Capítulo 2013: Chapter 2032: The Sect Hierarch Only Needs to Appear
If even a remote small town has this much Power of Faith and blessings, then how vast must the Power of Faith and blessings throughout the entire Immortal Demon Monster Realm be?
And the most unexpected thing for him was that the mix of Power of Faith and blessings could also nourish the Purple Blood Beads. If the power from a small town statue could make the Purple Blood Beads sparkle, then what if he absorbed more power from other statues? Would the Purple Blood Beads fully open?
Excited, he imdiately sprinted inland along the road and soon reached a small city, which surprisingly had three statues. Silently and stealthy, he drained all the Power of Faith and blessings from these three statues, and the Purple Blood Beads shone again, continually accumulating!
That’s right, accumulating more and more, the Purple Blood Beads becoming brighter and brighter.
Yusuf Zuck didn’t stop; this unexpected joy made him ecstatic, like seeing sunlight break through clouds. After all, his source of strength was the Purple Blood Beads, regardless of what might happen to them in the future, whether they were parasitic or had grown out of him, at least they could make him stronger!
And now, he needed strength.
Of course, he had long hatched a plan, being a forward-thinker who considered all eventualities and had responses prepared in his mind for any concerns.
Because… because he didn’t want all the Purple Blood Beads to open completely. Once they reached ninety-nine beads, he wouldn’t let them continue opening.
He had heard from elders long ago that life never reaches perfection; too much perfection invites the envy of heaven itself.
So when ninety-nine beads were open, that would be enough; this way, the Purple Blood Beads wouldn’t be complete, and he wouldn’t have to worry about what might happen after they were complete.
However, now he needed the Purple Blood Beads to keep opening, so he increased his speed, swooping over a village and using his ethereal hand to extract power directly, at an incredible pace!
Village after village, town after town, city after city, he kept leaping, kept absorbing.
In the blink of an eye, he had drawn out the Power of Faith and blessings from half of the Immortal Realm, yet the Purple Blood Beads had still not reached a state of completion, still not ready to open fully, as if there was still a long way to go.
Of course, he hadn’t given up, as this was the thod to open the Purple Blood Beads, and he truly hadn’t found anything else capable of opening them, so he couldn’t possibly miss out on this thod once discovered.
Soon, two months had passed, with most of the churches and areas in the Immortal Realm seen by him having had their energy extracted!
But it still wasn’t enough, so he then headed to the Demon World.
And in the Demon World, the number of churches was clearly much fewer than in the Immortal Realm, but he inspected each one, not missing a single one.
Another two months or so passed, and all the Power of Faith and blessings from the Demon World churches had also been exhausted, yet there was still a small gap, and the Purple Blood Beads still refused to open!
So he went to the Magic World, where the number was even smaller. He found less than ten churches since convincing demon leaders to have faith or beco good was almost like dreaming. Even so, he managed to find ten churches, which was already quite sothing!
But still not enough!
Yusuf Zuck gritted his teeth and tore open a rift to the Lower Realm, having heard that the Longevity Sect spread its doctrines even in the Mortal Plane, so there must be churches and statues there as well!
However, when Yusuf Zuck arrived at the Mortal Plane and searched several Cultivation Planets, he found that though the Mortal Plane had Longevity Churches, the Power of Faith within their statues was very, very small.
Yusuf Zuck realized that even a billion mortals’ Power of Faith couldn’t match that of an Immortal Emperor level’s, so after several more months of hurried travel, the Purple Blood Beads still weren’t complete.
The Power of Faith was too scarce; mortal faith was insufficient to complete it, insufficient to open another Purple Blood Bead!
“What should I do? What should I do? Just a little bit more!” Yusuf Zuck was anxious; after six or seven months of accumulating countless Power of Faith and blessings, he was just a step away, but couldn’t break through!
So, feeling urgently alard, he didn’t know what to do for a mont.
“No, no, I have to return to the Immortal Realm. I haven’t absorbed everything there; there’s sure to be so that I’ve missed!” Yusuf Zuck still felt he should return to the Immortal Realm; after all, the purest and most abundant Power of Faith and blessings ca from there, so finding a few that he had missed might complete it!
“Swoosh~” He moved like a machine, having not stopped for six or seven months, feeling incredibly tired, both ntally and spiritually.
However, just on the third day of his return to the Immortal Realm, while searching for any missed churches, he encountered soone familiar, one of the forr Clan Leaders of the Thirty-Six Clans, Cecilia Jacobs.
This Cecilia Jacobs was a master of strategy and calculations and had been exceptionally loyal to him in the past!
Yusuf Zuck didn’t expect to encounter her in the Immortal Realm, as he knew the Thirty-Six Clan Leaders had all ascended.
The two t at a remote small town; Yusuf Zuck was heading there when he spotted a church being built, and an old man carving an unfinished statue.
The old man was dressed plainly, like an ordinary sculptor, but Yusuf Zuck imdiately recognized him as Cecilia Jacobs.
Also, the workers around were joking with him, not showing much respect in their words.
Therefore, Yusuf Zuck imdiately surmised that Cecilia Jacobs had hidden his identity to avoid being recognized.
Having encountered an old acquaintance, who was also the forr Clan Leader and a sculptor, naturally, Yusuf Zuck wanted to et him and ask where else there might be churches.
And Cecilia Jacobs hadn’t expected to et Yusuf Zuck, so when Yusuf Zuck landed, he imdiately knelt down in full homage.
The other craftsn were utterly confused!
“Co with !” With a sweep of his sleeve, Yusuf Zuck lifted Cecilia Jacobs up, and in the next instant, they were standing on a desolate official road, with no one around for miles.
“Cecilia Jacobs greets the Sect Hierarch!” Tears stread down his face, overwheld with emotion!
“Why haven’t you ascended?” Yusuf Zuck asked curiously.
“I have not fulfilled my heart’s great wish, and thus dare not ascend!”
“What do you an?” Yusuf Zuck asked, puzzled.
“Years ago, I made a vow to carve one hundred thousand statues of the Sect Hierarch before ascending, which I have yet to complete, so I have remained in seclusion!”
“You have put your heart into it; thank you!” Yusuf Zuck cupped his hands and bowed respectfully to this elder. Such people were obsessives, and he liked them!
“Why has the Sect Hierarch returned?”
“I have so matters to attend to, but right now, I need the Power of Faith and blessings. You’re a man of many ideas; could you think of a way to help?” Yusuf Zuck asked, smiling.
Cecilia Jacobs paused for a mont and then imdiately replied, “There’s no need for any plan, Sect Hierarch. You yourself are the greatest plan!”
“What do you an?” Yusuf Zuck asked, confused.
“As long as you, Sect Hierarch, raise your arm and call out in the main city, all believers across the Immortal Demon Monster Realm will gather, and then faith and blessings will be endless!”
“Uh… right!” Yusuf Zuck suddenly slapped his thigh. He could reveal himself, et them in the flesh, and wouldn’t all the believers go wild?
