Like a miracle, the green wooden box that Ayden Ac struggled to open for several hours started glowing and vibrating under Yusuf Zuck’s single drop of Dew of Fate.
Ayden Ac was dumbfounded, and Yusuf Zuck was equally curious, it seed he was destined to be connected with this treasure.
"Crack, crack, crack~" ca the sound of chanisms unlocking from within the box, and then it automatically opened layer by layer, as if gears were spinning inside, very mysteriously.
After about nine layers popped open, an item wrapped in a yellow scarf was revealed inside, emitting a peculiar energy fluctuation.
At that instant, the Purple Blood Beads at the depths of Yusuf Zuck’s mind began to throb intensely, with a yearning and desire to leap out, stirring his heart incredibly.
Just as Yusuf Zuck was about to reach for it, Ayden Ac surprisingly snatched the yellow scarf first.
But as soon as he grabbed it, before he could unwrap the scarf, he let out a scream, smoke started to rise from his body rapidly, and the moisture in his body seed to be sucked out by a gravitational force, causing his eyes to sink in, turning his body into a bag of bones that even turned black.
In less than a second, he was about to be sucked dry.
"My goodness!"
With a "bang," Yusuf Zuck lifted his leg and kicked Ayden Ac’s head to knock him away, causing the yellow scarf in his hand to drop.
Flying more than ten ters away, Ayden Ac opened his mouth but couldn’t utter a single word.
Earlier, he hovered on the brink of death; if Yusuf Zuck hadn’t acted swiftly, he would’ve been sucked dry, leaving him trembling uncontrollably, shivering in extre terror.
"Are you okay?" Yusuf Zuck didn’t care about the yellow scarf, but he hurried over to Ayden Ac and fed him a drop of Dew of Fate.
After drinking the Dew of Fate, Ayden Ac’s vitality quickly recovered, and within two or three breaths, he jumped up: "Water, water, I need water, that scared to death, scared to death."
He continued talking while pulling out a large amount of water from his space, gulping it down non-stop.
Once Yusuf Zuck saw he was okay, he returned to the yellow scarf, carefully using his fingertips to unravel it bit by bit, making sure not to touch it directly, moving very delicately.

Ayden Ac, well-read and knowledgeable, had seen ntion of such a ruler in certain books, colloquially known as the Heavenly Dao Ruler. No one knows who created it; so say it’s the Heavenly Dao but whether the Heavenly Dao is human or not is uncertain, leaving this ruler as an unsolved mystery.
Yusuf Zuck was incredibly puzzled—why did the Purple Blood Beads react to this Heavenly Dao Ruler? What was its origin?
"This is a Magic Treasure, give it to ." Ayden Ac’s eyes glowed green as he spoke.
Yusuf Zuck frowned slightly: "Are you sure you can use it?"
"If I can’t use it, then can you? I’ll research it slowly if need be." Ayden Ac figured Yusuf Zuck wouldn’t dare take this ruler, fearing it would suck him dry if he held it, thus he planned to continue researching it.
"Who says I can’t use it?" Yusuf Zuck reached for the ruler as he spoke.
"Careful, damn!" Ayden Ac was shocked, raising his foot as if planning to avenge with a kick.
However, the mont Yusuf Zuck picked up the ruler, it transford into a fluid, flowed along his arm, and rged into his body, disappearing within an instant.
Yusuf Zuck remained unaffected, stunned and unsure of what to do.
Had he really obtained the treasure that easily? Without undergoing any Refinent or binding through blood, it simply lded into his body?
Ayden Ac sat heavily on the ground, hitting his own head twice in frustration: "Comparisons are infuriating, I’m so not convinced, why is it destined for you yet tries to suck dry, it’s so unfair."
Yusuf Zuck didn’t bother responding, instead, he sat crossed-legged, trembling violently as the ruler turned into a stream flowing directly into his Purple Blood Beads, causing... causing the ninety-sixth Purple Blood Bead to activate.
Upon activating ninety-six Purple Blood Beads, his soul suddenly opened a door, identical to before.
Long ago, the Purple Blood Beads also opened a door, through which he could access the Divine Realm.
Now, the Purple Blood Beads unexpectedly opened another portal.
No new Divine Skills erged, nor did any information flow from the portal, just the activation of another Purple Blood Bead, resulting in yet another portal opening.
Yusuf Zuck closed his eyes, sensing only the portal itself, oblivious to what lay inside.
Of course, he could enter through Divine Consciousness or wish to physically enter; either way posed no barrier.
"Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz~" Just as he pondered, the portal suddenly vibrated, and a ruler shot out from within.
The mont his heart stirred, the ruler presented itself in his palm, the sa ruler as before.
"No, no, it’s not a ruler, it’s a key." Yusuf Zuck realized with a strange intuition that the so-called Heavenly Dao Ruler was actually a key to open the portal from Purple Blood Beads. By obtaining the ruler, he got the key to the Purple Blood Beads, which upon activating another purple bead, regained its ruler form, returning to him.
"Phew~" Yusuf Zuck abruptly opened his eyes. He didn’t imdiately check inside the portal; the more nurous the Purple Blood Beads activated, the more insecure he felt towards the last few, sensing manipulation.
He feared that upon entering, he might never return, or there might be sothing inside to possess him.
After all, the origin of the Purple Blood Beads remained unclear, hence recklessness was inadvisable, at least for now.
"What’s happening?" Ayden Ac queried.
"Nothing much, just a ruler." Yusuf Zuck toyed with the ruler; despite being a key, it was also a supre Magic Treasure.
"How powerful is the ruler? Try it out, co on." Ayden Ac coaxed.
"Then bring out a Magic Treasure, let’s test this ruler’s hardness?" Yusuf Zuck joked.
"Sure, here you go, if it breaks, I won’t feel bad." Ayden Ac, performing a magic trick, conjured an Azure Wing Stone the size of a pigeon egg.
"Okay, you said you wouldn’t feel bad." Yusuf Zuck casually slapped the ruler down.
With a "snap," the incredibly hard Azure Wing Stone shattered into powder upon impact. Most importantly, the instant it turned to dust, its inherent gravitational energy was absorbed by the ruler, converting and channeling into Yusuf Zuck’s body.
This was a ruler capable of absorbing energy, capable of smashing anything, the Heavenly Dao Ruler.
