"The purpose of [Fate] has always been to establish [Order]. While it may take different forms, while it will not last for eternity, this foundational truth remains one of the very few constants of the universe," Wang Wei muttered. This epiphany sounds so obvious, yet there is a vast difference between knowing about sothing and understanding it. This little experint has allowed Wang Wei to experience the core chanism of [Fate], allowing him to transition from "knowing" this truth to "Understanding" it.
"Grand Dao used the River of Fate to establish her order," Wang Wei murmured. "However, it appeared that things didn’t go as planned — or at the very least, she had to change things." Information about history flashed in his mind.
"The purpose of her [Order] is to create more [True Transcendent]. Unfortunately, things went wrong during the Essence Age. The Bi Ancestor’s ascension hurt the Chaos Universe instead of helping it. And during the Soul Age, Grand Dao probably foresaw that the Ji Clan Ancestor’s ascension would do the sa; she quickly established a new order: the Paragon Age."
According to Wang Wei’s speculation, Grand Dao’s plan was to create the Essence, Spirit, and Qi Age before establishing the Paragon Age, which would be a combination of all her previous efforts. Unfortunately, the Bi and Ji Clan Ancestors ruined the established [Order], forcing Grand Dao to switch things.
’Now, I’m even more sure the new order she will establish with the Transcendent Age will be an age full of restrictions and limitations,’ Wang Wei thought with a frown. However, his expression soon eased. Orders can be established, and they can be destroyed. Unlike him, who has absolute control over the Boundless Heaven World, Grand Dao has many limitations. She might be the most powerful entity, but with rules that she must abide by, there is plenty of room for maneuver.

"If I encounter a problem during the transition period, this ability will be perfect, but if there is more than one issue, then I’ll be dead," Wang Wei muttered. Although it was only one opportunity, it was more than enough. If his transition required so many problems to deal with during the process, then he deserves to die. Wang Wei does not expect to use this ability, since he will have prepared everything possible beforehand.
Wang Wei exhaled deeply. His path of Sanctification was already smiling at him. The only thing left to do was complete the second Saint Trait, acquire the Fate Dao Position, and finally, finish modifying his Soul Technique. The first one only requires an opportunity for enlightennt. If that doesn’t co, Wang Wei will artificially create one, or he will replace the opportunity with rit.

"Not even a second," Wang Wei replied. Kong’s rapid growth only ans the trouble he will be facing later will be that much more severe. "Tear or wine?"
"Wine," Kong said. He’s only been drinking tea ever since he took the status of the Great Sage Qi. A heavenly sll spread throughout the room as Wang Wei opened his gourd and served both of them a cup. Emperor Kong closed his eyes after one sip. He felt his mind at peace, and, more importantly, his Dao Heart, which had just been stabilized, was reinforced and perfected.
"Great wine," he comnted.
"Of course it is. It’s one of my wife’s special brews," Wang Wei smiled as he sipped his cup. "So, what exactly happened to you? And why are you here?"
Kong exhaled after a big mouthful. "I’m here to repay karma." He first handed the majority share of the rit before briefly explaining the situation of the Nine Realms and what he did. Although Kong kept it brief, Wang Wei still frowned.
"Do you understand the possible ramifications if this information spreads?"
"It’s not that bad, right?" Kong argued. "I’ve brought the world with , and by now, the Infinite Divine Court should have learned about the temples from their expedition."
"That may be true, but the issue is that this tiline does not have the information. If they get it, especially that person who attacked yesterday, who knew what they could do with it." Although this was an exaggeration, Wang Wei would never doubt the wisdom of a being who was on the verge of condensing their Dao Quintessence. Who knows what kind of inspiration they might receive from learning about the Mortal Dao Arts.

I won’t say anything about the first two; you should understand the pros and cons. As for Maitreya, with her personality, she’ll probably put all of them as thods to exchange in the Heavenly Court. Kong sighed. "Deal."
The process was smooth. The new upgrade on the Heaven and Earth Origin Cycle Array was already completed, rendering it even more powerful than before. The Tribunal Lords were kind enough to still hand over a bit of control to him, so he used it to remove all the hidden power in the Inheritance Tower.
The benefits were imnse. All the Upper Paths had at least 30 Transcendent Foundation thods each. The Middle Paths had at least a dozen, and the Lower Paths had 3 to 9 thods. With such a haul, the foundation of the Dao Opening Sect and the Origin Seal Continent will drastically improve.
