The Zhen Clan estate was in an uproar as news about the visitors and their gifts spread like wildfire.
A trio of mysterious beauties, of which, two were Grandmasters with the third being a Master, show up to their doorstep with two big ass jugs full of Sacred Beast Essence.
This was the sort of encounter that only happened in stories, plays and the likes for dramatic effect, not to so clan of foreign transplants in the middle of nowhere!
While many of the lower ranked mbers of the clan speculated about the origins of the ladies and the gift, the ones in the know had a very sneaking suspicion on why this occured...
"Fucking told you he’s magic now or sothing," Zhen Hai told Zhen Yue as they were practicing, hearing about this sudden blessing.
"Maybe...but I ain’t gonna be the one to rat out our now apparently fortune-bringing anamoly of a cousin to the elders," Zhen Yue retorted.
"I an...obviously, but still..."
...they knew exactly who caused it...
’On the one hand, I shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth, on the other...when, where and how did he pull this off?,’ Zhen Shi asked himself as he re-read the letter, and re-examined the gifters and gift.
Evidently, Aranea and Lucille knew this would happen and continued to stand there in the most polite way possible, but Rianna was still acting a bit twitchy.
While she might has a crash course on how to act in human society about...six hours ago, that didn’t change the fact that this was incredibly awkward for the forr isolationist.
...or they knew exactly who did it and were going to interrogate him about it later.
"So...our son snuck off in the middle of the night, to a place only the gods know where...and ca back with two Grandmasters, a Master and two jugs of Sacred Beast Essence?," Zhen Yan asked his wife as she was changing the twins’ diapers.
"Correct."
"Huh...should we punish him for sneaking out without telling soone again, or..."
"He’s old enough to make his own decisions," Daria, "replied while finishing up the diapers. Besides, rember when we first t?"
"Oh yeah...never thought I’d see a girl choke out a man twice her size with one hand before."
"Please...he was at least three tis my size."
Regardless of their intentions though, the instigator of the hour wouldn’t be available until much, much later, due to having a cultivation related hangover of epic proportions.
If they were freaking out this much over a sudden windfall in personnel and power, one could only imagine how much they would freak out over one of their young scions suddenly breaking through to Grandmaster rank.

As soon as Zhen Liu created Arachnida and Lacerage, Zhen Liu was subjected to a massive surge in energy that flooded his entire being, more specifically, his formula.
He knew this was going to happen, he even ntally prepared himself for the possibility of breaking through as soon as the new kaijin were born, but much like getting kicked in the nuts, all the preparation in the world can’t prepare you for the sensation.

The information being dumped into Zhen Liu’s brain didn’t sound like much, but it was one of those cases where despite sounding simple, it ca with enough intricate designs and calculations that he was essentially stunned into ditation mode, read: knocked the fuck out.
He recalled reading that breaking through ranks was once described as a "transcendental experience" where one feel like they have beco one with the universe...as far as he could tell, those people were either full of shit or his formula was a massive exception to that rule...moreso than what it already was.

anwhile, as Zhen Liu was busy dealing with his sudden new gains, the new kaijin: Arachnida and Lacerage were...

Arguing with each other.
This was a rather sudden change in their deanor and expression, as the two of them had initially shared so friendly banter the mont they were created. However, the atmosphere around them suddenly turned icy and hostile the mont they actually stared at one another.
Nobody in the room knew why this was the case, with the only possible sources of information being either passed out on the floor or trying to help them get through the reason why they were convulsing on the floor.
Rianna, not wanting to get in the middle of whatever all that was, made her way over to the only two kaijin who’s na she didn’t know, a pair of puppet-looking kaijin that looked like a ballerina made of knives and a boxing acrobat with spring limbs.
The two proto-kaijin turned to stare at the mortal girl for a brief mont, before turning back to watch their new comrades argue for now clear reason.
Evidently, it was about to girl who hadn’t talked with anyone for ten plus fucking years to start the conversation.
"Uhh, my na is Rianna. Nice to et you."
"I don’t have a na yet, but I’m called Razor Maiden for now," she said while holding up a peace sign.
"Also no na. But I am. Spring Brawler, yeah."
"Hey," Razor Maiden suddenly interjected with a smile,"you used your first comma, nice."
"Relatable," Rianna followed up, "just figured out my own like...ten minutes ago. I have a question. Aren’t kaijin supposed to get along with each other? I an, that’s what Nepherage dumped into my head...along with so other stuff..."
Razor Maiden had a mildly offended look on her face about halfway through the question, why was the mortal assuming things about her, until Rianna had ntioned Nepherage. Now she was more willing to answer.
"Well...I ain’t exactly the most knowledgeable of the group, but I rember being told once that depending on the materials and the core, kaijins like us have a tendency to pick up traits from our sources, sotis even mories. It varies from case to case...at least that’s what I rember being told."
"Yeah."
Rianna perked up a bit when Razor Maiden ntioned the word "mories".
’mories? Does that an...I could...’
"DAFUQ YOU JUST CALL EIGHT EYES?!"
"YOU HEARD , YOU LACED WHORE!"
"OH THAT IS IT!"
However, before Rianna could get philosophical, Archanida and Lacerage began to get physically violent with one another.
She was about to step in to stop it, when she noticed both Razor Maiden and Spring Brawler were just standing there watching.
"Uhh... shouldn’t we stop them fighting."
"No bloodlust," Spring Brawler simply stated.
"What he said. They’re fighting, but...I think that’s just how they are," Razor Maiden elaborated.
Rianna turned back towards the quarreling kaijin and noticed that neither appeared to be using aether or anything deadly for the ti being...they were just wrestling.
"Yield, spider-whore!"
"Never, you cantankerous, lace ladened whore of Babylon!"
"What the fuck is Babylon?"
"No clue."
After quarreling for about a minute or so more, Archanida and Lacerage eventually decided to call it a draw.
"Next ti...bitch."
"Sure thing...whore."
Perfect timing too, as Zhen Liu finally regained consciousness.
"Yeesh...next ti to warn a guy before you start arguing like sailors in their head."
"Apologies milord," the two insect kaijin said in perfect unison...much to their personal annoyances.
With that out of the way, the two newly minted kaijin got onto their knees and placed their respective fists on the ground.
"Arachnida heeds the call of the Kaijin Lord."
"Lacerage heeds the call of the Kaijin Lord."
"Now what would you have us do, milord?"
Zhen Liu took a breath after their oaths.
"Alright, so...let’s get your guys settled in as mbers of the Zhen Clan’s logistical personnel..."

Back to the present, in another part of Stone Claw City, a certain pair of travellers from Roaring Tide were eating breakfast before getting ready to deal with the logistics of a return trip.
Zhen Li and Zhen Wang had just finished their respective plates and were about to get up and go, when the ntion of their surna was dropped at a nearby table.
"Holy shit! Guys, you’re not gonna believe this, but a pair of Grandmasters just showed up out of nowhere and swore fealty to Patriarch Zhen Hai, and get this, they brought with them two jugs worth of Sacred Beast Essence. Two jugs!"
"What the fuck?!"
Zhen Li and Zhen Wang looked at each other for a brief mont before nodding and sitting back down.
The forr lifted a hand to signal for the serving wench.
"Miss? You ntioned sothing about a drink that’s a mix of coffee and whiskey? Could we get two of those?"
"Make mine a double please," Zhen Wang added.
"Sure thing."
