Indeed, the person holding the magic Reiger desired was currently in Fengyue Street.
Through the original novel, Reiger knew they were in the southeastern district of Orario in Fengyue Street, and knew who they were, but he didn’t know their exact location or specific address.

Raul straightened his back and responded loudly.
His cowardly deanor left Reiger unsure how to react.
Nevertheless, he was mostly hopeful.
