The exam was the sa as the canon one, so after splitting us all up once again, I headed to group D and they led us to one of the areas where the exam would be held, even in the series you think how ridiculous the ability to have 7 fictional cities just to have the entrance exams is, well obviously they don't just use it for the entrance exams, but the fact that UA has so much space and money to be able to maintain so many training camps and use them as they please spoke of the large amount of funding the school had.

I glanced at the group gathered in front of my door, there was no other guy in the group and I didn't recognize any of the girls personally, there were a few that looked familiar but I didn't stare at any of them, I just began to stretch slightly drawing the gaze of the girls who tried, and failed miserably, to peek, when I was done I grabbed the three katanas I brought with , I had to make a request ahead of ti, they were completely normal, obviously they wouldn't have let bring any of my katanas.

Any of those swords would be a completely unfair advantage in the entrance exam, so they only let bring completely normal katanas that they provided, it wasn't the best, but it would have to do.

the first thing i noticed was how hollow the ground was, the amount of chanisms there were everywhere and secret doors, which i guess were used to distribute the robots around the city, it was incredible, the next thing i noticed that seed to have occurred to no one was that the buildings were full of robots, and i wouldn't bla them, it was easier to see the flashy targets on the streets than inside the buildings, which were also a waste of ti going in and searching every room in the building, luckily for i could see it all along with the vibrations.

Without hesitation I entered the building, there were no doors or windows inside the buildings, so getting in and moving around looking for the robots was extrely fast, especially since I already knew exactly where they were, so cutting through 7 robots took less than 20 seconds before cutting through one of the windows to launch myself into the next building and I did the sa, I ignored most of the robots on the street, it was only fair to give the other contestants a chance, so I only dedicated myself to the robots inside the buildings or helping out the occasional person who needed it.

it wasn't a really difficult exam, in fact it was almost a walk in the park, it was when I passed the 8 minute mark that the 0 pointer ca out, it was impossible not to notice the giant robot the size of a building, in fact, I felt it before I saw it, thanks to its weight, its vibrations reached even to the other side of the fictional city where I was, I humd as I considered whether to go towards the 0 pointer or not, I had already passed the 100pts mark a while ago, more than enough to pass if we follow the sa scoring as canon, I shrugged and ran towards the 0 pointer, still destroying robots occasionally, once I reached the 0 pointer I saw a panicked redhead trying to pull her… scythe out from under the rock… no way.

I opened my eyes widely, she was wearing training clothes, but the short black and red hair, silver eyes and the scythe at her side couldn't be more obvious evidence that it was Ruby Rose, although... her cape was missing... shaking my thoughts a simple cut with Haki in her direction and the stone that was bothering Ruby was cut just as Ruby was pulling the scythe so upon losing resistance, she fell to the ground.

"Ow!" I let out a laugh, Ruby stopped stiffly before quickly standing up looking around, when she saw she started to blush "Nothing happened!!" I yelled in embarrassnt, I already raised an eyebrow in her direction when the 0 pointer lood over us, Ruby's expression quickly changed "Let's go!" I tried to say seriously, she first grabbed her scythe to the side and then as she tried to grab my wrist to drag with her free hand, I just pulled my hand away so she grabbed the air "E-eh?" she said confused before paling "I'm sorry! I didn't an to try and grab you without your permission!!" She squealed, I rolled my eyes, there was no ti for that "What are you-" she tried to ask as I placed one of the swords between my teeth and grabbed the remaining two in my hands.

I stared at the approaching robot, I put both swords in my arms behind my back, the three swords quickly turned black as I infused them with haki to give it a bit more resilience, 1080 Pound Cannon , I launched a vertical slash towards the 0 pointer, the three shockwaves that ca out of the swords beca one before crashing into the robot, it didn't seem to do anything to it for a few seconds before the robot split in half with ease, both halves fell on the buildings at its sides, I watched with a smile as the swords cracked slightly and I grimaced, they hadn't withstood the force of the attack, was what I did necessary? not at all, did I want to show off? of course I did, I couldn't let Izuku be the only one to destroy a 0 pointer.

"W-what-" Ruby looked stunned beside staring at the robot in disbelief.

"TIY ...

"That was amazing!! You use swords! Not one, not two, but three swords!! And then, SLASH!! You cut through the air and BOOM!! The robot fell, cut like paper!! Taan cool !! do you normally use three swords? are they normal swords?! oh oh Oh ! You have a sword that shoots fire?! Lightning?!" Ruby stamred breathlessly a few inches from my face, I raised an eyebrow in her direction that seed to get her off and she imdiately walked away while paling "oh my " gosh ! I'm so sorry! I didn't an to invade your personal space like that! I swear I'm not dangerous!!" she shrieked quickly, I snorted in amusent and looked at the scythe beside her, she paled even more "IT'S NOT MINE!" she shrieked as she threw it to the side with force, the scythe flew until it stuck deep into the wall, that finally broke and I let out a laugh, I could see Ruby blushing.

"You're adorable ." I said with a smile.

"I'm not adorable!" she squealed embarrassedly as she stomped her foot on the ground, her blush reaching her neck and ears, I just raised an eyebrow, Ruby bit her lip and I could see tears forming in the corner of her eyes, I rolled my eyes playfully, in general, all the girls took complints like, adorable, cute, or tender as sothing bad or childish.

