"It’s called Dao Embodint," Li Xingwei explained. "When I was cultivating the [Force Control Skill], what caught my attention was your notes on how the future of this skill would be developed, wanting to study how True Heavenly Dao and Grand Dao control laws.

"I thought, why limit myself to their controller? Why not beco the laws themselves? Why not understand their very essence, followed by how their creator wields them? So, I created a dinsion for people to experience this process; it has beco a great way for people to rapidly cultivate their Grand Dao Source."

"Becoming the laws themselves? That is a damn good idea," Wang Wei uttered with shining eyes. "I think I’ll try that myself."

"I hope you succeed."

"What do you an?"

"Many of the Li Clan Elders tried themselves, but all of them have failed for so reason. I’m guessing they might need to use my legacy in the lower dinsion."

"Failed? This could be for many reasons. We’ll see when I try," Wang Wei nodded. The result could have been because of the lack of capabilities of these elders, or sothing else. Regardless, he’ll know the answer when he tries it himself.

"Enough about ," Li Xingwei said. "Uncle, I have a lot of questions to ask you."

"?"

"Yes. For starters, what happened to your first battle with Di Tian? The record said you lost after an exhilarating battle, but I have my suspicions. The worst part is your tiline is protected, and I couldn’t go back to see it." The little monster from the Li Clan looked at Wang Wei with shining eyes.

"It seems these protectors are already trying to protect my legacy by beautifying everything?" Wang Wei comnted. "Well, you were right. It was a terrible, even humiliating defeat. I had to use my wit to barely escape, but looking back, I’m glad it happened. If not for that fight, I would never have known how powerful Di Tian was, and I would have never accidentally created an alternate path to Nine Extremity, or even thought of a way to achieve Ten Supremacy."

"Speaking of which, I realized that achieving the Ten Supremacy Foundation is way easier after you two did it."

"It makes sense," Wang Wei nodded. "Grand Dao wants civilization to progress. Plus, once people realize sothing is possible, they will dedicate countless ti and effort to succeed."

"That’s true, but how did you and Di Tian succeed?"

"Di Tian used a Limit Breaker, which I now know is a Wonder of Heaven and Earth, and I used a thod that is kind of a taboo, so I can’t tell you until I have sanctified."

"Taboo? Does it have to do with your past life?"

"Sharp," Wang Wei said before ssing his hair. Li Xingwei fought him off before fixing his hair.

"Second question: Did you have sothing with the Dynasty Luck Path that the Nightmare Empress created?"

"No, that was all hers."

"I knew these people wronged her when they said you were the puppet behind her success. I’m glad I suppressed them before they gained any traction," Li Xingwei sneered. Wang Wei saw how cute he was and wanted to pinch his face, but the little bastard would not let him.

"Third question: What was the deal with the man from Gu Xuan’s Deception Trial? All my research indicates this man might have traveled from the future, but that should be impossible, right?"

"It should," Wang Wei nodded. "Unless?"

"Unless a power on the level of Grand Dao allows it," Li Xingwei replied. "What did you do that soone would send an assassin from the future to eliminate a younger version of you?"

"I’m still trying to figure that myself," Wang Wei sighed.

"Your life is as legendary as I imagined."

"You an painful," Wang Wei’s lips twitched.

Li Xingwei chuckled. "My fourth question is about Chen Chen. All the Heaven Chosen who represent the luck of different professionals went on to prove the Dao, but he’s the only one who died. Moreover, sothing seems odd about his fate."

"He’s indeed a tragic character," Wang Wei sighed. Chen Chen was a pawn sent by his future self to give him the idea of creating Skynet to prepare for the eventual [All Heaven Fate Calamity].

"That’s all you’re going to say?"

"You should understand that there are so secrets — unless you deduce them yourself — that I cannot reveal because of your low cultivation."

"I understand," Li Xingwei sighed deeply. "Alright, on to the fifth question. The Golden God: You created him, didn’t you?"

"He was indeed my doing," Wang Wei admitted. "I didn’t want the founding of the new era to be based on blood and tyranny, so I created a villain and made myself the hero instead. It also drastically reduced all the ti and effort I needed to conquer the lower dinsion since everybody surrendered in exchange for protection."

"Brilliant move, and I couldn’t do it better myself," Li Xingwei praised. "Well, maybe I could."

"Is that so?"

"I don’t an to be disrespectful, but your plan was..." He suddenly stopped as his danger sense activated.

"Go ahead," Wang Wei said with a gentle smile.

"No."

"No, go ahead and tell how you would have done better."

"Uncle, I think you misheard ?"

"Have I? Well, I have been getting old," Wang Wei sneered. Could this little bastard create a better plan? Wang Wei has no doubt he has, but that’s because he is looking at things from a different point of view — he’s looking at things after the event ended, and he has all the information. So, of course, his plan would be better. When Wang Wei looked back at many of his decisions, he could always find a better thod, but it’s an entirely different thing to do it in the mont.

"Rember, boy, one of the things I planned to do with you was also disciplining you. I have even written my speech about how I dislike doing it, as it hurts more than it hurts you. Don’t give an excuse to fulfill my dream."

’How can you, punishing , hurt you more than the person being punished?’ Li Xingwei thought.

"What’s that?"

"I didn’t say anything," Li Xingwei answered while using his Mind Protection Spell.

"Is that so? Well, like I said, I must be hearing things," Wang Wei nodded. "Here, drink so more. Do you have any more questions?"

Li Xingwei gulped the entire content of his wine bowl, and Wang Wei served him more. "The creature from the Abyss: how did you deal with it? The historical records only say you summon the wrath of Fate."

"That thing liked to leave imprints on people to turn them into its vessel/puppet. So, I summoned the River of Fate and did a reverse on it. The creature then beca Fate’s Puppet."

"What happened to it afterward?"

"I have no idea, but sothing tells I may run into it one day if it was not destroyed," Wang Wei revealed.

"With your track record, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s true."

Wang Wei’s lips twitched. It seems his reputation as a trouble magnet has now reached far and wide.

"What exactly is that Abyss Creature?"

"Another taboo."

"Oh," Li Xingwei sighed. He was slightly frustrated. These questions have plagued his mind for many years, but when he has the opportunity to find answers, his cultivation realm blocks him from fulfilling his goal. However, he did not wallow in these emotions for too long and continued to ask his questions. The two talked for hours, with Li Xingwei essentially peer-reviewing Wang Wei’s life and asking for details about events recorded in the sect’s history/record.

"One last question, and it’s one thing I’m dying to know above everything else, and it also concerns ."

"Oh?"

"What exactly is the source of my talent?" Li Xingwei asked. "At first, I thought it was because so many Emperors blessed while I was in the womb, but after ascending, I realized if that were the case, all those top lineages would be able to manufacture talents such as myself, like they were candied sticks."

How many Paragons are there in any top lineages? These factions would only need 10 of these people to help a baby, and they would turn into unparalleled talents. Of course, it could be argued that doing such a thing might actually be counterproductive, as the Paragon’s Dao and Imprint would influence the baby. Still, there are nurous ways to address the issue, including harnessing the rawest power from the Grand Dao Source.

"Your aunt, well, her clone, injected a bit of Transcendent Essence into your wombs. Although it was only 0.000001%, it was enough to change your essence. Additionally, you received the first blessing from an Immorial Emperor in the Chaos Universe, the first blessing from the lower dinsion’s Earth Emperor, and the First Guardian.

"There is also the luck from being the first baby in the lower dinsion to receive so many Emperors’ nourishnt and blessings."
