Now reading: Chapter 130: The Great Tomb of the Pioneer from Junior sister, keep forbear for a while, I almost become invincible as soon!, a Eastern novel by A sprig of Mesona.

There are countless geniuses in the world. If they cannot mature, then even possessing an Ancient Divine Body ans little.

In the Saintess’s eyes, this was likely all Zi Ji’s life would amount to.

BOOM!

Suddenly, a trendous roar emanated from deep within the mountain range. It was deafening, and the entire land shook. A majestic aura burst forth, its dense presence filling the sky.

The Saintess frowned.

Many hidden experts, as well as young geniuses, were all stirred into action.

Liu Yuhui’s heart trembled. "Soone has found the location of the great tomb," he said.

It had to be!

Guang Xiaoyu grinned. "Then what are we waiting for?"

The two of them raced swiftly onward. Along the way, they saw more and more figures...

BANG!

Suddenly, a huge, furry, pitch-black hand erged from the ground. It belonged to a terrifying ferocious beast.

The two of them couldn’t evade it in ti and were sent flying.

Getting up, Guang Xiaoyu cursed, "Dammit, who dares to ambush ?" After glancing in Liu Yuhui’s direction and seeing he was unhard, she continued on her way.

「Deep within the mountains!」

A mountain peak, hundreds of feet tall, stood erect. From afar, it resembled a colossal sword that had rested there for ages, emanating an indescribable sharpness.

The trendous roar had emanated from this very peak.

Many experts gathered before the mountain, surveying it from all sides. So even charged up, only to be slapped back down, suffering terrible injuries.

"There’s a ferocious beast up there!" A middle-aged man, having discerned the situation, couldn’t help but gasp.

A Divine King had attempted to ascend just monts ago, but the beast had casually struck him down, grievously wounding him. Truly terrifying.

Others, refusing to believe it, reactivated their Divine Weapons and charged up, only to et the sa fate.

The massive, furry hand struck again, easily inflicting heavy injuries...

The Saintess also arrived. She stood at a distance, not approaching, and murmured, "The burial ground of a Forerunner."

His coffin wasn’t deep underground but placed atop a high mountain. This was once a young genius who had encountered the Heavenly Road; clearly, he had failed and not managed to ascend it.

After his fall from grace, he had himself buried high in the sky.

This manner of burial was not uncommon in the Central Continent.

However, this ti was different. The Saintess’s expression was solemn.

Elsewhere, Liu Changqing also spoke. "Even a Sage would not choose to be interred on Luo God Mountain. This Forerunner truly possessed imnse courage; he intended to use the Forbidden Power of Luo God Mountain to preserve his physical body."

The others exclaid in horror, "Senior Brother, are you saying he’s still alive?"

"I don’t know." Liu Changqing shook his head. "If he’s still alive, then what we’re seeing is a trap. If he’s dead, then this place holds a Great Opportunity."

"Why? Are Forerunners truly that capable?"

"Of course!" Liu Changqing replied. "The greatest ability of a Forerunner is that they have seen the Heavenly Road; they know of its existence..."

Every ti the Heavenly Road is about to open, so Forerunners inevitably erge, whether living or dead, unable to restrain themselves.

But one thing is certain: their appearance often influences the course of future events. For instance... this particular Forerunner might have left clues about the Heavenly Road.

「...」

"Kill it! Charge up there and finish it off!" Guang Xiaoyu’s eyes blazed, her excitent bordering on madness.

Others: "..."

Liu Yuhui’s face darkened, and he quickly grabbed her. "Wait a mont!"

"What are we waiting for? A Great Opportunity is right before our eyes, and you want this old lady to wait?" Guang Xiaoyu glared at him. "Can’t you show so backbone?"

Is this about backbone? Didn’t he see that those who charged up there were all grievously injured?

Liu Yuhui’s mouth twitched. He couldn’t say that, because Guang Xiaoyu wasn’t afraid of death. Instead, he suggested, "Let’s assess the situation first!"

