Now reading: Chapter 420 - 420 419 Telekinesis and Inner Qi Fourth Update from Invisible Security Guard, a Urban novel by Peach Has Sold Out.

420: Chapter 419: Telekinesis and Inner Qi [Fourth Update] 420: Chapter 419: Telekinesis and Inner Qi [Fourth Update] Many wondrous things exist in the world, such as practicing Qigong.

So people spend decades, a whole lifeti without ever mastering the basics, unable to sense the Inner Qi within their bodies.

Yet, there are others who only need a few hours to accomplish what so cannot achieve in their entire lives.

When Yusuf Zuck stood up, even he found it incredible because he could distinctly feel two streams of Qi circulating in his body.

How should I put it?

It was as if a circle, starting from the exact center of his forehead down to the Huiyin acupoint—what should have been a straight line, but after following the breathing thods taught by Jero Hart and having the acupuncture done by him, it had ford into a circle.

The Qi flowed from the front and circulated back, though faint, it was indeed present.

With Qi cos the gateway to entry!

“Without consuming potent herbs, without being infused with any Divine Ability, I still achieved entry?

How incredible is that?” Yusuf marveled in disbelief at the prowess of David Hart’s clan!

“Hehe, this Divine Skill of my family isn’t passed to outsiders, so nobody else knows about it.

Also, it’s been passed down only within our clan from generation to generation, without widespread progeny, which is why my family possesses such an exquisite Supre thod, yet lacks a formidable force,” Jero Hart explained.

“If each generation of the Hart family had dozens of children, then our clan wouldn’t be as weak as it is now.

The more people there are, the greater the chances of a master erging,” he added.

“The ancestral teachings forbid disclosing this thod to others.

Grandfather was a stickler for tradition, adhering to the ancestral commandnts.

Hence, we of the Hart family struggled to find a trustworthy person to validate our insights.

But now, you also have entered the Dharma Gate of breathing techniques, though you’re sowhat weaker, I believe you will catch up.

Then later, we can validate each other’s progress, and see who will reach Grandmaster status first,” Jero continued.

“Also, don’t underestimate the Dharma Gate of breathing techniques.

It’s an Ancient Cultivation art, uniquely possessed by my Hart family, docunted in a lone scroll.

The notes of our ancestors clearly state that the Dharma Gate of breathing techniques is the true Way of Longevity,” he proudly claid.

“You know what longevity is, right?

So regardless of its authenticity, keep practicing.

If you happen to live for a few hundred years, wouldn’t that be a great gain?

Right?” Jero teased.

“Thank you, Master!” Yusuf bowed deeply to Jero Hart, his voice filled with sincere gratitude.

“As long as you’re dedicated, that’s enough.

I accept your title of ‘Master.’ Damn it, hurry up and get dressed.

Why are we two grown n standing here naked?

If soone saw us, they might think we were up to sothing else,” Jero chided, quickly dressing himself.

Yusuf, however, wasn’t in such a rush.

After so thought, he jumped back into the hot spring and sat down with his legs crossed, silently reciting the incantations of the breathing technique.

In actuality, there’s only one verse detailing the breathing technique—about three to four hundred characters in classical language form.

Yet within these few hundred characters, it encapsulates everything.

Once you’ve entered the door, you need only follow the instructions for operation from the verse and practice diligently every day.

Day after day, year after year, as ti passes and you practice the verse, your body will change and grow stronger.

Reaching the status of Grandmaster or acquiring Truth-Insight will naturally co to fruition.

Practicing is not complicated; one just needs ti, determination, and relentless perseverance.

“I’ve discussed the Dharma Gate of breathing techniques with Grandfather before, and we believe it truly is a Supre thod!” Jero suddenly said.

“How so?” Yusuf asked curiously.

“This Dharma Gate of breathing techniques can be perfected under any condition!”

“Let’s say, you can practice it in the city, in the mountains, before sleeping, upon waking, and most importantly, you can even practice it while doing ‘that’—and it’s even more effective!”

