"Oh...you were not kidding on them not needing our assistance in the slightest," Jinju Ren comnted with an impressed tone as she watched the kaijin known as Kit about to break a man’s hand off of his wrists. "Is that level of strength normal for most of your kaijin, or..."
"Gonna be honest, I’m not entirely sure," Zhen Liu answered."I know for damn certain though that you and people with a similar...physical disposition like you are so of the only forces in the world that can hurt a kaijin."
"Physical disposition? You an people who are exceptionally beautiful, like ?," Jinju Ren teased with a smile, causing Jin Fang and Rianna to roll their eyes at the awful joke.
Zhen Liu, for his part, simply ignored the joke and moved on.
"To be more precise, I ant those with dragon’s blood."
"Oh yeah, that whole ’natural enemies’ thing. Well...shouldn’t we be getting to the part where we should be sleeping together?"
"That..."

Before Zhen Liu could answer that rather awkward question, the sound of an attack going off from Kit’s direction happened at the sa ti.
An attack that seemingly took Kit’s head off!
"Oh... that’s not good."
"For Kit or for them?"
"Them."

As a brief reminder, Kit was being harassed by man nad Yue Dan and his minions nad Gao Tang and Gao i.
Kit managed to get Gao Tang in a wristlock and was now in a stand-off with Gao i, who had decided to whip out a sword as a ans of intimidation.
In essence, one wrong move and soone’s losing a limb or a their head.
We now return to your regularly scheduled programming.

’Bro, why aren’t you breaking free? You’re a freaking Aether Master!,’ Gao i silently communicated via aether with her brother.
’I can’t! I’ve been trying this whole ti, but my aether is acting weird. It’s like it’s being sapped away by the second!’

∆∆You really wanna risk it?,∆∆ Kit asked as they continue to keep Gao Tang’s wrist in a lock, threatening to break it in a mont’s notice if anyone tries anything stupid.
∆∆Stupid little bitch!,∆∆ Gao i cursed as she tightened her grip on her blade. She wasn’t used to prey biting back like this and found it rather annoying that she couldn’t just swing it without risking her brother’s well-being.
A part of her regretted agreeing to "flirt" with this particular target now.
’Shit! I’m going to have to-huh?’
However, just as she was about to act a bit brashly and see if she could go faster than the "two point one two seconds" that this candy colored slut suggested, Master Yue Dan used his aether to transmit a ssage to her.
A ssage that forced her to suppress a smile while attempting to make herself look more obviously intimidating than before. As if she was trying to bring all the attention to herself.
∆∆There ain’t no way you can break his wrist faster than I can slice off yours!,∆∆ Gao i claid in a slightly louder tone than how she was talking re monts ago.
Evidently, this simple act of talking louder had the intended effect of grabbing Kit’s attention...or so she thought.

As Gao i was distracting Kit, Yue Dan was in the background doing sothing downright devious. To be more precise, he had drawn from his pouch a small tal ball bearing and had begun to infuse the projectile with a bit of his aether. As he did, he began to take aim at Kit.
∆∆Co on, bitch!,∆∆ Gao i yelled once more. ∆∆I bet you’re just bluffing, I know for a fact that you don’t have the balls to break his wrist before I cut off yours!∆∆

Before Kit could finish her retort and obvious comnt that Gao i was repeating herself, Yue Dan had launched the ball bearing directly between Kit’s eyes. The sudden impact of the aether enhanced ball bearing caused Kit’s head to snap back at an unnatural angle, as the force of the hit also distorted their face.
∆∆Feh,∆∆ Yue Dan spat with a sneer. ∆∆You should’ve just been a good girl and agree to go with us. Now look at you. Dead on the street like a common rat.∆∆
With the dirty deed done, Yue Dan turned to walk away while signalling his two lackeys to fall in lockstep.

Surprised by his henchn’s statent, Yue Dan abruptly turned to face what he had initially assud to be a now headless corpse and a now freed Gao Tang. Instead, he got a healthy dose of body horror to his ntal systems.

Standing before their very eyes, Kit was surprisingly still alive but by all logic and biology, they really shouldn’t be right now. Because their face looked absolutely caved in like a smashed gumdrop while their neck was horribly elongated and stretched like a piece of taffy that was pulled to its absolute limit.
Making the matter more unreal and unnerving to the group though, was the fact that was they were staring at what they presud to be distorted corpse of so random girl the decided to hit on, they began to notice that her skin color was starting to take on a the sa color as her hair while developing a very strange texture.
∆∆Uhh...why does my wrist feel like it’s being kicked by a piece of candy now?!∆∆
"Because I’m made of the stuff, you absolute tosser," Kit retorted in perfectly legible language despite having their face all distorted as it was.

Before any additional words of protest could be thrown, Kit proceeded to retract their neck back into place as their face, for lack of a better word, reinflated itself back to normal. Granted, Kit no longer looked like an androgynous human anymore, they were now looking like a humanoid made of taffy and rage.
Then again, it probably didn’t help that Kit had also begun to sprout several tallic components around their fists and shoulders that looked to be incredibly jagged yet formidable.
"Congratulations, dummkopfs, you have managed to turn this encounter from simply telling you to fuck off for your safety into a self-defense situation where I have essentially free range to be the beat the everliving shit out of all you to the point of near death. Escalating violence is a bitch, ain’t it?"
(Un)fortunately, Yue Dan and his cohorts couldn’t exactly respond right now because, despite being mbers of an "elite" martial sect that had dealt with everything from rampaging beasts to malicious warriors, absolutely nothing could’ve prepared them for a monstrous warrior made of candy to appear before them. Especially one radiating an energy that not only outclassed them, but also proved to be absolutely unknown.
"What’s the matter? Are y’all now scared shitless over a fine piece of candy like ?," Kit taunted as they turned their grip from a simple hand based wrist lock into a continuous loop of taffy that radiated this feeling of unbreakableness. "Ooooh, now that I think about it...this form of mine would’ve made it rather impossible for you to actually cut through . Isn’t that funny?"
Needless to say, the fact that Gao Tang was the closest to this unusual entity was enough to get him to panic a bit harder than before.
∆∆Get her off , get her off , get her off !,∆∆ Gao Tang began to shout. Part of why he was panicking so hard at this mont was because he was now realizing that the reason why his earlier attempts to break free with his own aether had kept failing, was because he was essentially being locked in place by so sort of demonic entity made of sweet slling candy.
Gao Tang used to have a bit of a sweet tooth, but now...that may no longer be the case.

∆∆You and your fellows here have exactly zero legs to stand on in regards to apologizing. I told y’all no, multiple tis, but you didn’t listen. When I said no for a final ti, your gorilla over here tried to grab so that you could drug . When I defended myself, your other gorilla escalated by bringing up a sword. And to make the whole thing worst, you attempted to murder my ass with a ball bearing to my face.∆∆
At this roll out of events, the would-be assaulters were suddenly very quiet.
