Reiger imdiately activated the teleportation magic, vanishing from the spot, leaving the flas to strike the ground, shattering the already dilapidated ground.
Appearing high in the sky, Reiger looked down from above, watching the two Elf Knights, who had regrouped.
"Let’s make it quick," Gawain regained his composure and indifferently said, "We can no longer afford to let Salisbury suffer more damages."
Hearing this, Lancelot’s face, filled with displeasure, fell silent, his expression cooling as if he rembered sothing important, silently agreeing with Gawain’s approach.
"Haaaah!"
Gawain imdiately burst out a furious roar, wielding his sword with both hands and delivering a powerful slash that sent a surging wave of flas, transforming the Sun’s Fire into a fierce firestorm, which rose to the sky while rushing towards Reiger.
"Boom!"
Lancelot also entered the acceleration mode, with Magic Power spouting behind him like a jet-pack, suddenly soaring up and transforming into a teor, violently shooting towards Reiger.

At that mont, Reiger felt a pressure that was almost tangible.
It was the kind of pressure felt when facing a formidable opponent.
Both Lancelot and Gawain, among the strongest of the strong, the elves among the elves, not only ca from extraordinary backgrounds but also possessed imnse power. Either one would not be inferior to Woodworth in his reverted ancestor form and might even subtly surpass him.
Facing such two Elf Knights, even Reiger, facing one alone, couldn’t confidently claim he could definitely win, let alone facing both at the sa ti.
When the strength of the adversaries is close, quantity becos a form of unilateral violence.
A Lv.7 could easily handle two opponents of Lv.6, but when faced against two Lv.7s, the outco would naturally be quite different, not to ntion that both Lancelot and Gawain were more than just Lv.7.
Facing such a joint attack from two equals, one could imagine the pressure that Reiger felt.

A loud cry that was completely unlike Reiger’s usual style erupted from him.

The Sun’s Fire also burst forth from Reiger, transforming him into a radiant sun, charging towards the incoming white teor and the scorching wave of flas.
"Boom!"
With a loud roar, the radiant sun first dispersed the sky-filled flas, smashing them.
"Clang!"
Following that was the sound of steel as the black blade from within the sun repelled the white teor descending from the sky.
"Zing!"
Within the Sun’s Fire, the Dragon’s Secret Treasure on Reiger’s right hand lit up, enhancing his strength.
In that instant, Reiger finally activated the effect of the Origin Ring, using the power of the Dragon’s Ring to beco stronger.
"That ring...!?"
Lancelot, whom Reiger had just repelled with a single slash, seed to sense sothing and, just as Gawain had done earlier, looked in surprise towards Reiger’s right hand.
"So strong!"
Gawain, who witnessed Reiger’s burst of power from the ground, seeing him smash his own attack and then sending Lancelot flying with another slash, almost couldn’t contain his fighting spirit (appetite).
Yet Reiger ignored this completely and, while continuing to be enveloped in the Sun’s Fire charging towards Lancelot, began to chant.
"[Magic spear, pierce through my skull, gorge on the fresh blood]!"
This was an incantation he had never chanted before.
It was also a magic that Reiger had always refrained from using, or rather, had seldom had the chance to use.
In the beginning, in the Earth Mistake World, Reiger learned five magics from Revilia, two from Rephia, one from Ais, and also one from Amide, along with one learned from Finn and one fortuitously from an adventurer, thus totaling eleven magics, far exceeding any Magic Guide from the Earth Mistake World.
The five magics learned from Revilia were—[Life-bound Illusion], [Thin Veil Breath], [Dinsional Blockade], [Frenzied Fimbul Winter], and [High-level Victory Sword].
The two magics learned from Rephia were—[Arc-shaped Beam] and [Simultaneous Fire Spear].
The magic learned from Ais was—[Wind Spirit Swift Walk].
The magic learned from Amide was—[Diya Flatel].
The magic fortuitously learned from an adventurer was—[Lamu].
And the magic learned from Finn was a thod of explosion.
It was a sort of magic that could extrely enhance all abilities at a high magnitude.
It enabled an enhancent of the "Strength", "Endurance", "Dexterity", "Agility", and even "Magic Power" of the caster to a great extent, second only to [Wind Spirit Swift Walk] which allowed one to challenge beyond their level.
Regrettably, this magic had a flaw: it could lead to a decrease in judgnt as battle fervor increased, which ant it would affect the mind and cause one to lose control, hence Finn rarely used it under normal circumstances.
Reiger learned this magic because Finn himself approached him and taught him.
