The Vampire Snake, wreathed in flas, sensed sothing was amiss. It raised its head, its vicious eyes looking up, and was instantly enveloped in a Thunder Sea.
Thunder shook the heavens as lightning flashed and thunder roared. The entire Snake Valley was bathed in a light so brilliant it was impossible to keep one's eyes open.
The thirty-ter-long Vampire Snake was caught in the Thunder Sea, subrged and devoured. Within the dazzling sea of lightning, a crimson reflection could be seen.
The torrential Thunder Sea raged on endlessly. The deafening thunder sounded like mountains crumbling and the earth splitting apart, as if the very ground was trembling and interweaving with the lightning.
Not far away, Jiang Xingze watched the sheer scale of the Thunder Sea and swallowed hard, his heart pounding with an inexplicable fear.
'Did the Vampire Snake just get struck dead by lightning?'
'How can there be lightning in broad daylight? And it's not just a single bolt, either. It's like countless strikes are raining down from the heavens.'
Suddenly, Jiang Xingze recalled the strange, cold voice he had heard right before the Thunder Sea appeared.
The cold voice sounded faintly familiar, and an image of a Silver White Snake that controlled lightning surfaced in his mind.
He sucked in a sharp breath, his savage expression twisting into sothing even more terrifying than a Fierce Ghost.
His single eye scanned the area, and suddenly, he spotted a Gold and Silver Snake hovering in the air above a Sea of Fire.
It wasn't the Silver White Snake, but one with brilliant, shimring stripes of gold and silver.
But Jiang Xingze knew with a single glance. 'This is it. This is the damned snake that turned into this wretched thing, neither human nor ghost.'
'Finally.'
'It's finally shown itself. My chance for revenge has co! This ti, I will eat its flesh, drink its blood, and grind its bones to dust!'
'No, even that wouldn't be enough to quell the hatred in my heart.'
He truly hated this snake to his very core—an endless, consuming hatred.
Tu Xiao'an hovered in the air, his Snake Gaze cold and impassive as he watched the Vampire Snake shrouded below in the Thunder Sea he had created.
Now that he had reached the level of a Rank Two Snake Spirit, the might of his Power of Thunder and Lightning had increased dramatically. He could even unleash twenty bolts of lightning at once.
Each bolt was powerful enough to strike a hundred humans dead on the spot.
He had seized the initiative, launching a preemptive strike that trapped the Vampire Snake in the Thunder Sea, where lightning frantically assaulted its body.

But Tu Xiao'an had never imagined that the Vampire Snake had also mastered an attribute ability—and the incredibly tyrannical Fla Power, at that. It was a truly terrifying power.
It was in no way inferior to his own Power of Thunder and Lightning.
Since ancient tis, fire has been an incomparably tyrannical Elental Power. To master fire was to possess the power of total destruction. It is ferocious and terrifying. When still, it offers warmth; when in motion, it can annihilate all things.
Whether among the Gods and Immortals of mythology or the Divine Beasts, any being that controlled fire was a terrifying existence.

The price of failure was his life. Afterward, empowered by his system, he was reborn as a House Snake. After a great deal of hardship, just as he had grown strong enough to seek revenge on the Vampire Snake, Dr. Snake had appeared out of nowhere.
He captured both snakes for his experints.
After the experints, both he and the Vampire Snake had received the Giant Snake Gene, causing their power to skyrocket. Now, upon eting again, Tu Xiao'an had beco a Rank Two Snake Spirit who wielded the Power of Thunder and Lightning.
But the Vampire Snake was just as terrifying, having mastered the Fla Power.
Both snakes had the potential to beco the true Snake King—one controlling lightning, the other fire.
But there can only be one Snake King. As the saying goes, one mountain cannot accommodate two tigers.
If Tu Xiao'an beca a Rank Three Creature, the true Snake King leading the Snake Race, it would be a blessing for the people of Bai Town.
However, if the Vampire Snake were to beco a Rank Three Creature and reign supre over all other beings, it would be a catastrophe.
Without a doubt, it was an Evil Snake, whereas Tu Xiao'an was a True Snake.
Good and evil can never coexist, and besides, Tu Xiao'an shared a blood feud with this snake.

Tu Xiao'an had noticed the human's presence earlier, but his attention had been fixed on the Vampire Snake. Now, the man had rushed out, practically screaming for attention.
'Who is this person?'
When Tu Xiao'an got a proper look at him, he was so shocked he almost fell out of the sky. 'Gods, he's hideous. So incredibly ugly! How can anyone look that monstrous? He's more frightening than a ghost.'
