During the night, the Yitian City was quiet, yet filled with an inexplicable eeriness. Yusuf Zuck and Ayden Ac remained silent for a long ti, both speculating on what earth-shattering event had occurred.
And just one hour after Cory Richmond returned to Yitian City, suddenly, two streaks of golden light swiftly shot out from the Richmond Residence, flashing directly to the gates of the Palr Gate!
Yusuf Zuck and Ayden Ac were sitting by the window, so when the two streaks of golden light arrived, they could see it clearly!
"Blaine Richmond, Clay Richmond," Ayden Ac took a deep breath and said, "Blaine Richmond is the Grand Steward of the Richmond Family, and Clay Richmond is Cory Richmond’s second son. Both of them are unfathomable. What are they doing coming to Palr Gate so late?"
At the entrance of Palr Gate, the shopkeeper of Palr Gate quickly stepped out, exchanged greetings with the two, and they all entered the Palr Gate together.
Just one tea’s ti after they entered Palr Gate, the Jade Simple in Yusuf Zuck’s hand suddenly began to pulse and glow!
Yusuf Zuck raised his eyebrows, questioning whether this was a ssage from the Palr Gate shopkeeper. Could the shopkeeper be sending a ssage now?
He imdiately began to investigate, and Ayden Ac approached him, filled with curiosity.
"Huh~" With just a glance, Yusuf Zuck handed the Jade Simple to Ayden Ac, who, after a brief look, nodded, "That explains it. Cory Richmond is seriously injured, and upon returning ho, he suddenly hears about the Causal Creation Pill. How could he miss the chance? It seems they’re sincerely willing to exchange."
"However, we mustn’t be careless. What if they want more of the Causal Creation Pill later on? Human greed is boundless, and one might not be enough to satisfy them!" Yusuf Zuck’s eyes sparkled. The information contained within the Jade Simple was indeed from the Palr Gate shopkeeper, stating that a trade involving the Causal Creation Pill was to happen early tomorrow, and all conditions proposed by Yusuf Zuck would be agreed to by the Richmond Clan!
"They are waiting for a reply. How do you plan to respond?" Ayden Ac questioned.
"Ha-ha, why wait until early tomorrow? I’m getting a bit impatient!" Yusuf Zuck smiled faintly and imdiately input a ssage: "The transaction can occur now, the location, the Fengyue Street Square!"
"You want to trade now?" Ayden Ac nodded. "That’s good as well, it leaves the opposition without ample ti to prepare."
At this mont, the Jade Simple flickered briefly, returning only a single word of agreent. Then, Uriel Richmond Steward exited Palr Gate, swiftly heading back toward the Richmond Residence.
A mont later, a procession of torches lit up from the Richmond Residence, resonating with the creaking sounds from the ground. Within a colossal cage, the captive Han Slave was escorted, surprisingly led by Adan Richmond.
Apart from Adan Richmond, there was also Uriel Richmond Steward, along with a hundred-man team of ordinary guards.
Quickly, the group entered Fengyue Street, and Yusuf Zuck and Ayden Ac stood by the window, able to clearly see the movents at the street corner, spotting Han Slave!
Within Palr Gate, the shopkeeper and Clay Richmond also erged, briskly heading toward the square of Fengyue Street.
"I think I should enter your Blue Sea and Cloud Sky, in case there’s no ti to escape when needed!" Ayden Ac requested proactively.
"Alright, then I’ll handle the trade myself!" Finishing, Yusuf Zuck brought Ayden Ac into Blue Sea and Cloud Sky, and he himself moved like a spirit snake, leaping onto the rooftop, swiftly traversing across.
"Swoosh~" After just two or three breaths, Yusuf Zuck reached the square of Fengyue Street, then stood at a corner of the square.
In the center of the square, Adan Richmond, Clay Richmond, Blaine Richmond, and the Palr Gate shopkeeper were already waiting there, the iron cage containing Han Slave sitting at the center, while the hundred-man team of guards remained spread out on Fengyue Street and hadn’t entered the square!
