Under normal circumstances, when Reiger chooses to end his Dinsional Travel and return to the Akasha Continent, his consciousness embodint in the alternate world will directly dissolve, with only his consciousness returning to his body on the Akasha Continent, and he will awaken at the place before the Dinsional Travel.
But this ti, the situation is clearly different from the past.
Because this ti Reiger descended in his physical form, so when he chose to end the Dinsional Travel and decided to return, his entire being was directly transported into the dinsion passage.
The hazy dinsion passage seed endless, as if it was perpetual, making Reiger wonder what kind of feeling Beluti, who had fallen into the dinsional crevice, was experiencing now.
Is it the sa as I’m feeling now?
Reiger wasn’t sure.
He only knew that he was now at a crossroads.
One path led to the Akasha Continent, while the other led to the Source World.
If he wanted to return to the Akasha Continent, he only needed to walk down one of the paths.
But Reiger didn’t choose either path. Instead, he issued another command to the dinsion cube in his mind.
"Activate the dinsion passage of the designated world."
In the next mont—
"Command received, beginning to activate the dinsion passage of the designated world."
"Energy sufficient, dinsion passage construction underway."
"Please select the designated world."
Upon receiving this ntal command, Reiger spoke without hesitation.
"Fairy Round Table Domain—Avalon Le Faye."
To rescue Beluti, Reiger was no longer planning to return to the Akasha Continent, but to head directly to the Fairy Country’s British Lostbelt to find Morgan.
Thus, the feedback from the dinsion cube continuously echoed in his mind.
"Command received, dinsion passage construction underway."
"This Dinsional Travel is for a designated world, consuming ten tis the Dinsion Energy, and the user may enjoy the following three privileges."
"First: The ti ratio for this Dinsional Travel is extended to twice the normal state."
"Second: This Dinsional Travel does not require extra Dinsion Energy to assimilate unique items. Except for so special exceptions, the user is entitled to one-ti free assimilation of all unique items, and the right to this upon return."
"Third: This Dinsional Travel allows the user to bring back up to five life forms with which a special connection has been established."
"These privileges are only available during designated world Dinsional Travel; they do not apply to normal Dinsional Travel."
Already having initiated a designated world Dinsional Travel once before, Reiger was naturally aware of these privileges, which were his support for this rescue mission.
Although it was still unclear what constituted a special connection, as long as he t this condition, he could bring Morgan along to the Source World and return to that black land.
Only then would there be hope of rescuing Beluti.
"Dinsion passage opening complete."
"Connected world: Fairy Round Table Domain—Avalon Le Faye."
"Ti ratio: 1:180."
"This Dinsional Travel is consciousness descent; the user’s consciousness will beco embodied. After embodint, the death of the consciousness entity won’t affect the user, but at the ti of death, this Dinsional Travel will officially end, so the user should act cautiously."
The dinsion cube in his mind began to rotate slightly.
Simultaneously, in front of Reiger, a new dinsion passage appeared, extending a radiant staircase toward him.
Reiger stepped onto this staircase, slowly walking toward the passage.
Soon, Reiger’s figure disappeared from here, vanishing into the depths of that dinsion passage.
...
Ti seed to lose its aning at this mont.
When Reiger felt solid ground beneath his feet, he opened his eyes slowly, seeing a sowhat familiar space.
It was a dim underground stone cell.
Looking at this deathly silent underground space, Reiger murmured unsurprisingly to himself.
"It seems I’ve successfully returned to modern tis, descending once again to the underground of Tintagel."
Although it had been a long ti, Reiger still rembered what the situation was like when he last left the Fairy Country’s British Lostbelt.
At that ti, he returned to 400 years into the Fairy Calendar through Morgan’s [Water Mirror], traveling back to the past more than two thousand years ago.
Reiger stayed in the Year 400 of the Fairy Calendar for about a month, until the ti limit of that Dinsional Travel ended, at which point he dissolved his consciousness entity and returned to the Akasha Continent.
Logically speaking, now that he returned to the Fairy Country’s British Lostbelt, Reiger should have returned to the place and ti of his last return.
However, according to the dinsion cube’s usage instructions, Dinsional Travel allows the selection of the descending location when activating the dinsion passage of the specified world.
In other words, after initiating the specified world’s Dinsional Travel, Reiger could choose to descend at either the original location during his first Dinsional Travel or the location at the end of that first Dinsional Travel.
If he chose the forr, Reiger would return to the ti and place of his initial arrival in this world, specifically Tintagel in the Year 2017 of the Queen’s Calendar.
If he chose the latter, Reiger would return to the ti and place of his last Dinsional Travel end, which would be the era of Year 400 of the Fairy Calendar.
Without a doubt, Reiger chose the forr.
He had planned to do this the next ti he ca back; otherwise, with his abilities, even now, he didn’t have the power to travel through ti and return to the future from the past.
