Inside the second secret sanctuary, everything is peaceful.
There seems to be no signs of invasion here. The people living here are few, aside from several won around Ye Fan, and so female disciples.
The primary task of the female disciples is to co and build towns, preparing for Ye Fan’s large-scale plan to migrate people here.
The second secret sanctuary is considered by Ye Fan as the last barrier against heavenly tribulations, a final refuge for humanity. Although it’s not necessarily safe here, it is safer than the first sanctuary. Humans can briefly live and work peacefully here, but Ye Fan has to bear the consequences of migrating the population here on his own.