"Don't worry about it, I'm Izumi, Miyamura Izumi." I said as I extended my hand, Ruby opened her eyes and looked at strangely for a few monts before nervously extending her hand.

"I'm holding a guy's hand." I muttered barely audibly in utter amazent "wait until I tell Yang, she won't believe this!" I snorted in amusent, Ruby's blush now seeming permanent "RUBY! I-I an, I'm Ruby Rose, short, soft, rolls off the tongue, guys love it!" Who are you, Jaune? I couldn't help but let out another loud laugh, Ruby brought both hands to her face in embarrassnt as she muttered sothing about killing Yang.

"So, Ruby Rose-" I rolled her na suggestively which made her shudder "-what brings you to Japan? We're heading out." I asked as I started walking, Ruby imdiately following before stopping.

"Wait a minute!" With that she exploded into petals in the direction of the scythe, easily knocking it off the wall and returning at the sa speed "I have to give it back!" She said quickly as she began to walk beside "And how do you know I'm from another country?" She asked surprised before gasping "You can read minds!?" She squealed excitedly before turning pale "Don't read my mind!!" She said as she used a hand to cover her forehead I snorted.

"Calm down, I can't read your hormonal teenage girl mind." And the blush returned, it really does look a little dangerous with so much blood moving to Ruby's head. "I only asked for the simple fact that you've only spoken in English so far." Ruby stopped stiffly before groaning in frustration.

"Habit, when I get excited it happens, sorry!" she explained quickly but this ti in Japanese, she lacked so practice but it was understandable "... so... my sister is already in her third year at Beacon and my other brother in Shibusen and if I was going to start completely alone I could do it sowhere else! So I took advantage of the fact that mom had this long-term job here in Japan to take the entrance exam" she shrugged "I would have preferred to go to Beacon with Yang, but... she already has her team and we're in different years... " And I'm so sorry, I'll leave you alone" she sounded embarrassed and before she could leave, I grabbed her by the shoulder.

"Now, now, I never said you were a bother." I smiled slightly "In fact, I'm enjoying your company."

"R-really?" I asked timidly with a hopeful smile.

"Yes Ruby." I said softly, before smirking at her "you're adorable." She puffed out her cheeks in a pout.

"Aren't I cute!" I simply laughed, by this ti we had already arrived at the entrance of the city, the group of students was being attended to by a group of nurses, I humd thoughtfully.

" So - so! " Ruby exclaid. "Do you have any girlfriends?" She asked with a painful smile, but I couldn't help but give her a softer smile instead.

" Yep , and no girlfriends, just one girlfriend." I clarified, Ruby's eyes opened wide with a glint of hope in them, she nodded firmly.

"I have a chance." she muttered almost inaudibly, I smiled wider, Ruby looked at with determination "I-Izumi!-" she squealed before clearing her throat "c-can you help ? I think there's sothing wrong with my eyes" I blinked confused and looked into Ruby's silver eyes, the blush returned to her cheeks but she didn't look away "I-I can't stop looking at you!" that stopped my scan dead in my tracks and I blinked awkwardly, did she… just say that? the silence seed to embarrass Ruby more and she fidgeted in place "I-I hope you know first aid, because you've taken my breath away!" she squealed once again, this ti I looked at her in surprise, was she flirting? my silence continued to make Ruby uncomfortable so she continued saying quickly "do you know how much panda bears weigh?! Enough to break the ice!!" My smile was shaking from holding back a huge laugh, Ruby now seed almost desperate "Your beauty must be the square root of -1 because it's what every woman imagines!!!"

and I lost it, I let out a loud laugh and started laughing hard, poor Ruby knelt in the fetal position while covering her face, I could feel the sha pouring out of her entire body.

" t -that w-was fun" I said between breaths after a few minutes, while wiping away the tears that were falling from my eyes.

"Please kill ." Ruby moaned chokedly.

"Now, now, they weren't bad lines, just, wrong timing." I said softly as I comforted Ruby, she looked up tearfully and looked at .

"Really?" she asked hopefully, I shrugged.

"They could be better, but maybe they'll work for other tis." That made her pause slightly. "The square root one certainly caught off guard." I said mockingly, she groaned.

"It's not like you could do any better!" she squealed in embarrassnt, I raised an eyebrow at the challenge, she took a step back.

"Your blush is adorable Ruby-""Aren't I adorable!"- and cute, the way your cheeks turn pink is like... it reminds of..." I stopped to take a step towards Ruby, she tried to move away but I grabbed her wrist firmly and pulled her into my chest, wrapping my free hand around her waist, she was smaller than so I looked down at her as she gasped at the closeness "An angel, robed in spotless white, Bent down and kissed the sleeping Night." I looked at her pink lips "Night woke to blush; the sprite was gone. n saw the blush and called it Dawn." Ruby seed to have stopped breathing, I looked into her eyes once more and smiled softly "soone needed to tell you that you blush like the dawn" Ruby's cheeks turned a deeper red before her eyes drifted to her back and she went limp in my arms, she had passed out, Ruby simply passed out, I couldn't help but let my smile grow, this was completely hilarious!! Much more than annoying Taylor! unlikely!