Seeing Yusuf Zuck arrive at the square corner, none of them moved. Adan Richmond didn’t even use Divine Consciousness to probe Yusuf Zuck, instead bowing from a distance and saying, "Mr. Mayo, our Richmond Clan didn’t know Han Slave was your sect’s child, we have greatly offended you, hoping for your pardon."
"No problem, ignorance is not to be blad, can we proceed with the transaction now?" Yusuf Zuck smiled and waved.
Adan Richmond nodded, "Certainly, but we need to verify the Elixir first, how about it?"
Yusuf Zuck did not respond to Adan Richmond’s request, instead looking towards the shopkeeper of Palr Gate, saying, "Grand Shopkeeper, thank you Palr Gate for facilitating this trade, here is a high-grade Causal Creation Pill, the reward promised to you, please inspect!" Suddenly, a pill bottle flew from Yusuf Zuck’s hand, shooting directly to the shopkeeper.
Jamir Palr let out a long cry and caught the pill bottle, appearing exceedingly excited, as did the three Richmond mbers—Adan, Clay, and Blaine—whose expressions changed dramatically, watching Jamir Palr intently!
Upon removing the bottle cork and causing the Elixir to spill out, the pervasive dicinal fragrance and the imnse power of cause and effect emanated forth!
The three Richmond mbers inhaled sharply, never having seen or heard of the kind of energy this Elixir contained.
"It’s this pill, it’s this pill, ha-ha-ha, it’s this pill!" The shopkeeper of Palr Gate excitedly stored the Elixir carefully.
"Then let’s initiate the trade, release Han Slave, and remove all his shackles!" Yusuf Zuck commanded.
"Wait, what about our side?" Adan Richmond interjected urgently.
"Once Han Slave is by my side, naturally, I’ll throw the Elixir to you all. Surely you wouldn’t want to hand over the Elixir first? We must ensure absolute fairness!"
"In that case, I will set up a Formation, for fear that Han Slave may have been agitated and might escape," Adan Richmond said indifferently, casting a glance at Yusuf Zuck. His true worry was that Yusuf Zuck would flee, prompting the need for the Formation!
"I have no objections!"
"Good, Mr. Mayo, straightforward as always," Adan Richmond praised, then flipped his wrist, revealing a talisman!
Seeing this talisman, the Palr Gate shopkeeper was taken aback, mouth agape, for though others might not recognize it, he did. It was the Richmond Clan’s "Richmond Barrier Talisman," on par with, and perhaps even stronger than, Yitian City’s barrier. Once employed, even those at the ninth layer of Immortal wouldn’t escape!
Yusuf Zuck showed no indication, knowing that no barrier could restrain him!
Adan Richmond gently pinched the talisman, forming a light circle that quickly expanded, enveloping the square in a single breath, sealing off any external sound, even blocking the wind.
"Release Han Slave!" Adan Richmond nodded toward Blaine Richmond Steward!
Blaine Richmond opened the iron cage, unlocked the chains, and withdrew the golden needle from Han Slave’s head, quickly retreating aside!
"Roar~ um, um, um, um, um~" Unable to speak, Han Slave could only make incoherent sounds, letting out a roar and rushing towards Yusuf Zuck, akin to a child excitedly reuniting with their father or mother, filled with excitent, joy, and happiness!
With about three hundred ters between them, Han Slave made a leap, landing right beside Yusuf Zuck. Its massive arms encircled Yusuf Zuck’s waist, while its drooling face rubbed continuously against Yusuf Zuck’s garnts!
Adan Richmond, the Palr Gate shopkeeper, and others nodded approvingly at this display, evidently convinced now that Han Slave did indeed belong to the other party, otherwise, how else could he display such closeness?
"Mr. Mayo, the Causal Creation Pill, please?"
"I will hand over the Causal Creation Pill, but has Han Slave not suffered trendously in your Richmond Clan’s custody all these days? Shouldn’t this be accounted for as well?" Yusuf Zuck demanded in a deep voice!
