"Are you going to look for that great demon?" Ayden Ac looked at Yusuf Zuck curiously because as soon as Yusuf arrived, he asked about the whereabouts of the great demon.
Previously, Ayden indeed ntioned to Yusuf that he had searched for years and got so clues about a great demon. He roughly guessed the demon’s location but hadn’t gone yet, as it would be a futile attempt; he definitely wasn’t the demon’s match.
One must understand that ancient great demons on par with the clan leaders are invincible giants in this world.
For instance, the Richmond Family’s Sacred Dragon stretches thousands of miles, as does the Kenzo Ray’s Solar Divine Bird, capable of expanding to a few thousand miles.
So a great demon, a tiless unparalleled demon, is not soone like him could handle. Even the Kenzo Ray’s ancestor couldn’t slay such a colossal being.
"I do know the general hiding place of a great demon, but you... forget it, I won’t say. Your monster collecting skills are unmatched, but that was the demon I found. Why should you be the one to catch it? You’re the one getting married and giving out betrothal gifts, not ." Ayden grumbled.
"Then tell what you want?" Yusuf retorted.
"You’ll give anything?" Ayden squinted mischievously.
"Not necessarily. If you want my woman, I definitely won’t give her; if you want my blood, no way; if you want my life, absolutely not." Yusuf joked.
"Co on, why would I want your life? I want... never mind, I want nothing. Since you’re my friend, here’s the location of the great demon. But it seems you don’t have much ti?" Ayden tossed a jade simple map over.
"Let take a look first." Yusuf quickly used his divine consciousness to glance at the map. To his surprise, the map pointed to the area around Dyer Family Ridge.
Dyer Family Ridge borders that dark space, ho to Stone Child and Gold Almighty, at the edge of Patrick Ruiz’s domain. When Yusuf first arrived in Patrick Ruiz, his initial stop was Dyer Family Ridge, which spans tens of billions of miles—all under the Dyer’s domain.
Yusuf was then a minor figure and dared not enter their territory, so he only flew high above. He rembered the Dyer of Dyer Family Ridge seed to be just a second-class family.
"Enough ti overnight, haha." Yusuf laughed heartily.
"I’m going with you." Ayden suddenly declared.
"Where to, where to, take along." At that mont, Dominic Ruiz appeared out of nowhere, accompanied by the Titan and Karen Burch. The Titan had shrunk to a human size, as he used to be enormous, causing destruction while walking in the city. So Porter Ray ordered Dominic to command the Titan to reduce in size.
"He’s going to collect a monster." Ayden laughed.
"Monster collecting is great. I’m coming too. What kind of monster is it?" Dominic asked out of curiosity.
"It should be a black bull." Ayden stated nonchalantly.
"A black bull demon? Big or small demon?" Dominic’s eyes lit up.
"An ancient great demon, the only ancient great demon in the world."
"Heavens, you an the ancient black bull demon from the dawn of ti?" Dominic exclaid. "The black bull demon isn’t dead? It still lives? Are you really going to collect this demon?"
"Haha, Yusuf doesn’t collect ordinary demons; naturally, he targets the big ones." Ayden smiled.
"It will be extrely dangerous. The ancient great demon might have been a half-step creation during ancient tis. Even if it’s not in the creation realm now, it’s likely beyond human ability to handle; even Porter Ray is no match." Dominic warned sternly.
"If you’re scared, don’t go. I’ll accompany Yusuf. Of course, I’m also scared, but I can watch from afar since it’s his monster collecting, not mine."
"Makes sense. We’ll just go for the excitent. I’ve heard this guy’s monster collecting skills are impressive, and he can practice ancestral monster cultivation. We have to see it with our own eyes." Once inside the Blue Sea and Cloud Sky, Yusuf stepped over to the southeastern sky of Dyer Family Ridge, close to where the black bull demon lay.
As it was now dark, and the Dyer Family Ridge was a remote area, the night was particularly tranquil, and exceptionally dark.
Following the map directions, Yusuf soon found a mountain on the map called Bull Head Mountain because the mountain did resemble a bull’s head.
That’s also the origin of the na Bull Head Mountain: looking like a bull’s head. Historically, from ancient tis until now, there were no bulls, nor have bull demons ever been seen here.
At Bull Head Mountain, Yusuf released Ayden and the others, and they continued moving toward the designated location on the map.
However, not long after flying, they suddenly heard the sound of soone quarreling on the other side of the mountain, which was in the direction they were heading.
"Everyone, be careful, don’t reveal your identities." Yusuf reminded everyone, as Dominic excitedly flew over the mountain peak, gliding to the back of the mountain.
Yusuf and the others quickly followed. Upon crossing the peak, they saw a dense array of torches, with a lake at the back of the mountain, surrounded by people, each ard with swords, guns, and sticks, making a lot of noise.
"What’s going on, what’s going on?" Dominic laughed aloud as he flew over and asked from afar.
No one seed to pay him much attention, as more people continued to arrive, and not everyone knew each other.
Seeing no one caring, Dominic proactively mingled with the crowd to inquire. Yusuf, Ayden, and Karen Burch listened attentively.
A few minutes later, Yusuf and company understood that there was a fish demon in the lake, which had eaten soone during the day—it ate a granddaughter of a Dyer Family mber. As a result, the experts of Dyer Family Ridge and so wealthy loose cultivators from Origin City had gathered.
Origin City is the main city of Dyer Family Ridge; the Dyer Family is a second-class clan and rulers of this area.
"Why are you all making such a fuss? Why not just go into the lake and drag the fish demon out? Then everyone can have grilled fish, and I’ll even make sashimi for everyone. Do you know what sashimi is? It’s raw sliced fish." Dominic shouted.
"You’re talking too lightly! If we could go into the lake, would we be waiting here until now? Everyone, stop talking! Listen to Elder Sun, and stop the chattering. If you continue, leave." The chaotic scene resulted from many voices and unfamiliar faces.
This so-called Elder Sun is the Dyer Family’s ancestor at Dyer Family Ridge, a second-class clan’s family head, but Elder Sun seems formidable with cultivation reaching the Eternal Life Eighth Level.
"Everyone, we cannot enter the water." Elder Sun said sternly, "The fish demon itself is at the Eternal Life Eighth Level, and in the water, all of us combined will not be its match. We can only kill it if we lure it out. Furthermore, so may not know, this is the Cursed Lake. Anyone who enters the lake will imdiately die."
Yusuf glanced again at the map. Ayden’s mark, the location of the black bull demon, was indeed at this lake.
