“Brother Fan, can we visit the ancient royal palace later? I saw the palace’s appearance in Sister Ya’s place, but that was rely a decoration. I’d love to see how the real palace looks!” Qin ngyao pouted, pleading to Ye Fan.
Zhao Tianya laughed and touched Qin ngyao’s head, saying with a smile, “Little girl, let introduce you to the ancient royal palace later. Even if your Brother Fan doesn’t take you, I will!”

As the group reached the gates of the ancient royal palace of the human kingdom, they saw many commoners kneeling before the palace, a large altar set up in front, seemingly for a sacrificial ceremony. “Who are you?” A valiant female general, holding a red-tasseled spear, shouted at Ye Fan.

“No way! You must be sent by those wicked cultivators. Guards, seize them!”
With that, a group of guards charged towards Ye Fan, Qin ngyao, and Yang Xiaoting were very nervous as they had never seen such a scene before.
But Ye Fan remained calm, creating a protective barrier with a radius of about twenty ters. No one could breach it, despite the mounted guards crashing into the Spiritual Energy shield and being instantly knocked away.
“Ah!” The strength used to crash into it rebounded just as forcefully, and the dozens of charging guards were mostly thrown into the air, many injured and lying on the ground.
anwhile, the commoners kneeling outside the palace panicked upon witnessing the commotion, many getting up and fleeing towards the direction away from the royal palace, creating a chaotic scene.

The female general was trying hard to maintain order, yet her words fell on deaf ears, even the guards were consud by chaos.
Ye Fan steadily approached the female general step by step, who was still mounted, wielding her spear, prepared to charge at Ye Fan, seemingly to stab him to death.

The female knight initially appeared calm but grew very frightened at this point.

“Intruders are attacking!”
The ssengers hurriedly relayed the ssage inward, but no one could halt Ye Fan’s advance.
When Ye Fan led Zhao Tianya and the others into the main courtyard of the palace, they realized they were on a plaza stretching beyond sight. This palace was grand, the expansive plaza resembling a miniature city.
“Charge!” Faint cries echoed from afar, accompanied by thundering hoofbeats; the guard cavalry charged towards them. Without much thought, Ye Fan used Spiritual Energy to lift them into flight, progressing rapidly towards the source of the power he perceived.
At that mont, the copper mirror within Ye Fan emitted intense yellow light, indicating the presence of an illusory phenonon, which puzzled Ye Fan.

Ye Fan hadn’t fully grasped the situation he was facing, but upon confirming no significant danger ahead, he led Zhao Tianya and the others to open the palace door.
Though the hall was spacious, it lacked tiers; within the expansive palace stood only a bed, atop which lay a woman, her breathing steady yet appearing lifeless. Beside her was a white Crystal Ball, emitting energy that triggered reactions from Ye Fan’s copper mirror.
“This is the place!” Ye Fan declared as he stood at the hall’s entrance.
