Capítulo 2070: Chapter 2089: Such Nirvana

Nirvana is a kind of soul ascension.

The little monster, also known as Cedric Holloway, sumd it up in one sentence after thinking about what Nirvana is.

Nirvana is the ascension of the soul. A person’s soul, whether you practice for a thousand years, ten thousand years, or even hundreds of billions of years, will not change.

The soul governs everything, and the soul is Divine Spirit, which releases Mind Devination, and this Mind Devination varies with the level of cultivation.

But no matter how high your cultivation level is, or how strong your realm is, your Divine Spirit remains unchanged, unaffected by any external material.

Of course, so people integrate swords into their Divine Spirit, or Magic Treasures, or even cultivate a Sword Spirit and so on, but a soul is a soul, an aggregation of Spiritual Power.

And Nirvana is the ascension of your soul, but how does it ascend?

That ans death.

That’s right, in Cedric Holloway’s words, Nirvana essentially ans serene death. You must face death calmly, you have to kill yourself, and only by doing so will you feel your soul scattered, feel that you truly no longer exist, and have no connection with anything — this is Nirvana.

Of course, no person in the world can face death, and all fear death, so although people know of the Nirvana Realm, few dare to attempt Nirvana.

No one dares to do it, no one dares to kill themselves, because if you die, you’re truly dead, and the failure rate of Nirvana is 99.9%.

Out of ten thousand, ten million, or a billion people, if one succeeds, it’s considered a miracle.

So even though the Nirvana Realm exists, no one dares to try it.

However, Cedric attempted it, and he succeeded. Successful Nirvana ans perfection; that’s why, even though he is only six epochs old, only six years old, he can slay the strong aged seven or eight.

“Many people don’t even know what Nirvana is, nor how to achieve it, so the few around you probably don’t know either. Even if they do, they lack the courage to kill themselves, to transcend serenely.”

“You’re basically telling to commit suicide in a different way, that’s harsh,” Yusuf Zuck said, clicking his tongue.

“I’m telling the truth, but I won’t disclose my thod of Nirvana, because everyone’s cultivation experiences and Divine Techniques differ. Using my thod would surely lead to death for you. Telling you would genuinely harm you.”

“You have to find a path suitable for your own Nirvana; no one can assist you.”

“Of course, the process is the sa. It’s a form of comprehension, a realm. When you see your own head being chopped off by yourself, see the blood on the ground, see your body burning, your soul burning, feel the absence of perception, feel everything leaving you, that is the path of Nirvana. But whether you succeed in the end depends on your personal will, luck, destiny, cultivation, and much more. Lacking any of these, you won’t succeed in Nirvana.”

“Killing yourself leads to Nirvana?” Yusuf Zuck shook his head, “I don’t believe it.”

“I know you won’t believe it, but there’s another way, and that is dispersing your power,” Cedric Holloway said gravely. “As they say, ‘break before making’, ‘without madness, there is no life’. Only by breaking can you make; only by indulging can one succeed.”

“Dispersion of power for Nirvana is another thod; it won’t lead to death, but if you fail in Nirvana after dispersing your power, you won’t die, but you’ll be a wreck.”

“Hmm, these are the only two ways I can think of for now. However, experiencing death is key to Nirvana. I succeeded because I felt death, so I haven’t tried the dispersal thod, I only heard of it, and you’d best not try it.”

“In this world, are there many people who have achieved Nirvana?” Yusuf Zuck saw sincerity in Cedric’s eyes, sensing no deception, and he spoke quite honestly.

“From what I know, there are a dozen or so, all of whom achieved Nirvana before . Seeing them succeed, I gritted my teeth and went for it. Among them was an enemy of mine, clearly not my match, whom I pursued for tens of thousands of years. But after succeeding in Nirvana one day, he sought revenge, killed my father, wife, sixteen sons, twenty-one daughters, dozens of grandchildren. My whole Holloway family was slaughtered in one night, and I was almost killed, surviving by a fluke by parasitizing a spiritual exotic flower, later succeeding in Nirvana.”

“But the feud with his clan remains unresolved, and I am ashad before my parents, spouse, and children.” When Cedric spoke these words, tears rolled down, his voice becoming extrely sorrowful, but no sobbing sound was uttered.

“I’m sorry.” Yusuf Zuck clasped his fist at Cedric.

Cedric gave a bitter smile: “Even though I achieved Nirvana, I’m still not his match, so I went into seclusion to cultivate. Only yesterday did I exit successfully, but unexpectedly encountered you, senior. I can only bla myself for being arrogant and ignorant of the world’s heroes.”

“Alright, we’ll stop here today.” As Yusuf Zuck finished speaking, he disappeared, while Cedric sighed deeply and sat down, turning back into the form of a little child.

Yusuf Zuck returned to the study, knowing Cedric hadn’t deceived him, but Nirvana was too difficult.

It’s the most brutal decision. Cedric’s success in Nirvana was probably due to the slaughter of his family in one night. With a ntality of ‘if I die, so be it, if I live, I succeed’, he detached himself, leading to his success.

For a normal person, a person of profound cultivation, asking them to kill themselves and experience the process of death is utterly absurd and cruel; only a fool would do such a thing.

The sa applies to power dispersion; with six epochs of cultivation, thods that reach the heavens, and no need to fear death, who would discard everything for the minuscule chance of Nirvana?

If it succeeds in the end, all is joy, but if not, life would be worse than death.

The sa goes for Yusuf Zuck; he lacks the courage to disperse his power or commit suicide.

Truly lacking the fortitude, because he is concerned with too much. He has family, a wife, children, friends, countless subordinates, and billions of soldiers, so how could he dispense with his Divine Skills? How could he commit suicide?

If success were assured, well and good, but if not, what would happen to his family, his wife and children, his Empire?

So, he truly lacks the courage; for an illusory Nirvana Realm, with such a tiny success rate, he couldn’t possibly do it.

“Nirvana, Nirvana, so that’s how it is, huh.” Yusuf Zuck gave a bitter smile. That stele of Dante Stewart within the Door of the Other Shore had told him, to completely master the Door of the Other Shore, one must achieve Nirvana, and without it, mastery is impossible.

“Demi Garrett must be one who succeeded in Nirvana. He possesses the Door of the Other Shore, and previously fought a six-epoch strong without defeat, so he is a Nirvana Great Ability, truly remarkable.” Yusuf Zuck sighed, “No wonder Demi Garrett is so strong; he’s also soone who achieved Nirvana. But how did he achieve it, I wonder?”
