The father-and-son duo was in perfect sync. After Nature Wrath’s attack failed, Shen Tian appeared in the sky to throw a black bolt of lightning laced with the Power of Destruction. However, Wang Wei calmly raised his hand to block the attack.
To the two’s horror, the only damage they dealt was a scratch on the palm; they didn’t even draw a drop of blood. They couldn’t believe it. 5-star Ancestor Fiendgod — which is on par with an SSS Clan Primal — should not be any different from an A-Class Primal. The only difference should be their stamina, not their strength.
Wang Wei was not surprised by this outco. One of the powers granted in the Ancestor Fiendgod Realm is the improvent of a body refiner’s [Limit Indestructibility]. At this stage, he could tell his body was evolving a terrifying power: the ability to reject all phenona. His flesh or body no longer blocks attacks, but rejects anything that can hurt him.
"This power is currently weak, but I can fathom how terrifying body refiners will be at the Saint Tier," Wang Wei analyzed. For a mont, he pondered whether he should just focus on achieving Flesh Quintessence first. However, as always, every ti he has this idea, his intuition warns him that his soul should co first. Wang Wei hasn’t figured out why, but he trusts his instinct.
’Father," Nature Wrath asked through mind-linking communication.
"Calm down. There is no way he’s that powerful; there must be a price. Let’s try again."
"Alright."

The vast world, full of plains, forests, and greenery, was instantly destroyed as the entire earth turned into a volcano. Pillars of flas beyond mortal comprehension rushed from the ground, trying to incinerate Wang Wei. However, this wasn’t even the tip of the iceberg of this attack. The sky turned dark as countless red balls covered Heaven and Earth. Each ball was a massive teor composed of Heavenly Flas used for tribulations in a Paragon’s Immorial Tribulation.
A black Go piece suddenly appeared and released its power. The Yang Energy in the world drastically increased, which, in turn, further elevated the potency of the volcanic eruptions and the Heavenly Flas. By the looks of it, these people were dedicated to turning Wang Wei into fried shrimp.
"Haha, now things are more interesting," Wang Wei laughed before spreading his arms as if to accept his fate. He allowed all the attacks to land on him without resisting an ounce: no evasion, no activation of any defensive techniques. He allowed the raw, passive, and natural defense of his newly improved flesh to determine his survival.
And as expected, he was completely fine. Evolved from his defense of the [Limit Indestructibility], his fleshly body instinctively rejected all fla energy, laws, rules, and powers that ca in contact with his skin. He did not need to do anything, and his body would do everything in its power to keep him safe.
"Unfortunately, it’s not perfect," Wang Wei said as he glanced at the few burn spots on his arms, legs, and even his hair. These two didn’t even have Will Domination, but their attack potency still reached beyond the limit of his body’s rejection of all phenona. If they had sothing like a Saint Will, who has the power to suppress or even destroy all phenona, the result would have been even more severe.
"How can this be?" Nature Wrath felt his Dao Heart was about to collapse a second ti. How can a Paragon be this powerful? Did this man accidentally ascend to Sainthood? But that would be even more absurd,
"Father, this must be an illusion, right? He must be using the array to create this illusion, right?"
"This is the difference between borrowing power and making it yours," Shen Tian sighed.
"What do you an?"
"Back ho, no matter which class of Primals, their strengths co from borrowing power from the six Grand Constructs. But the Ancestral Fiendgod of this realm pushed their flesh to such a level, without relying on a foreign entity to maintain it."
Shen Tian’s body paused as he understood his father’s words. In most cultivation systems, there is a linear process of understanding the Dao: first, control the spiritual energy of Heaven and Earth, second, control the Power of Heaven and Earth, third, borrow the power of the Laws, fourth, control the Power of Law, and finally, beco the embodint of the laws.
