Zhao Tianya laughed, “You brat, you ca back and didn’t even think to find Sister Ya. If it weren’t for your Aunt Rong telling , I wouldn’t have known you were back in Hua Hai City, not knowing what you’re busy with.”
“It’s nothing…” Ye Fan glared at Tantai Wanrong, blaming her for telling Zhao Tianya about his return.
Tantai Wanrong chuckled, “Xiao Fan, have a seat first. What would you like to drink? I’ll get it for you—would you like iced water, cola, or freshly squeezed juice?”
Ye Fan said with a blank expression, “Just get a glass of water.”
“Okay, wait a mont, I’ll get it right away.” Tantai Wanrong turned and headed to the kitchen, while Ye Fan sat down, deliberately avoiding sitting near Zhao Tianya.
However, Zhao Tianya gave him a resentful glance, moved over, and said in a low voice, “After coming back, you didn’t look for . Are you… planning to avoid from now on?”
Ye Fan shook his head, “That’s not what I an.”
“I think it is. You ca to see Sister Rong but didn’t look for . Or have you forgotten your old love because of a new fla?” Zhao Tianya aggressively pressed, suddenly grabbing Ye Fan’s hand, pulling it to her front, and placing his big hand inside her clothing. “Do you know how hard it is for a woman to be without a man by her side?”
Ye Fan quickly withdrew his hand, keeping an eye on the kitchen to ensure Tantai Wanrong hadn’t co out before saying, “Sister Ya, this is Aunt Rong’s house, let’s not ss around.”
“Who’s ssing around with you? If you don’t take responsibility today, I’ll tell Sister Rong you… assaulted , hehe. Do you think Sister Rong will believe it?” Zhao Tianya teased.
Ye Fan smirked, “Of course not. What do you think Aunt Rong would say if we had a relationship?”
Zhao Tianya gritted her teeth, “She would surely say that I seduced you.”
Ye Fan laughed, as if to say, “As long as you know.”
Zhao Tianya continued, “But if I tell her about our relationship, what do you think her reaction would be?”
This ti Ye Fan’s expression darkened a bit. Tantai Wanrong could understand his relationships with Li Zhaojun and Lu Xiaoman, since they’re all young and having so love entanglents is normal. However, his relationship with Zhao Tianya was purely a “secret affair,” which would make Tantai Wanrong look down on him.
Yet, thinking about it, Zhao Tianya wasn’t married, so why was their relationship not considered pure? Honestly, it’s probably their age difference.
Tantai Wanrong ca out, and Zhao Tianya imdiately sat upright, pretending nothing was happening between her and Ye Fan.
Tantai Wanrong placed a glass of ice water down and said, “Xiao Fan, wait a mont. I need to make a call. The city governnt told there’s sothing important to discuss, most likely about the Jingzhao City explosion case. You two talk first.”
After saying that, Tantai Wanrong went to the next room, leaving only Ye Fan and Zhao Tianya in the room.
With that, Zhao Tianya beca even more daring, leaning over and even rubbing her soft figure against Ye Fan. Now he was unsure how to react. If they were sowhere else, he’d definitely do sothing about Zhao Tianya imdiately, but this was Tantai Wanrong’s ho, and he couldn’t let Tantai Wanrong find out about their relationship.

“It’s not what you think, Sister Ya. Aunt Rong could walk in at any mont.” Ye Fan reminded her.
“You little liar, do you think I’m as easy to fool as Yaoyao? You… you’ve obviously been with another woman… so who was it? Was it Zhao Jun?” Zhao Tianya asked coldly.
Ye Fan had no choice but to sigh, “I just t Xiaoman.”
“Lu Xiaoman? Hmm, between you two…” Zhao Tianya angrily said, “You scoundrel, I treated you so well, but because I’m a few years older, you think you can just have your fun and leave?”
Ye Fan hurriedly said, “Sister Ya, please don’t misunderstand, that’s not what I ant at all.”

“Of course not.” Ye Fan forced a smile, “I just fear Aunt Rong might have sothing important to discuss later, and I can’t leave…”