“No way, dual cultivation?” Yusuf was shocked to hear.

“Sothing like that—it’s like absorbing the Spiritual Energy of all things, but we haven’t fully understood it yet.

Of course, when you’re with your little lovers, doing ‘that,’ you might as well give it a try.

It’s really fast, faster than usual, and even faster in the mountains than in the city.”

“In this world, a long ti ago, before industries, Spiritual Energy probably truly existed, so practicing with it would likely be much quicker.

It’s just a pity that nowadays when you step outside and take a breath, you inhale dust—a world full of smog!”

“It wouldn’t cause harm to the other person’s body, would it?” Yusuf voiced his concern.

“There’s no serious harm, just that the opponent is a bit tired, a bit spent, which shows your courage, doesn’t it?”

“You can get lost now, you’re no longer of any use!” Yusuf Zuck cursed.

“You want to try it with Ariel Higgins?” Jero Hart said with a mischievous smile.

“Don’t talk nonsense, this woman doesn’t yield to n, sothing I respect.

You can’t joke about this kind of thing anymore!” Yusuf Zuck glared at him.

“Alright, alright, I won’t joke anymore.

You try sensing it yourself then; I’m heading back.

Give the car keys!”

“How am I supposed to get back?

Go have Ariel Higgins arrange a car.”

“Why should I care how you get back?

The car’s been requisitioned.

No need for so much blabber.” The guy had no qualms about fishing the car keys out of Yusuf Zuck’s pocket and then, slapping his butt, he ran off.

Yusuf Zuck just laughed without minding him and closed his eyes to start sensing carefully, chanting “The Way of Qigong” silently, making the two flows of qi speed up a bit.

It was only one stream of qi that was circulating now, which was rely the beginning stage; he couldn’t yet emit qi.

He had to keep practicing and practicing, and with more practice, the flow would beco stronger and thicker and only then, by releasing this qi flow, could he harm others.

Furthermore, Yusuf Zuck had discovered that the two streams of qi did not conflict with the Blood Beads in his mind, nor did they trigger any chemical reaction.

“Can I make them have a chemical reaction, I wonder?” Yusuf Zuck pondered deeply.

With the help of the Blood Beads, would his practice progress faster?

Or perhaps, with the aid of the qi flow, would more Blood Beads unlock?

If such reactions were indeed possible, either would be infinitely beneficial to him.

“Telekinesis!” After pondering for a long while, Yusuf Zuck suddenly used telekinesis to sense the trajectory of the two qi flows and the reactions they produced during circulation.

Indeed, telekinesis could explore everything, so if he used it while practicing “The Way of Qigong” and during the circulation, he would also find the reason for the qi flow’s intensification.

With his telekinesis, he reached out to the qi flow and enveloped himself as well.

Soon, he discovered sothing different; as he chanted the verse and circulated the qi rapidly, it seed like so kind of energy was pulsating around his body, like ripples produced by invisible air, not visible to the naked eye but detectable by telekinesis.

And as these ripples occurred, that energy began to perate through his body surface, flowing into the two streams of qi within him!

“Spiritual Energy!” Yusuf Zuck imdiately understood.

When he circulated qi while practicing the verse, his body acted like a sieve, absorbing the useful Spiritual Energy, also referred to as energetic material, from the air into his qi flow, strengthening it.

Although it was subtle, with telekinesis covering it, he could see it very clearly!

“Others probably can’t see these minute energies entering my body, can they?

But even if they can, it’s not very useful.

It’s just seeing, after all, which doesn’t really help!” Yusuf Zuck shook his head again.

Although telekinesis had analyzed the formation and thod of the qi flow, it wasn’t very useful.

“Hmm, if there’s energy in objects, like trees, human bodies, or gemstones, that can strengthen the qi flow, can I refine it?

What a shortcut that would be!

This rits further research!” Yusuf Zuck suddenly hit upon a brilliant idea.
