Going back through the various books and journals just to make sure I hadn’t skipped anything too important did actually yield so good results; I found a few more potion formulas that I copied down into my own notebook for later and I also had a few enchantnts spelled out for completely.
So barebones sorts of enchantnts like the forever loved and cool flaming blade or the slightly more niche yet also cool beam projectile being shot out from a blade whenever it was swung; those were copied down as perfectly as I could manage since they would be great practice for to learn enchanting.

Well, there was a montary break from the studying as I slid a hand down and began to relieve myself, losing myself to the pleasure for a few minutes as I expelled those corrupting thoughts into my hand.

Which plots I had been following intensely in the ga were now far more complex since they were real, and to that extent I needed to attempt to get so better expectations for myself and what I would deem as a ’success’.
Who I could easily befriend for the most gain, which people were definitely ant to be avoided now, what items I was going to need to give up simply because I could no longer save scum my way through life...
Those were the thoughts in my mind, and they also took towards another aspect of this life of mine that I was going to have to deal with; I now had a System interface that showed how strong I was and allowed to store things, so how could I use that to the best of my abilities?
How could I go ahead and improve myself as fast as possible while also concealing this ability of mine since it would invite suspicion onto ?
There was the training I was doing now and the eventual upgrade it would receive soon enough thanks to classes starting, and then the inventory would be nice to have when I solo delved into a Dungeon since I could harvest a lot of items from monsters without encumbering myself.
Which - to that extent - ant I needed to start thinking of which Dungeons were more beginner friendly and could allow to get the experience I needed to improve even faster since practical application was better than simply theorizing about everything all the ti.
Where could I go to get the most amount of things to sell off for a fair amount of money without putting myself into extre danger imdiately?
Did those places align with where I knew so nice items would be hidden or was I just going to have to take a ’loss’ in efficiency when doing multiple things and just hyper fixate on one goal at a ti?
So many questions for the far flung future slowly filled up my journal as I just brainstord things at random, but when I finally awoke from that self induced stupor I reined in my thinking and focused on the here and now.
I was doing rather well all the way until there was another knock at my door, which was when I awoke from the next self induced stupor to go answer it, finding Hecate standing there in her usual robe looking as stunning as ever.
"Natalie, were you planning on holing yourself up until tomorrow or are you going to dinner?"
Although her words seed to be holding a little bit of concern for her uninterested tone and lack of eye contact just had smiling wryly as I replied "No, Lady Hecate, I wasn’t going to just sit inside all day long... just needed a bit of a rest is all."
Letting out a brief hum and nodding her head, Hecate fixed those golden eyes on for a few monts before beckoning for to follow her outside, the assurance that I would be right behind her srizing a little and causing to do just that.
I imdiately got self conscious since I believed I likely slt a little and definitely didn’t look overly ready for socialization, but what could I do now that I was already out in the hall walking just a step behind the purple haired prodigy?
"Natalie, the schedules will be handed out tonight as well. Considering you are a Scholarship student I do wonder how many classes we are going to end up sharing... That reminds , one of my... friends... told that they saw you at the training grounds today with... hmm... Kha’Miero, I believe?"
She never turned to look at but I still felt like a mouse pinned beneath a cat’s gaze as she asked that, and that slow nod she did when I didn’t reply right away made very worried, though her saying "It’s good to make friends like that. Useful connections. Would you introduce to her soti?"
Scrambling to grab my tongue and finally give her an answer, I studied her back for a mont before saying "I... Yes, we were training together, and of course I could introduce you to her! Um... I can’t guarantee that she’ll... be... willing..?"
I didn’t know how to tell her that the only reason we were ’friends’ was thanks to Kha’Miero wanting to fuck and now she was wanting to court because apparently the sex we had was so good, nor did I know if Kha’Miero would be that caring about a Noblewoman.
"Mm... I just want to introduce myself. Creating that initial connection can make all the difference later on, Natalie. Just making yourself known and morable can save you a lot of trouble whenever you want to negotiate with a Noble or person of power."
Giving a little nugget of knowledge so freely seed rather out of the ordinary from what I thought I knew of the usually quiet Hecate Valentie, but then again I used to only talk to her whenever I wanted to progress the plotlines relating to her, so... did I really know anything about her?
"Um, Lady Hecate, if we are in the sa classes would you... be willing to work together, perhaps..? I definitely don’t know as much as soone from the Valentie Clan, so..?"
That gave her a mont of pause as she just lingered at the edge of the dining hall, mulling over the question before turning to stare at as she said "That depends on your own performance and capabilities, Natalie. Also... I told you not to call ’lady’ out in public."
Her voice was a little colder and sharper now, making tremble a little as I nodded and apologize for that ’transgression’, which she thankfully accepted before bidding farewell as she entered the Noble section of the dining hall.
