The iconic building of Sakura City is the Sakura Tower, which is also a renowned tourist destination. Even at night, visitors co in an endless stream.
Ye Fan looked at the Sakura Tower and extended his right hand, gathering enough Spiritual Energy to know a powerful explosion. The energy moved towards the direction of the Sakura Tower, but instead of striking it directly, it exploded in the air.

A loud explosion sounded like sudden thunder from a clear sky. A giant vortex of Spiritual Energy ford in the air, and the intense heat made the surrounding air seem to burn.
The tourists below initially thought it was a firework display, but as soon as they noticed sothing was wrong, they began to flee in a panic.
Even though Ye Fan harbored resentnt towards the Japanese for several terrorist attacks on China, he still refrained from causing bloodshed in such public venues, only creating chaos to shock ordinary visitors and plunge Sakura City into disorder.
At the mont of the explosion at Sakura Tower, six locations within the city suddenly erupted with Origin Energy from people. In five of these locations, there was only a single energy source, while the last had seven or eight energy sources, indicating it might be where the ninjas held Shen Yan captive.
Ye Fan said, "Let’s leave here; until we find the person, let’s not create too much commotion."
After notifying Li Zhaojun, the group swiftly left the vicinity of the Sakura Tower, and as Ye Fan departed, he left another "gift." A second explosion occurred in the air, making the surrounding tourists even more frantic and disoriented.
Ye Fan, Li Zhaojun, and the others arrived at the ninja’s hiding place, which turned out to be a comrcial building near the city center of Sakura City. The energy source emanated from dozens of ters underground, indicating that the ninjas had hidden deeply to avoid pursuit.
Using his Spiritual Sense, Ye Fan quickly grasped the underground structure of the building. Via an elevator, Ye Fan led Li Zhaojun and the others to a secret chamber thirty ters underground.
The ninjas inside reacted, with rocket launchers on both sides, launching rockets at Ye Fan.
Ye Fan remained unmoved, condensing the rockets and directly blowing open the door to the basent.
"Waya!" The inside erupted in chaotic cries.
Ye Fan led Li Zhaojun and the others into the hall of the underground chamber, where, besides the ninjas, there were also nurous ard military personnel, all aiming their guns at the entrance.

The door inside the chamber opened, and a woman with a red cherry blossom mask ca out, asking in very fluent Chinese, "Are you Ye Fan?"
Ye Fan knew imdiately it was the woman who directed him over the phone. She had been remotely commanding from Sakura City, which is why he couldn’t find her whereabouts.
"It’s ," Ye Fan replied, "Where is the person you kidnapped now?"
"Where she is has nothing to do with you. Even if you can kill everyone here, you won’t find her!" the woman spoke in the sa tone as an old ninja Ye Fan had encountered in Hua Hai City.
Perhaps ninjas naturally dislike being threatened; they prefer threatening others instead.
Ye Fan smiled, "Is that so? I know you’re not afraid of death, but I can bring devastation to all of Japan, do you believe it?"
Even with a mask on, Ye Fan sensed a change in the woman’s expression. Indeed, not even the ninjas were a match for Ye Fan, and it would be easy for him to cause slaughter among mortals.
"No matter what force you cultivate, you cannot harm mortals. Ye Fan, wouldn’t you adhere to the most basic principles?" the woman questioned.

The woman gritted her teeth in hatred, "Ye Fan, you’re a demon."
"I never claid not to be a demon, and you understand my purpose very well. If you don’t hand over the person, I can cause an earthquake beneath Sakura City, and the number of deaths is beyond my concern!" Ye Fan had already raised his hand, the energy in it capable of shattering the earth’s crust beneath Sakura City in an instant, causing a magnitude nine to ten earthquake that would turn the entire city into ruins.
"You win!" the woman said, "In ten minutes, you will see Miss Shen Yan arrive here unhard!"

"I ca to rescue you," Ye Fan replied, using Spiritual Energy to push away the two won escorting Shen Yan, approaching her, and rely gripping the handcuffs, which fell off in response.
