The white-bearded elder lashed out suddenly after Yusuf Zuck made things clear, moving with blinding speed. Barely had Yusuf Zuck had ti to react before the elder’s hand was already hovering above his head.
He wanted to capture Yusuf Zuck, to seize the Child of the Era alive, so he attempted to grab rather than kill.
"Hmph." Yusuf Zuck couldn’t react in ti, and neither could anyone else. However, Porter Ray was quick to respond. As the champion of Hanhou’s First Family during its peak, he wasn’t just all talk. Standing right next to Yusuf Zuck, a silver spear suddenly shot out from his sleeve when the elder’s hand reached above Yusuf’s head.
With a loud "bang," the elder’s hand and the silver spear clashed, causing Porter Ray to stagger back six steps, his face turning deathly pale. Nevertheless, the elder’s hand was neutralized by the spear strike.
Of course, it was rely neutralized; the elder didn’t budge, as if nothing had happened.

After a dozen seconds, the water level of the Thunder Pool rose, and Thunder Water began spilling over the edge, spreading everywhere.
Everyone was so terrified that they retreated, afraid to wet their feet with Thunder Water, even the Qianji Old Man floated in midair.
The initially tense atmosphere was shifted due to the Thunder Water’s overflow and the Thunder Pool’s tremors. The Qianji Old Man stopped targeting Yusuf Zuck, focusing intently on the Thunder Pool, unwilling to miss the best mont for acquiring the treasures.
Upon realizing it was the Qianji Old Man, Porter Ray and the others lost their resolve for confrontation because they knew they couldn’t win, so they stayed silent.
At this ti, Yusuf Zuck was the only one uninterested in the precious treasure, so mischievous ideas rapidly swirled in his mind.
It was evident that the Qianji Old Man was determined to get the treasure, so he must destroy it, and when he gets the treasure, deal a sneaky blow or two.
The overflow of Thunder Water increased, bubbling incessantly.
"Father-in-law, when the treasure is born, I’ll disrupt the Qianji Old Man so you can take the treasure, then imdiately withdraw."
"How can this be? You’re not his match," Porter Ray communicated privately.
"But he can’t kill either. Don’t forget, I have the ability to escape anyti, and even if I don’t sabotage him, he’ll co after once he gets the treasure. So it’s settled."
"Why don’t you just leave now? If you leave now, he absolutely won’t pursue you," Porter Ray suggested.

At this mont, the Thunder Pool displayed another abnormality. The overflowing Thunder Water began to recede. Originally bubbling over, but now a vortex appeared, spinning rapidly.
