"So, you are here too, Loki’s most beloved child."
The mont she saw Reiger, unlike her clan mbers who appeared to be on high alert, Frey displayed an expression of great interest.
"First ti eting... should I say that?" Reiger t Frey’s soul-piercing gaze without changing his expression, "Also, Loki’s most beloved child is Ais, not ."
"Indeed, when you think about it, this is our first face-to-face eting." Frey smiled sweetly, radiating dazzling light and charm as she spoke, "I’m not just saying this randomly. Loki has been ntioning you a lot recently, which all the gods know; it seems the Sword Princess has fallen out of favor."
"You are absolutely overthinking this." Reiger completely ignored the charm radiating from Frey, far surpassing that of Ishtar, and said blandly, "That goddess adores cute girls like Ais, and it could never be my turn to be favored."
"Such a modest child, or is it that you certainly know Loki favors you, yet you feign ignorance before ?" Frey, noticing Reiger completely disregarding her allure, didn’t feel the slightest anger. On the contrary, she seed even more intrigued by him, her smile growing more vibrant, "How nice, there’s no child like you among my clan, I feel a bit envious of Loki."
These words didn’t elicit a reaction from Reiger but instead caused an excessive reaction from Ota and others.
You could see that each one of these fierce warriors glared at Reiger at this mont, their gazes much like looking at a rival for affection.
Only Ota managed to maintain a sense of normalcy.
After all, he had long known that Frey had a great interest and focus on Reiger.
In a way, the goddess’s curiosity about Reiger exceeded that for Bell Crowney.
If Reiger hadn’t joined the Loki Clan, and if Frey didn’t want to casually offend Loki, with Bell Crowney sharing so of the Beauty God’s attention, this goddess would certainly do sothing to Reiger.
Of course, Frey had already tested Reiger twice before.
Once, when Reiger had just beco a Lv.4.
The other, during the last expedition of the Loki Clan.
The forr, Frey had sent Allen.
The latter, Frey had sent Ota.
Thus, one could see how much attention and curiosity Frey had towards Reiger.
To think, she sent the strongest commander and vice-commander of her clan for these tests, who else would receive such treatnt?
However, it was because of this that Reiger had created a connection beyond clan rivalry with the Freyja Clan.
Reiger’s gaze swept over Ota and Allen, who were closest to Frey.
Both of them he had encountered and sparred with before.
Now, both of them had successfully leveled up, one becoming Lv.8, the other Lv.7.
Events which had yet to happen even in the original work, truly piquing Reiger’s interest.
However, now was clearly not the ti to discuss this.
"Limit Breaker." Hedine cast a cold gaze at Reiger, questioning, "Why are you here?"
Beside him, Hegni and the Gulliver brothers instinctively looked towards the enormous charred creature behind Reiger.
"Is that Istar Clan’s Filini Jamile?" Hedine adjusted his glasses and said, "Did you defeat her?"
"Sort of." Reiger disregarded Hedine’s questioning, stating as if it were just a casual act, "I hadn’t intended to strike such a person, but there was no choice. She attacked, and was so disgusting, so I dealt with her effortlessly."
"Don’t worry, I only handled this one as a minor task, the others are still yours."
"You don’t need to mind . Just treat like I’m passing through."
Leaving those words, Reiger stepped aside, clearing the path decisively.
Yet upon seeing this, none of the nurous officers of the Freyja Clan moved, instead watching Reiger with alert expressions, seemingly afraid it was so kind of trap.
Reiger’s presence was sothing entirely unexpected for them.
But no one believed he was rely passing by.
The Loki Clan was ultimately a rival of the Freyja Clan, an opposing faction.
For an important officer of the opposing faction to appear here, and alone, it’s hard for anyone to believe there’s no ulterior motive.
The mbers of the Freyja Clan didn’t fear the Istar Clan, not even considering them a threat.
But the Loki Clan was different, and this man before them certainly was not soone to be underestimated easily; should they inadvertently fall into his sche, even the Freyja Clan might suffer great losses.
So, seeing Reiger making way, no one moved.
However, at that mont, Frey spoke with a smile.
"Though I wish to have a good conversation with you, unfortunately, there are matters to attend to today, so we’ll stop here." Frey said with a charming smile, "I’ll send you an invitation on another day, rember to co to my tea party?"
Hearing this, Reiger raised an eyebrow.
Was this goddess planning to bring him into her boudoir?
Though a Beauty God, and a peerless beauty admired by countless humans and deities alike, Reiger knew well that this goddess, who appeared more elegant than Ishtar, actually led a rather chaotic private life.