Due to how the system is designed in the Primordial Tiline, Primals are stuck at the level of borrowing power from the constructs. anwhile, the people of this realm do not have this issue. The Primal Essence Source is just a resource-based construct that provides the energy to allow these Ancestral Fiendgods to push their flesh beyond the limit. And once that is done, they can reach the level on par with controlling the Power of Law, maybe even being the embodint.
"You catch on quick," Wang Wei smirked.
"Don’t patronize ," Shen Tian snapped.
"Don’t tell what to do," Wang Wei countered. His voice wasn’t loud, but the entire world shook. anwhile, Shen Tian’s heart skipped a beat, while his son’s face paled. Wang Wei glanced at Nature Wrath:
"I’ve always been curious what would happen if I killed a Primal using Will Domination. Would you truly die, or can you revive yourself? But even if you revive, where? Soone else in this world? Back at headquarters? Maybe even your secret vault back ho? Well, I guess we will soon find out."
"Father," Nature Wrath yelled. The fear of death overwheld his mind. Shen Tian instinctively reacted. He would not allow Nature Wrath to die. Although he always belittled his son for being stupid, Nature Wrath has always been his favorite and proudest son. The fact that a father-son duo beca Primals has always been a source of pride for Shen Tian, and also a manifestation of the Divine Faith Haven’s luck and destiny.
[Past Life Retribution]
How did Shen Tian beco a Deva? In this past life, he was one of seven Paragons of a relatively dium Chaos World. Unfortunately, their world was invaded by a herd of Primordial Creatures who had been sealed for eons and wanted to devour the world to recuperate their powers. While most of the Paragons ran away, Shen Tian and three others fought to their last breath, and in the end, he sacrificed his life to seal that horde of Primordial Lifeforms. His heroic act resulted in countless karmic virtues, and when he was presented with the option of reincarnating as a human with imnse luck and fortune or as a Deva, he chose the latter.
In rembrance of his past life, Shen Tian once created a technique to summon or materialize an even fiercer version of that horde. So, when Wang Wei went on the offensive, nurous creatures that slled of primordial chaos rushed toward him.
He laughed boisterously without stopping his action. Instead, he turned into a beam of red light that killed anything in its path. These savage creatures tried everything in their power to stop him, but every ti they ca into contact with Wang Wei’s flying body, they faced one result: death. This death can manifest in many forms — exploding into blood mist, the body collapsing, being sliced apart, organs being liquified, etc. — but the result will always be death.
With unparalleled montum, he arrived before Nature Wrath, preparing to destroy him. Shen Tian teleported before his son; his previous technique had bought him enough ti to reach his beloved. As Wang Wei clenched his fist to punch, Shen Tian cast his technique:

At this point, the ruler of the Gods understood his ans could not defeat the opponent, not to ntion his current strength was only temporary. Back ho, he could not sustain the use of six-tier Grand Construct techniques without at least one Saint Foundation; this truth still held in this world. As a battle-tested individual, his thinking remained sound. Since his own power couldn’t defeat the opponent, he would use the enemy’s own power.
Sadly, while the idea was brilliant, he used it against the wrong enemy. The [Self Retribution Technique] had two layers. The first condensed all of Wang Wei’s karmic sins and condensed a form of retribution to pay for all his actions. Unfortunately, Wang Wei was not only a master of karma; his current fleshly body can also reject all phenona, including karma.
When Wang Wei established his [Limit Indestructibility], which is the source for the current rejection ability, he had tempered his flesh with not only the 3800 Primary Grand Dao, but with trillions of varieties. As such, without even doing much, he rendered the first layer of the enemy’s technique useless.
As for the second layer? It was a basic Yin-Yang Application in which Shen Tian wanted to reverse the power of Wang Wei’s attack back to him. Sadly, this thod did not work as well, since Wang Wei had absolute control over his power and was also a master of the Yin-Yang Dao.
Boom!
Shen Tian was sent away with half of his body gone. anwhile, the remaining power instantly disintegrated Nature Wrath. Wang Wei observed to see whether this man had truly died.
