After a clash of fists, Wang Wei took a half step backward while Lin Fan took two steps. The results were in. In a clash of pure strength, speed, and constitution, Wang Wei was a step above. His Ancestral Realm was more defined and perfected; his strength was a few steps higher.
Lin Fan exhaled to calm down, not too surprised by this outco. On the contrary, he was excited. The worst part is that he took first place in that trial and swiftly reached the middle of the Paragon Realm.
Many things happened afterward, and the people of that generation did not give up. The appearance of the Infinite Divine Court’s invasion gave them hope once again. But before they could even begin to use the benefits, they learned that Wang Wei had beco a Primal, standing at the sa level as their lineage’s ancestor. The despair was almost overwhelming. Luckily, none of them were lesser cultivators. Since they had lost the race to Primal, they would compete for the Saint Race.
And today, Lin Fan achieved a feat that countless mbers of the First Heavenly Era generation dreamt of: he caught up. Although in terms of pure power, he was a tad bit weaker, what Lin Fan cared more about was the significance; he had caught up.
