Honshu Island, Xiantai.
This is the central city of the Xiantai tropolitan Circle, outside of the three major tropolitan circles.
It is located between the Shichikitagawa and Hirose River, near Xiantai Bay, and is the largest economic and cultural center in the northeast region of Honshu, also the capital of Miyagi Prefecture.
Xiantai is about 300 kiloters north of Tokyo, facing the Pacific coast, not particularly far from Tokyo.
At least, for the people living here, the catastrophic event happening in Tokyo, which has turned into an Outer Demon Realm, feels as if it’s occurring right next door, enough to cause panic among those living here, even stirring thoughts of leaving here to stay away from Tokyo.
And such thoughts have intensified with a recent bizarre phenonon occurring in Xiantai.
"Is this the Xiantai Barrier?"
Reiger, disguised as Eric Mozart, quietly appeared here, muttering as he gazed ahead.
At the mont, he was located on a bustling and noisy road.
Cars were parked all over the road, none of them honking, simply parked there, unwilling to move forward.
People were everywhere on the road as well, so dressed in outdoor attire, so in ho clothes, and so even in ragged outfits barely covering their bodies.

In the distance, a black curtain blocked the road, standing like a heavenly wall there, cutting off the surrounding buildings.
It towered into the clouds, its top completely invisible. If viewed from the sky, it appeared as a gigantic cylindrical shape, enclosing several kiloters or even dozens of kiloters, isolating the internal space completely from the outside world.
"Destruction Revisit..."
Reiger squinted his eyes.
There, it was one of the stages for the Destruction Revisit.
A total of ten barriers nationwide, with two in Tokyo and the remaining eight in other places outside Tokyo.
Xiantai had one barrier, which was right in front here.
The reason for choosing to co here, rather than the two closer ones in Tokyo, was twofold.

As for Zenin Maki... She didn’t imdiately decide to participate in Destruction Revisit, instead planning to return to the Zenin Family, to retrieve so cursed tools.
Then, there were the Kyoto school students led by Todo Aoi, who seed to have been warned by Gakuganji Yoshinobu, unable to intervene in Gojo Satoru’s rescue operation, but they would also act in other barriers with the aim of "freeing Destruction Revisit and executing Geto Suguru."
