“Slave?” Lan Jing heard the mysterious woman call herself Ye Fan’s newly purchased slave, a hint of confusion crossing her features. She didn’t quite understand the aning of the word.
The mysterious woman smiled, “It ans maid. I’ll be serving the young lady and the young master.”
Lan Jing’s brow still furrowed slightly. She didn’t understand why she needed soone to care for her. She looked toward Ye Fan, hoping he could provide an explanation.
Ye Fan smiled, “If you ever need anything, just tell Auntie Xuan.”
“Oh,” Lan Jing nodded, “Thank you, Auntie Xuan.”
Hearing her daughter call her “Auntie” didn’t make the mysterious woman unhappy. Instead, she felt gratified, as it ant she found a way to get along with her daughter. Even if they couldn’t reunite as mother and daughter, it was still a happiness for her.
The mysterious woman walked over, gracefully bowing to Ye Fan, “Thank you, sir…”
Though the mysterious woman now had no cultivation powers, she used to be an ancient powerful being, one of the creators. Having a creator as his “slave” gave Ye Fan a feeling of being at a loss.

The mysterious woman nodded slightly and, with Sang Yuan’s assistance, followed Ye Fan and Lan Jing to Hua Hai City.
It was still afternoon in Hua Hai City, and they stood on a deserted patch of land by the road. Ye Fan imdiately called Sun Ning, sending a location for him to dispatch a car.

Another ssage was from Hu Jing, “Ye Fan, I think we should talk seriously. There are so things… that should be clarified.”
The third ssage was from Shen Yan. After temporarily leaving the hotel for Four Nine City, she left Ye Fan with just one sentence: “I hope we can still be friends in the future.”
This ssage left Ye Fan feeling sowhat uncomfortable.
Perhaps Shen Yan was too strong-willed, but he needed to respect her decision. After all, he was a married man. Shen Yan choosing not to be with him might be the right decision.
“Mr. Ye, should we head back to the villa first or find a place for the ladies to settle?” Sun Ning inquired.
Ye Fan speculated that Sun Ning considered the mysterious woman and Sang Yuan as won he had attracted outside. Although these won had so connection to him, they were essentially different from Lu Xiaoman or Zhao Tianya. Ye Fan regarded the mysterious woman as an “aunt,” while he felt sothing for Sang Yuan, although she constantly behaved as an imposing woman in his presence. Their relationship was strictly master-servant, devoid of any romantic involvent.
“Let’s just return to the villa,” Ye Fan closed his eyes, continuing to regulate his breath.
Upon returning to the villa, Ye Fan had barely stepped out of the car when Wu Ding greeted him at the door, questioning, “Junior brother, what exactly did you do… who are they?”

Sang Yuan approached and courteously greeted, “Ma’am, my sister and I are the young master’s servants, here to work for him.”
Wu Ding couldn’t suppress his irritation, “Junior brother, you really outdid yourself. Just a short trip and you brought back two beautiful won, claiming them as your servants? Just how many won do you have outside?”
