Officer Vance, how can you arbitrarily arrest people?
Who gave you the authority?” Bud Trujillo challenged.
Ember Vance, sitting in the front passenger seat, let out a cold laugh, “He’s said it himself, he obstructed official business.”
“How did I obstruct official business?
What right do you have to arrest ?