「Not far away!」

A figure in white robes spotted Guang Xiaoyu and smiled. "So, you’ve finally arrived?"

"Young Master, you know her?" a person nearby asked in surprise.

"Just a little brat." Bai Yunfei’s expression darkened several shades as he recalled past events, his gaze turning icy.

Guang Xiaoyu deserved to die, and her Senior Brother even more so.

More and more people arrived, but no one dared to act rashly, the grim fates of those who had gone before them serving as a clear warning.

"I’m telling you, don’t stop !" Guang Xiaoyu said huffily. "If we don’t go now, the Great Opportunity will be gone!"

Her voice was loud, drawing the attention of many. They glanced at her and frowned, not recognizing her.

However, so recalled past scenes and recognized Guang Xiaoyu’s identity and background—she had once been seen with Princess Zi Ji.

Liu Yuhui said helplessly, "It’s so dangerous up there. If you go, how is that any different from seeking death?"

Damn! Can this Emperor be compared to them?

Guang Xiaoyu was furious. "Let go!"

She was impulsive and hot-tempered.

Many people looked over, including Liu Changqing and the Saintess. Both shook their heads and said in unison, "She won’t make it up."

The Forerunner before them was clearly very powerful; otherwise, he wouldn’t have made such arrangents within Luo God Mountain and placed his coffin here.

Leaving aside the powerful protective enchantnts, the re presence of that ferocious beast was enough to halt their advance. They needed to plan ticulously.

With a soft sigh, Liu Yuhui stopped trying to hold Guang Xiaoyu back.

She snorted coldly and strode forward, her eyes filled with confidence. As a magnificent Demon Emperor, do I need to be timid when entering a re tomb? Of course not! In my eyes, there is no danger to speak of, even though this place is dangerous, and the ferocious beast from before was very powerful.

Guang Xiaoyu scanned her surroundings, narrowed her eyes, and then, under the watchful gaze of the crowd, began walking towards the mountain peak.

There’s a loophole!

A Demon Emperor’s Divine Sense was extraordinary, far beyond what these young Cultivators could compare to. She had keenly detected the loophole’s presence.

The Forerunner’s protective enchantnts were strong, but not flawless.

She strode forward with large steps and, in no ti, reached the top.

Witnessing this, everyone was stunned, thinking they had misseen. They rubbed their eyes and confird it—there was no mistake. She had made it up.

Liu Yuhui was dumbfounded. The Saintess’s lips parted slightly. Liu Changqing was similarly astonished, his face etched with disbelief.

The protective enchantnts? The ferocious beast? Why didn’t they act? Had they vanished?

A young man, filled with doubt, cautiously approached. Then... the massive, furry hand appeared again! He was so startled that, fortunately, his quick reflexes allowed him to retreat several miles.

Witnessing this, everyone was utterly dumbstruck.

The protective enchantnts hadn’t vanished, nor had the ferocious beast, yet Guang Xiaoyu had ascended unhard.

The scenery atop the mountain peak was entirely different from what could be seen from below. It was a world unto itself, complete with high mountains, flowing water, flowers, trees, and even sunlight pouring down, bathing the entire space in a warm and cozy glow.

As she walked, Guang Xiaoyu spotted the black behemoth, its body as large as a mountain. She glanced at it sideways. The beast, upon seeing her, also seed stunned.

"What are you looking at?" Guang Xiaoyu snorted coldly. "You dare attack ?"

The ferocious beast: "..."

It was imprisoned here, tasked with guarding this mountain. It could easily sense any Cultivator who approached. Yet... Guang Xiaoyu had reached this point, and it had only just now noticed her.

There’s sothing strange about this Human Clan girl.

The ferocious beast snapped back to its senses, roared, and was about to strike—

Guang Xiaoyu quickly pulled out Hei and gave a small demonstration of the Abyss Sword Tao. A bone-chilling terror gripped the ferocious beast; its intent to attack was instantly extinguished, its eyes now filled with dread.

A Spiritual Beast!

It panicked.
