When Sect Master Ling arrived at the vast Deathly Sea of the Pan Gu secret realm, Ye Fan and Xuan Nu had already ventured into the void, unable to communicate with Sect Master Ling.
Sect Master Ling searched above the Deathly Sea for half a day and still found no clues.

She prepared to go back and report, but she knew her relationship with Sang Yuan wasn’t good. If she went back now, Sang Yuan would surely complain about her to the two madams, and she might end up embarrassed.

She tried using her own power to "push" the fireball away, but unfortunately, the fireball had already surrounded her body, forcing her to hide in the Deathly Sea to dodge the fireball’s edge.
"Interesting... The girl in the Pan Gu secret realm has such high cultivation; this is amusing?" A man’s voice ca down, seemingly from within the fireball, leaving Sect Master Ling speechless. Despite being a sect master, the voice sounded jesting, treating her like a toy.
Sect Master Ling wanted to evade, but the fireball had already entered the Deathly Sea, rolling in the swirling waters, evaporating the surrounding seawater with its heat. When Sect Master Ling tried to dodge again, she was already engulfed by the fireball.

"What is going on?" was Sect Master Ling’s last thought before she completely lost consciousness.
The fireball then dispersed into many sparks, and two figures like fiery beings appeared in the sky, one seemingly male, the other female.
