“Yes, quite well. Thank you for asking,” Ye Fan said with a faint smile, “What can I do for you?”
“This is the work report from the public security team for the months you were away that you requested,” Xu Xiangli said, bending forward to hand over a report.
While receiving the report, Ye Fan inadvertently noticed that as Xu Xiangli bent to hand him the report, her blouse collar gaped slightly, revealing a hint of her alluring decolletage.
However, he took the report with a usual expression, glanced through it casually, and then nodded, “Not bad. Hard work must have been done.”

He pondered for a mont and said with so deliberation, “Xiangli, focus more on your work. When you achieve good results, it reflects well on as your leader.”
Hearing this, Xu Xiangli’s expression slightly dimd, and she replied in a low voice, “Understood. Thank you for your reminder, Leader. I will work even harder and more seriously in the future and won’t let you down.”
“Good. That’s the way to do it. Go on,” Ye Fan said with a smile.
“Okay. Goodbye, Leader.”
Ye Fan nodded.
Then, Xu Xiangli turned and walked out of the office.
Ye Fan continued to read his docunts.
After spending two days and along with the work reports sent by the captains of the public security team, riot police, and the discipline inspection team, Ye Fan successfully took back his responsibilities for these three departnts.
On the third day, Ye Fan convened a eting with the managent of these three departnts to affirm their work over the past few months and also provided instructions for upcoming tasks.
This eting marked the formal reassumption of his responsibilities in these three departnts since his return.
After the eting, it was ti for lunch.
After eating, when Ye Fan returned to the staff dormitory for a rest, he finally had ti to contact Mo Xiaoyan and Nie Yuling.

Nie Yuling was very pleased to receive Ye Fan’s call, and knowing that he was working in Mingde County made her even happier, as it ant they could et more often.
