"Clearly, it had been utterly crushed, yet the flesh that splattered around inexplicably vanished like scattered shadows, without even a spray of fresh blood."
Obviously, this Altoria was not the real body but a crafted illusion.

Woodworth imdiately scoped out his surroundings, intent on finding Altoria’s trail.
But Altoria had taken the chance to slip away; not only Woodworth, but even the fairies and soldiers who were converging in this direction had not encountered her.
The frustration in Woodworth’s chest that had just begun to dissipate returned in a state several tis more violent, causing him to fly into a rage on the spot.

With his mood sour, Gawain clenched his arms tightly, taking a long while to calm himself.

Deciding thus, Gawain once again took powerful steps towards the room where the lord was.
Unaware to Gawain, Altoria lurked sneakily at the corner of a corridor nearby.
"Damned checkerboard! As expected, he’s here!"
Altoria gripped her staff with both hands, first let out a sigh of relief as she saw Gawain leave, then imdiately started muttering resentfully.
"What ’Elf Knight Gawain’? He’s clearly just a coward too afraid to even reveal his true na!"
"A title bestowed by Queen Morgan?"
"If I get the chance, I must ruthlessly strip away that layer of disguise she wears and avenge today’s arrow!"
Muttering so, Altoria, once she confird there was no more danger nearby, quickly quickened her steps, running towards the entrance of the grand cathedral.
Soon after, an elf squadron guarding the entrance was blown away by magical bombs falling from above, tossing n and horses into disarray.
By the ti Gawain and Woodworth arrived, these elves still lay on the ground, looking as if they could not get up.
As for Altoria, she had already vanished without a trace.
This really infuriated Woodworth, who once again threw a fit.
Only Gawain, calmly giving orders to the fairies.
"Lock down the gates; from now on, nobody is allowed to enter or exit!"
Soon, this command was passed down by Aurora, who was in the lord’s room.
The whole of Salisbury instantly went into lockdown; the city gates were tightly closed, no longer permitting anyone to enter or exit.
Gawain, Woodworth, and Aurora each dispatched troops to search throughout the city, activating bands of elf squadrons and individual human soldiers. They ran about in groups within the urban area, causing the local citizens to hide back in their hos or take refuge in inns, not daring to venture out carelessly.

In the sky, a red and a white cot continued to clash against each other, causing bursts of thunderous noise.

Flas and shockwaves exploded in the high altitude where no one could reach, scattering the clouds around and escalating the fierce battle.

The white cot streaked across the sky, charging towards the retreating Reiger.
"Unfortunately, to fly in the sky is to be unbeatable, you cannot possibly win!"
Facing Lancelot’s declaration, Reiger, who was retreating as a blaze of light, did not refute.
At present, he was indeed falling behind.
The reason was simple.
In terms of speed, Lancelot was faster than Reiger.
In terms of strength, Lancelot was also stronger than Reiger.
For the Dragon Girl, who could glide freely in the skies, Reiger’s strength was indeed strong, but not as strong as hers.
