"Did you hear that?" Ye Fan asked.
"Hmm?" Lan Jing’s face was puzzled.
Ye Fan realized the scream was sothing only he heard, likely a feedback from the Tongling Mirror.
"Whoosh..." Suddenly, the sea’s temperature started rising, so areas boiled, causing mass death among marine life.
Lan Jing was at a loss, unable to do anything but worry.
Ye Fan sighed, "It’s a pity Zhao Jun and Shang aren’t here. Their purely yin constitution could generate ice to cool the temperature down."
Lan Jing wailed, "It’s all my fault that these living things face extinction! Sob sob sob..."

"Whew..." The exploded Big Blue Crystal reford into a whole, with the Blue Spirit approaching Ye Fan and Lan Jing unnoticed by Lan Jing.
"You insignificant human, release my daughter. Why did you make her cry?" A questioning female voice was transmitted, perceived by Ye Fan through the Tongling Mirror within him.
Ye Fan carefully observed the spirit, seeing a stunning woman in her thirties or forties, though her beauty seed insubstantial. Being rely a spirit without physical form, even the contour of her face continuously transford, making it impossible for Ye Fan to rember her features.

The Blue Spirit felt saddened hearing this, standing face to face with her daughter, yet tragically Lan Jing neither saw nor sensed her presence.
