
Damn it, did I stumble into a snake den?
Sweat rained down Ye Haochuan’s face like a torrent. He couldn’t help but curse at the Divine Concealnt Sword, "Is this the good stuff you led to? Are you trying to get killed?"
"I can only sense the rare ores here. How would I know there were so many snakes?"
The Sword Spirit’s voice held a hint of guilt, but then it indignantly said, "Is now really the ti to accuse ? Shouldn’t you focus on fighting?"
Damn, you’ve got a point?
Ye Haochuan felt so frustrated inside.
But the Sword Spirit was right; killing his way out was the priority now.
The Divine Concealnt Sword swung rapidly, successfully forcing the Ghost Gate Bamboos back. But the next mont, dozens more appeared...
It seed Ye Haochuan anticipated this outco, but his face showed no surprise.
"Imperial Seal Grand Cauldron!"
In a mont of crisis, Ye Haochuan dove into the Grand Cauldron.
Whew~
Ye Haochuan sighed with relief. The sight of those densely packed little snakes earlier was truly petrifying.
Thump~ Thump~ Thump~
Outside, the Ghost Gate Bamboos were using their steel-whip-like bodies to bang on the Grand Cauldron, yet to no avail.
The terrifying poison and speed of the Ghost Gate Bamboos were offset by their lack of strength; their attacks couldn’t threaten the Grand Cauldron.
"Such annoying creatures. Hmph, today I’ll have roasted Bamboo Leaf Green Tea!" Ye Haochuan snorted lightly, summoning the White Spirit Moxa Fla.
Several Ghost Gate Bamboos were caught off guard and instantly engulfed by the White Spirit Moxa Fla.
"Roll over, you green eels!" Ye Haochuan called out mischievously.
Hiss Hiss~
The Bamboo Leaf Green Tea, scorched by the White Spirit Moxa Fla, let out a series of hisses and quickly retreated.
To Ye Haochuan’s surprise, his White Spirit Moxa Fla failed to kill a single Ghost Gate Bamboo, inflicting only minor injuries at best.
Damn, the White Spirit Moxa Fla is really underwhelming if it can’t kill snakes that fear fire.
Ye Haochuan was frustrated again.
But the next mont, his attention shifted to the giant stone. The Lotus Fla within it seed much more potent than the White Spirit Moxa Fla. If obtained, it could likely eradicate the snakes without leaving a trace.
Without hesitation, Ye Haochuan quickly manipulated the Grand Cauldron to scoop the giant stone inside.
Seeing the stone disappear, the Ghost Gate Bamboo seed to go berserk, attacking the Grand Cauldron with abandon.
Damn, who ever heard of snakes interested in stones? Why does it feel like I killed their mother?
Ye Haochuan was puzzled.
